'Katinka is set up to take us for a spin. Come on!' Master Uruk ordered while he went back into Katinka again.
'Your coming brother?' Zuberi asked insecure.
Kendric nodded and walked with Zuberi to the doorway of Katinka.
Inside Katinka the rest already sat down at a big round table.
'Zuberi you can join the others at the table, Kendric come join me please.' Master Uruk pointed to the seat next to him in front of the spaceship.
As soon as Kendric sat down on the chair next to Master Uruk he felt a collar surrounding his neck and saw a big pin coming out of the dashboard of the ship.
'I believe you are familiar with this?'
Kendric nodded his head.
'Lost your tongue?' Master Uruk asked him but Kendric planned on remaining silence.
'Well than... Katinka, you know where to go!' Master Uruk said.
Affirmative.
They heard the engines starting up, it was like this high pitched sound.
'Beautiful sound she has, doesn't she boys?' And Master Uruk looked as happy as a young boy who got his first tour in a Ferrari.
The boys nodded their heads, they've never heard such a sound coming from the engines that were known on earth.
'So, in my younger years...'
'When was that exactly?' Marcellus asked curious.
'Yeah, how old are you exactly?' Maynard asked.
'You won't believe it. Age is of none importance to me. Time however, that matters! Time is of the essence. Even though I am immortal.'
'And how did you became immortal exactly?' Marcellus asked even more curious now.
Master Uruk laughed out loud and said: 'Wouldn't you want to know?'
'Well, yes! Who doesn't?' Marcellus stating the obvious now.
'Young truthseekers, there are things of more importance right now. So let's not get distracted. We are heading to another constellation called Gâr. There everything is different, but try to keep your emotions hidden since the people there aren't that fond of human emotions. They cannot comprehend feelings since they have bin developed into a higher selfawareness. No, I don't say this right. I mean, they aren't having a selfawareness anymore. They are so developed, so skilled, that they function as a hyve.'
'Like a Borg Collective?' Kendric asked while he decided this was totally worth it to break his silence for.
'Haha, you could say that. Well without all the hightech implants etcetera. But you get the idea, they think and feel as one mind.'
'The whole constellation?' Kenji asked.
'Yes! Every planet that is habited had developed into the hyve mind. It is actually fascinating, not sure if that's what we should want though for earth. With the development of your higher self, you reach a lot but loose a lot as well. Like being unique, like a great musician, or singer, or painter. Those qualities you loose as a person when you become one big "whole". And personally, I quite enjoy music and art.'
'What are we going to do there?' Zuberi asked.
'To find allies!' Master Uruk said determined. The boys were over exited but Kendric wasn't feeling it.
What happened with me sacrificing myself?
'What happened Kendric is that none of us can accept that you will sacrifice yourself for the greater good. It seems you have learned a lot the time you've spend on Anunnaki High. But you apperently missed out on teambuilding.' Master Uruk and the others were watching Kendric now.
'It's my choice, mine alone.'
'And there is where you are wrong my boy! It is OUR choice. I see you don't understand why. Let me explain this to you. For the balance in the universe we need things to go as plan. Mes-Sanuri gaining 100.000 years of ultimate powers isn't balance, that is the opposite of it! You see now young master Origins? Balance is where we are fighting for and to behold the balance in the universe we will find many allies since many do understand how balance is needed to keep the universe vibrating in the way it should be. And yes Mes-Sanuri will find a lot of allies also, since there are always allies to find who want things out of balance. You know that of your series and comics. There are always bad persons to find screwing up the balance between good and evil.'
Kendric thought about his movie and series addiction and how bad villains always wanted things out of balance, be more powerful, mightier, richer or whatever their evil reasons were.
Destination Gârthriël: Arrived
'Ah yes, yellow planet also known as Gârthriël.' Master Uruk said while he admired the big yellow planet which was at least 2 times as big as earth.
'Why yellow though?' Marcellus wondered
'Suns, as in multiple!' And Master Uruk pointed at a few sons.
'Incredible! So the land is dry?' Kenji asked while he stood next to Kendric now to gain a better view.
'Yes Kenji, as dry as a bone! They live in the hollow Gârthriël.'
'You mean like the hollow earth theory?' Maynard asked.
'Exactly like that Maynard!'
Everyone was gasping at the windscreen. A beam of light was send from the yellow planet.
'Better sit down boys. Prepare for a bumpy ride! This can get rough. They are pulling us in.'
'In, as in in-in? Underground?' Marcellus asked with a trembling voice.
Master Uruk nodded.
'I'm claustrofobic!' Marcellus said.
