'Let me.' Kendric's grandmother got up and jumped through the wormhole.
'Well let us continue then. To answer your question Cahya. You see, you all are very young. 15/16 years old, still growing in every aspect of the way. To recieve a main power where you can focus on entirely is already hard. Hard to master it, but to be as Kendric, being the chosen one and recieving so many cosmic powers is like all your favorite superheroes put together in one tiny human. So he gets overwhelmed and is having trouble on what he needs to focus since he is sensing so many powers within him. Normally he would master it all over the years that he attends this school. But there is no time. We are rushing you all and Kendric feels that pressure the most. So it's not only a physical thing, in this case it's an emotional mental thing as well.'
Cahya had tears in her eyes, so did a lot of other girls in the group also Marcellus who was crying his eyes out.
'Whyyyyy???' He sobbed theatrically like an oprah singer. 'Why us? Why Kendric? Why now?'
The girls had to laugh while they were putting away their tears.
'Are you going to help him? Are the Anunnaki doing anything to speed up the process?' Yrsa asked with wet red eyes.
'They are helping us all and will take good care of Kendric as well. All in good time. Knowledge has to come to some in small porportions. Kendric hasn't had any knowledge of this all, he is a clear young mind as we call them. So he needs to learn everything from scratch. Some of you already knew things before you came here. Knew things about the Anunnaki for example or the paranormal. Not Kendric. Have patience, even though the clock is ticking. Patience is a virtue.' Master Uruk got up and made a gesture that they all needed to get up. As soon as they did he let the pillows disappear.
'Enough for now. Let's eat some and we'll try to lighten up the day.'
Kendric was outside. Staring at the school building. This big black pyramid felt like the headquarters of the walking dead. At least that was how he was feeling at this moment. Waiting to die a horrible dead because he failed to master his powers.
The chosen one, ha! What a joke! Who are they kidding?
Kendric couldn't help himself, his thoughts were dark. For weeks they were training now and although some progress was made, it seemed the breathing part was mission impossible. He was so done with it.
'Kendric?', his grandmother stepped out the violet beamlight which had transported her outside, 'are you alright my grandson?'
But Kendric couldn't answer her, afraid he might burst out in tears. He kneeled down in the dirt:'What is wrong with me grandma?'
'Nothing my child, absolutely nothing! Don't you ever think that it is your fault! You do not fail! Don't put that pressure on yourself. Normally you would've years to practise and master this all. So don't doubt yourself. You already have learned so much in such a short period of time.' And she held him tightly.
Kendric sat in silence for a while and laid with his head on his grandmothers shoulder: 'I am glad your back.'
'Well, back temporarely. It will where off, like a battery running low. But that's ok, I will always be with you. I've never left your side. I even saw you winning that soccergame, you know the one where you scored a hat-trick?'
'You saw that?' And he smiled, 'did you see me score that last one?'
'Yes I certainly did, you made a bicycle kick goal!' She was as proud as any grandma could be.
'How can I do my breathing exercises without harming myself or others grandma?'
'Normally people get relaxed from doing meditation. It seemes with you, you have to find relaxation elsewhere. I think that will be the answer for you. Try to enjoy your time here, to lower the pressure you are feeling. Try to find a way to put the weight of the world on your shoulders on hold. Like sports, you love that. How long ago was the last time you enjoyed yourself with a soccer game. Either watch it on tellie or just played some with your friends? Or basketball or any other sport?'
Kendric stared at the school building. Since he arrived, he hadn't played any game at all anymore while normally at school back home he would play basketball and play soccer every day with his team. Didn't even watch his favorite soccerteam. He couldn't even remember the last time he just relaxed and did nothing. Like do a marathon of the Avengers or something.

'I think you are right grandma. But the problem is that we have little free time. Either we are training on mastering our powers, training on development of the mind, studying ancient history or whatever. It is never ending. The days are long and at the end of the day I am exhausted and glad when my head falls down on my pillow.'
'Well that needs to change. I will discuss this with Master Uruk. Don't you worry my child. We will make this right!', and she gave him a kiss on his forehead and held him tight in her arms, 'I need to enjoy this as long as it lasts. Being a spiritguide is great. But the earthly, human way of things. Your memories about the time on earth are so vivid that it is the part which is hard to let go. Like hugging you and kiss you on that beautiful head of yours while feeling the warmth of your skin.' And she gave him another kiss on his forehead.
