Well then, my fever went away earlier than expected but I still have a clogged sinus, and a phlegm-filled bronchial tube.
I see vocaloid gave criticisms over the first three chapters. Thanks for that especially since I did say on the synopsis that I will be fixing the first 16 chapters and, probably, some others that may need fixing.
Anyway, have a chapter.

"BANZAAAAAIIIII!!!!!!" Cavaron plummeted from a height of over 500 meters down to the surface of Asora. Using Mana Blades, he launched projectiles of them towards the Azuals within his range. Two by two, Azuals fell as they got severed by the Mana Blades. When he was nearing the ground, he used his cape to direct himself towards a large mass of Azuals, and concentrated a huge amount of mana around his body. No more than a minute later, the targeted group of Azuals spotted him and attacked with their own magic. Light shows of Fire, Ice, and Thunder exploded in the air in an attempt to take out Cavaron. However, with the speed of his fall, unless he meets the attack head on, none have connected. With the mana around his body reaching a near critical stage due to having the air around him become hazy, he crashed right in the middle of the mass of Azuals, and the mana around him exploded, sending out a massive shockwave that blew away many Azuals, and destroyed some structures. Luckily, there weren't any friendlies nearby.
When the dust settled, Cavaron was already standing with his blood and mana swords, "Hey there, uglies. Let's dance!" and gave out a provocation which the Azuals promptly received as the nearest ones brandished their weapons, and attacked. With a bang, Cavaron propelled towards the nearest Azual that looked like a mix of a lion, a wolf, an angel, and a dragon, and was wielding a halberd twice its size. With a swing of his arm and a flick of his wrist, the blood sword severed the Azuals wrist and fed from the blood. Seeing that the rise in power was sufficient, Cavaron delivered a Mana Blade attack with his blood sword towards the Azual that dropped the halberd severing it from the head down to the legs. As the enemy fell, Cavaron executed a body spin, and lodged the mana sword inside a massive clawed Azual. The mana sword, having been fed with his own mana, cleanly cut through the clawed Azual's arms. This time, the other Azuals attacked together instead of one by one in hopes of overwhelming Cavaron. Such an action was futile as Cavaron's specialty as a blade dancer lied in being in the middle of a group of enemies. Supplementing his body with mana, Cavaron became faster and stronger as he sliced and diced the incoming Azuals like a meat grinder dancing the blades of death.
Meanwhile, as Cavaron made himself busy with his group of Azuals, his contract was also busy with his own group. "Hahaha! Come, my children! Let the hunt begin!" With a hearty laugh followed by a loud roar of commands, Halrimaw roused the idling mounts inside the landing area at the base of the Sky Tower. When the Azuals saw him, they first ignored him thinking that he was one of their own since Halrimaw looked no different from them. This also attracted enmity from the Sky Knights and coalition forces who thought the same. It changed, however, when Halrimaw ignored the attacks from the garrison of Asora, and delivered a mighty swipe at a group of three Azuals and turned their heads into meat paste.
With such an atrocious attack, the Azuals focused on Halrimaw, and the garrison was momentarily stunned. "Hahaha! The Great Me is in the employ of the Master, Cavaron! Come, you plebeians, come at me and die!" Halrimaw roared with provocations. A short while later, the earth shook, and numerous roars were heard. Looking towards the source, a stampede of dragons and large insects made its way through the battlefield resulting in chaos that was worse then before. A large dragon with a carriage on its back delivered a thunderous body slam at a group of Azuals, flattening them. One of the large insects attacked by spitting green goo from what appeared to be its mouth at another group of Azuals. The green goo was acidic as it melted the ones that got hit.
Right after the large beasts have arrived, a large shadow covered the battlefield. Numerous flying mounts, wyverns, griffins, eagles, and the like covered the sky, and delivered their own hit and run attacks. The wyverns, with their powerful jaws and tails, took bites out of the Azuals or bound them with their tails as they flew high up to drop them. The avian type mounts did the same with their powerful claws as they tore through flesh or carried them to a sufficient height to drop.
Halrimaw flew up with to the sky, "Hahaha! Go, my children! Feed upon our prey!" and gave a satisfied laugh as his own body transformed into a gigantic beast that was 8 meters high and 12 meters long. "ROOOOAAAAARR!!!" A roar erupted from his maw as he became chimeric behemoth. Halrimaw smashed against another group of Azuals together with the other beasts as they delivered a beastly pandemonium upon their enemies. The garrison did nothing but watch as monsters eradicated monsters.
Back at Cavaron's, the number of enemies have gone down to less than half, and many of the surviving Azuals have decided to flee only for Cavaron to catch up and eliminate them. Suddenly, another large shadow covered the battlefield. Cavaron looked towards the source of the shadow as he smashed a head, it was a group of flying Azuals. "Halrimaw! Give me some flying beasts to cover my-!!" Turning to his summon, Cavaron requested Halrimaw for some reinforcements, "Damn, he's drunk!" only to find him having too much fun. As he was busy on the ground, his attention will be split into two if he takes care of the flying Azuals. However, just as the first flying Azual was about to make contact, an arrow pierced the head of the said Azual. Cavaron looked towards the arrow's source with his Mana Sight as it was too far. He saw Aimi on the balcony with a longbow in hand, and a sniveling face. Despite her expression, her skill with the bow was top-notch to have hit a moving target from a distance of over 500 meters with an ordinary eye. The other flying Azuals noticed her and redirected their attention at Aimi. Aimi panicked when the flock came closer, but forced herself to calm down as she spotted some Sky Knights led by Ashe fly out to meet them. One by one, Aimi nocked and launched an arrow towards the flock of Azuals. Some arrows pierced the enemies' heads while many pierced the torsos or the limbs but none of her arrows missed nor hit the Sky Knights.

