Laying on the floor with his head throbbing Urvashi somewhat managed to organize his chaotic thoughts, he definetlly wasn't locked up --- but was rather in some alley.
He didn't know how much time had passed but the sky was dark without a hint of sunlight, so it was anywhere in range of about dozen hours.
His eyes widened as he started checking for something around his waist, and there it was.
His gun.
Thankfully he had been sprawled on his back so he didn't sleep on the gun, had he done so he probably would have felt quite more sore on that side.
His clothes were a mess, he was sticky and smelly due to beer all over.
Pushing himself up, he delibaretly planted his back on a wall before sitting down. At least this way he would be more on guard from potential Enforcers.
This alley he was in was a dead end, behind him there was only a wall.
Hidden by the shadows Urvashi began looking out at the entrance of the alley, and what met his gaze was an unfamiliar scene, so he came to the conclusion that this definetly wasn't the tavern he was thrown out from.
The street leading up to it, as far as Urvashi could see, had no people passing by.
His shoulders dropped a little as he heaved a sigh of relief.
There were a few pressing matter on his mind.
Firstly, where the heck had they thrown him as to not be found after so many hours?
Secondly, how had they not found him? Although he was somewhat hidden by being in the alley, the Enforcers could have used divination to find him.
Thirdly, why was he so tired? Yes he was awake the whole night and he had drunk a little, but this was not the first time he spent the whole night awake --- and he wasn't nearly as tired those times.
And most important of all, he had seen another one of Termian's memories --- and what made it weird was that he had a feeling he woke up before he was supposed to, before the memory ended.
That was a first.
What could have stimulated him so much that it could even interrupt Termian's memories.
Speaking of that memory, although it was short he managed to gleam something out of it.
He had seen... a giant?
This too was a first.
This wasn't the first time he had seen something from Termian's memories that he had never seen with his own eyes, but he didn't think giants existed.
Well, it was to be expected, and it wasn't like he hadn't seen stranger things too.
How powers could remain hidden he could understand, but giants?
Escpecially if they were as tall as that woman.
And he was quite sure there were other giants, considering he heard Termian's thoughts.
'What was it that he said again?Considering their powers, was it?'

'And what did being barefoot have anything to do with their powers?'
'No matter.'
What's more important than these questions was that he would find a place to hide.
Although considering that he managed to stay hidden all this time in this little alley he was kind of reluctant to leave it.
But there were matters just as important as him staying hidden, finding Mr. Alodia or Sharron being one of those of course.
If the Enforcers put out wanted posters on him Mr. Alodia would have surely found out about that.
At least that's what Urvashi had hoped would happen.
He didn't know where he was so deciding what direction to take was a risk, but he couldn't just stay here.
Another problem was that tiredness was clinging onto him, and greatly so. Was this a byproduct of some powers.
Only that could explain it.
Urvashi while contemplating his questions moved slightly and a pebble slipped from his clothes, all of sudden he had a bad premonition.
Why was there no sound at all?
He moved slightly and picked up another pebble laying next to him and threw it against a wall, and as expected there was no sound.
Bitting his lip Urvashi tried to stand up, but to no avail. He clenched his jaw and let out a shaky breath before trying again but he was just so tired.
Even throwing that pebble was tiring, and with everything being quiet he had a feeling that something bad was going to happen.
To him, anyway.
He started to get up by relying on the wall for support but this failed too.
His thoughts too were forming at a slower and slower pace so he tried getting up again and again.
He continued failing until eventually he managed to stand up while placing his entire weight on the wall for help.
Gazing at the entrance of the alley, or rather the exit, he saw a crow standing there.
The crow looked ordinary for the most part expect for the fact that it had blood all over itself, but seeing it Urvashi's shoulders dropped and he had a terrible premonition.
The crow opened its beek and began cawing.
Weirdly enough he could hear he caw but upon hearing it he scowled and his mind buzzed.
He fell down on the ground and tried to get back up.
The crow meanwhile just continued cawing.
After a few moments Urvashi slumped weakly to the ground and showed no signs of resistance.
His face had blood all over it and his expression twisted in pain, closing his eyes he fell asleep again.
The crow seeing this closed its beak and simply stared at Urvashi for a few minutes, seemingly to really confirm if he was asleep, and then flew off into the distance.