'Just close your eyes than coward.' Commented Maynard.
Marcellus was to scared to be pissed off by Maynard right now and he squeezed his eyes. The ride was bumpy indeed, the whole ship was shaking when they entered their atmosphere.
'It will get worse!' Yelled Master Uruk.
And it did...
When they got pulled into the spacestation it felt as if they were in a freefall. Down they went and it was so dark. Like an airshaft that was pulling them down. Their stomachs felt as if they were turned upside down and their faces were sucked back by the high speed with which they fell.
'Soooo muuuuch wooooorse thannnn aaaaaa rolllllllerrrrrrcoaaaasterrrrrriiiiidddeee!' Marcellus tried to speak but the speed made it hard to say anything.
Suddenly their spaceship floated in open skye. They ran to the windscreen of the ship to see what was underneath.
'Wow!' Said Zuberi in amazement.
'Wow indeed. Welcome to the capital of Gârthrïel: Denâiniiâh.'
They enjoyed the view from the city. It looked a bit as Tokyo mixed with a bounty island. Many sort of skyscrapers were to be found everywhere you looked but all in some weird form. Instead of streets, there was water floating. Just like Venice in Italy, water between the buildings everywhere.
'Where are the trees?' Zuberi asked.
'There are none. Remember, underground... no sun!' Said Master Uruk while he looked up.
They looked up and there was nothing to see. No stars nor moon or sun. The skye was pitch black.
'Do they never have some kind of light?' Asked Kendric.
'Artificial light. But not up here, down there.' And Master Uruk pointed at what looked like a energysource. It was like a big dome, constant undulating movements. Like a bolt of lightning was trapped in the dome and was fighting to get out.
Kendric wondered what it was and why the skyscrapers were build so weird. They were like pyramids but upside down in the water.
Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon.
'Free energy! That's why they build like that. Look closer, look at the decorations in the stones. See anything familiar? Do you see the perfect geometry of the buildings? They function as beacons to pass the energy through to one another.'
They zoomed in through their windshield on a building and found decorations in the stone blocks they knew from ancient buildings on Earth. At least what's left of it.
'Free energy, we had it once on earth.
Before men took it away to fill some wallets from only the few...
It's complicated. The learnings of ancient civilisations are very interesting. History lessons tells you they were primitive, but they weren't.
There are still many findings till this day on earth which proof they were very sophisticated. But well, people like to be lied to. We will cover this topic again in class, but that will be for a later time. For now, let's meet the council.' Master Uruk touched some buttons and Katinka responded inmediatly by docking the ship.
There was a giant man waiting for them when they opened the door.
'Welcome in Denâiniiâh. My name is Âdgâr and I will be escorting you to the council. Please follow me.' And Âdgâr walked over the water.
'Uhm, how exactly are we to follow you?' Maynard stating the obvious.
But Master Uruk stepped out the spaceship on to the water.
They all stepped on to the water, amazed how they didn't get wet feet and didn't sank to the bottom.
'Can I live here, this is awesome!' And Marcellus tapdanced on the water.
'We are here, hold your breath humans.' Âdgâr said while he made some weird movement with his feet.
A portal opened up in the water and he waved with his arm that they had to jump in.
'How long exactly should we hold our breath?' Zuberi asked, looking into what appeared to be a bottomless pit.
'Rest assured, everything will be ok, just jump in.' Said Master Uruk with a friendly assuring smile.
Maynard jumped first and Kenji followed him.
'Are you coming?' Kendric asked.
But Marcellus and Zuberi weren't eager on jumping in. Kendric reached out his hand. 'Take it!'
Zuberi took his hand and gave Marcellus his other hand. They took a deep breath and jumped in together. It felt like a tsunami which took them down into the depths of the ocean. It felt neverending and Zuberi was gasping for air. Clearly he panicked. But the ride luckily wasn't very long and before they knew it, they stood with both feet back on dry land.
They found themselves in a big arrival hall and Âdgâr led the way to a huge smokescreen under an arch which was made from some strange looking stones. They were coloured azure blue with some yellow stripes in it.
'Lapis lazuli. It's a spiritual stone. It keeps the mind clear.' Âdgâr looked at them but they had no idea what he was talking about.
He rolled his eyes. It was fun to see for them that another species rolled their eyes to if you act stupid even when they were in a hyve mind.
Âdgâr walked to the smokescreen and Master Uruk followed him. When they stepped through to the smokescreen they saw a big conferenceroom with a huge oval table.
'Welcome Uruk, welcome! How have you bin old friend?'
This man was even bigger than Âdgâr and looked ancient. Master Uruk reacted in a modest way.