Another purple beam light appeared and Charlize stepped through.
'How cool is this?' And she jumped up and down and busted some moves from Fortnite. Kendric and his grandmother laughed loudly, it was just so awkward to watch.
'Are you ready?' She asked Kendric.
'For what?'
'Relaxation dude! Doctors orders! Come on lets go to your room and do an Avengers marathon, hopefully we can put Thor and Iron man in it as well. Although I don't think this battery will run long enough for me to accompany you through all the Marvels. But well, than I just join you "in spirit".'
'Which doctor?' Kendric just didn't understand and how could she bring up the Avengers just minutes later after he thought about it?
'Oh dude, come on! Mindreading? We are connected, did you forget? I just felt that whole warm and fuzzy feeling of you when you talked about your movies and series addiction to your grandma. It wasn't that hard to guess to be honest.' Charlize spinned around on the top of her toes enjoying her temporarily earthly body.
'Well I let you two enjoy together, I have some business to discuss with Master Uruk.' His grandma went through the purple light beam and waved at them.
Charlize took him by the hand.
'Watch this!' She said and she waved her hand in front of her, a wormhole appeared and she pulled Kendric through the wormhole.
One millisecond later they were standing in his room back home. Charlize fall down on the beansack.
'So, you wanna start according the timeline or do you just want to hit endgame inmediatly?'
Kendric laughed. Never ever had he met a girl who was so into Marvel as Charlize was. He turned on his Smart TV and opened up the Disney plus app.
'Let's do Avengers, Doctor Strange and Thor. Those are my favorites.'
Charlize gave him a nod in agreement.
They watched the first Avenger movie in silence. Before Kendric could turn on the second part Charlize got up.
'I am sorry Kendric, I know you need to relax but I see your mind is still elsewhere. Maybe we should talk some?'
Kendric stared at the tv, he wanted to turn on the movie but Charlize was right. His mind wasn't at ease. He needed to vent some, to get this ridiculous thoughts out of his system. He took a deep breath and began to rattle about how he didn't understood that he was the chosen one. How frustrating and especially embarrassing it was to screw up so much, to know so little compared to the others. Whether it was about some crazy conspiracy theory or just plain simple facts which he tend to forgot since history just wasn't his thing. Charlize didn't move, she didn't even breathe. Which was suprisingly calming for Kendric. She just sat there, being the one who listened to him in private. The one where he didn't had to be afraid or feel emberassed.
'So basically you're afraid to fail everyone?'
'Yeah, that's about it.'
'So basically you expect to be allknowing instantly and be like the allmighty Merlin?'
Kendric had to laugh. It would be cool to be like a wizard. He didn't even thought about what he exactly was or was suppose to be. All he did was learn and practise. Not one second he thought about what all this did to him as a person, as a human...
'That's right! You could be Superman, Thor, Merlin, whoever you want to be. Actually even more advanced than them, since they didn't had me!'
They both laughed out loud.
'Thanks Charlize, I haven't felt this releaved for a while now. It feels good to talk but also joke about it. I like hanging out with you, you're fun!'
'Duhhh, so many lifetimes together and only now you're finding out?'
They filled the room with laughter again.
Kendric laid down back on the bed comfortably again and turned on the next part of the Avengers.
He wished he could stay here, he wished not to go back. Be simple again, nothing special. Oh those were the days...
'How I would die for for a Coke and some chips right now!' Charlize said while looking at her tummy.
'Can you eat now?'
'I don't know. But I am materialised, so why not?'
Kendric walked to his secret stash, which he had hidden in a small box behind some collector DVD boxes. He opened up a box and showed it to Charlize.
'No way! Lays paprika flavor chips? Twix? Fudge?' She grabbed everything out of the box and didn't know how quickly to unwrap them. One by one she stuffed them into her mouth
'The only thing missing is a Coke. Sorry...' Kendric wished he could offer her something to drink, she would need it after stuffing everything in it like there would be no tomorrow.
'It's ok Kenny, hihi Kenny. That's sweet. I will call you from now on Kenny, way cuter!' She smiled and her teeth were all brown from the chocolat which was still in her mouth.
Charlize really wasn't embarrased to eat like a pig. Kendric loved this about her, she was just like...
...him!