When she hit an armored flying Azual, she thought of Cavaron's Mana Blades and sought to try out imbuing mana on her arrows. First, she tried to cover the entire arrow with her mana and attack. It took a toll on her due to the consumption but it was powerful enough to pierce the armor. "Lady Aimi, how about imbuing the arrowhead instead of the entire body?" An aged voice rang out from her surroundings. It was the Aegis Spirit, Burkhard. He was using Absolute Aegis as shell of light was surrounding Aimi. A flying Azual came within range and delivered a fireball against Aimi only to be blocked by Burkhard's Aegis, part of the balcony was destroyed, though. The Azual flew mid-air dumbfoundedly at Burkhard's Aegis, and Aimi followed Burkhard's suggestion with a counter attack. Imbuing mana onto the arrowhead, the consumption was lower and, after delivering the attack, gave the same result as it pierced the armor.
Nocking another arrow, a thought flashed through Aimi's mind, 'If it can pierce armor, maybe...' She imbued the arrowhead once more with mana only, this time, putting more mana that made the air around the arrowhead shudder and become hazy. Seeing that it couldn't hold out anymore, she released the arrow. As it flew and hit the targeted Azual, the arrow pierced through it and hit another two Azuals below it before detonating into a small blast that knocked away the other flying Azuals. Surprised by the results, she repeated the overcharged arrowheads for another five attacks before getting out of breath. With her attacks, she effectively took out 34 flying Azuals, and had the others be left to Ashe.
Cavaron was watching Aimi's fight as his group of Azuals was already wiped out. He was surprised, at first, when flying Azuals rained from the sky dead around him, and heard the exploding mana arrowheads above him. Standing with his arms crossed while looking up, he had a smile on his face. It would appear that he was satisfied with Aimi's performance. Suddenly, he felt powerful mana fluctuations to the east. Concerned, he dashed towards the nearest tower and climbed up. Upon reaching the top, he used Mana Sight and looked towards the east, his eyes went wide, and his jaw dropped.
A massive group of flying Azuals blocked the horizon. He turned around and looked for Halrimaw, and found his summon feasting upon the flesh of fallen Azuals together with a horde of beasts. He immediately ran towards Halrimaw's direction and, upon arrival, jumped onto the chimeric behemoth's head. "Halrimaw! More food to the east!" Cavaron yelled into Halrimaw's ear. "Rrr?" Halrimaw's beast form didn't seem to allow human speech, but looked towards the east, and took in a deep breath. Halrimaw's eyes changed, "ROOOAAARRR!!!" and gave a mighty roar rousing the other beasts. Halrimaw and his horde flew high up to the sky, scanned the east side, found the flying Azuals, and charged towards them. A horde of flying beasts versus a group of flying Azuals erupted in the air.
Leaving the reinforcing flying Azuals to Halrimaw's horde, Cavaron went to a nearby Sky Knight, "Do you have a stock of Mana Crystals?" and asked a question. The Sky Knight he asked pointed him towards a certain tower in the middle of the city. Thanking the Sky Knight, Cavaron headed for the said tower. Arriving there, he found the area and all of the buildings deserted. He went inside the tower and found out it was a storage area for Mana Crystals. There was a myriad of crystals of different sizes and qualities. Using his Mana Sight, he searched for the best crystal inside. He found a crystal similar to his own size, and was glowing brightly thanks to his ability. Approaching it, Cavaron opened his mouth and took a bite out of the crystal! Although he didn't bite a chunk off completely, his mouth was stuck onto it as he made sucking noise. If another person had Mana Sight, one would see that the glow of the crystal became dimmer as time passed. It would seem that he was sucking the mana like a vampire that sucks out blood.
After the mana crystal had lost its light, Cavaron separated from the crystal and wiped his.mouth, "Good thing nobody's here with me. Awkward but more effective than stabbing myself with the crystal or taking my time absorbing the mana." Cavaron seems to have many ways of absorbing mana from a variety of sources with some that may look at him in a strange light. "Would be nice if there were candy forms of these, but the most I've found were inefficient potions." He grumbled as he rubbed his temple. Seeing that he has recovered enough mana, he left the storage area, left the crystal with his bite mark, and headed back to the Sky Tower.
As Cavaron ran through the streets of the city, "Master, help..." an aged voice resounded in his mind. Burkhard sent out a telepathic message to him. Alarmed by the fact that Burkhard, the Aegis Spirit, sent out a cry for help, Cavaron amplified the mana in his legs to propel him further and faster. Suddenly, the upper parts of the Sky Tower became enveloped with a dark energy. Cavaron stopped dead in his tracks the moment he saw the dark energy. "No way..." He recognized what the dark energy was as it was similar to a dancing flame.
"Dark Fate...!?"