'I thought they were emotionless?' Kendric asked and the others pulled up their shoulders.
'This is King Heliosgâr. Leader of the Gârthriël people. The only one in control over his own emotions in case you were wondering. He leads the collective mind of Gârthriël. The others you see here at the table all represent their own planet in their constellation Gâr. Only kings and queens have their own emotions.' Explained Master Uruk.
'Yes, yes, sit down. Let us start since you don't have much time here.' Said King Heliosgâr hasty.
'Why not?' Asked Marcellus dissapointed.
'The pressure boy, the pressure! We're underground, the pressure is hard to take on those weak human bodies. It will crush you! We have protections in place, but it will not do much for you after a while. So come on, hurry up!'
They all sat down at the oval table with the other kings and queens. All gigantic, some had weird looking faces, no facial hair, small pointy noses, mega thin lips. Was this what evolution looks like? Kendric wondered.
After a few minutes of observing eachother, King Heliosgâr broke down the silence.
'Well, I see.' He said and the others bended their heads down in agreement.
'Did they just do that telepathic thingy again?' Marcellus asked.
'Ofcourse we will help! This is our sacred duty. You know this my friend.'
Master Uruk gave them a friendly nod.
'But! You know we can only come if she has made alliances. If she comes only with her own people, we can't help you out. This you know also! I strongly advise you to find out her plans. We will keep our minds open and inform you in case we have found some information about possible alliances she has made.'
King Heliosgâr turned to Kendric: 'As for you young master Origins. A collective mind would gave you peace and quiet. You could escape your own mind which is driving you crazy at the moment. Keep that in mind and if you're longing for that escape, you know where to find us! Untill that day comes, we gift you one of our royal Axolotls.'
King Heliosgâr waved his hand and an aquarium appeared right in front of Kendric. A little creature swam around in circles. It had a strange little pink head with black eyes like an alien, four little legs with four sharp toes each, a tail and six strange things on his head which looked a little bit like the mane of a lion but than made out of little branches.
'What is it?' Kendric asked.
'It? No, no, no, young fool. Not it. What is he! HE! And to answer your question. You have these at earth as well. I believe they are critically endangered? That's what you get without a collective mind. No appreciation! Some will never learn, you need to spell it out for them. You know? In their minds...
But this little guy, is from the royal bloodline, unique! We've left a lot of them at earth the last time we had visited. Years back! Not royals though. Royals are more gifted, you'll find out in time. They regenerate themselves, magical little creatures. Taught us a lot as well about regeneration. But you people, you breed them in captivity, wild ones go extinct. You do experiments on them, just like your monkeys, rats, mouses and so many others. For your make-up, your detergent, medicine and on this beautiful creatures for their regeneration powers. Cruel it is, cruel is humanity, cruel and primitive! Really, or actually not worthy to be saved. But I acknowledge the truthseekers and their mission to lift humanity to a higher dimension. Which is long overdue!
But...
Master Origins, if you fail your mission to help humanity I can promiss you this. Don't ever come back here asking for help. We and many other constellations are done waiting for humanity to catch up. All the best to you young truthseekers. I hope we can stay allies for a long time.' King Heliosgâr and the others got up and placed there left hand in front of their face. Their way of saying goodbye.
'Uhm, thank you.' Kendric said, unsure what was expected of him. He placed his left hand in front of his face and the others followed, Master Uruk included.
Âdgâr picked them up to get them back to their ship: 'We from Gârthriël wish you a safe journey home.' And Âdgar dissapeared in the water.
'Quickly now, we need to go before the pressure will be to much for our bodies.' Master Uruk ran into Katinka the spaceship.
Destination: Anunnaki High
They flew back the way they came in. Luckily the way back up wasn't that bad as going down. Getting through the atmosphere was a whole new level of "bumpy". It felt like the atmosphere was pushing them back, that it resisted them from flying out. But Katinka was well equiped and build for a fight and led them through the atmosphere.
'And?' Master Uruk asked when they were flying into space again.
Kendric looked at him, not sure what he expected of him.
'Well? What do you think?' Master Uruk had to ask since there was little to none to read from Kendric's mind. His mind was empty, not one thought running through.
'Do you feel better now? He asked impatiently.
'I don't know. To be honest, I don't feel anything. Little do we know. So what's the point of thinking about the future and the options that we have or don't have, if we don't know what she is planning?' And Kendric sighed and played with that one stubborn strand of hair that was constantly falling in front of his eyes.
This had changed nothing for him. He was done with it all and wished for his old life back, longing to travel. Just plain and simple.
