Before they all got out of the spaceship, Miss Bria was already ranting on and on and on. How foolish they were, how dangerous this was, careless, selfish and a more and more words kept felling out of her mouth. But Master Uruk didn't spoke. Jane checked the statistics of the ship and the group remained clueless, not sure what to do next. They all looked at Kendrick.

'What? I don't know,' Kendric looked at Master Uruk, 'can we go?'

Master Uruk looked furious and raised his voice: 'Go??? Go where? To sleep or to ride of again perhaps? Where do you all want to G-O?'

Marcellus wanted to answer his questions but Kenji poked him in the side with his elbow and shook his head. Master Uruk placed his lizard staff on Kendrick's forhead: 'I see.' And he paced around.

The group didn't dare to interrupt him and stood nailed to the ground. Master Uruk was talking to himself while still pacing around. They all exchanged eye contact and shrugged their shoulders. They could only wait and hope for the best.

Master Uruk finally turned around and quit pacing: 'Join forces?'

The group nodded.

'Well, considering the circumstances I don't see any other option. But she can forget about getting the scroll back, over my dead body!' And he stormed off.

'I will talk to you all tomorrow!' Miss Bria said while she gave them a stern look.

Jane was somewhere in the ship, doing maintenance or whatever. Kendric could care less. He felt exhausted and just wanted to go to bed.

'Yes, go to bed! Quickly now!' Miss Bria ordered them while she pushed them forward.

The group made a little sprint to their dorms without saying a word. Cahya and Kendric quickly exchanged eye contact before they all jumped through their own wormhole to their dorms. The boys took a shower first, after the bad weather in Scotland they needed to warm up. Once in bed, hitting those pillows, everyone dose of to wonderland.

'Kendric, Kendric, quickly, wake up!'

Kendric opened up one eye to see what was all the fuzz about and noted Zuberi who shook his arm: 'What's going on?'

Then he heard the horn. It sounded louder than normal when classes were announced. Like a siren.

'Look!' And Zuberi pointed to the floor.

A red laser like line was constantly going back and forth over the floor.

'Are we suppose to get our body suits on first or just go in our pajamas?' Marcellus asked with still a sleepy head and his hair all messy.

'We are suppoded to go inmediatly to the messhall. This is the alarm, let's find out if it's a drill.' Kenji told them while climbing out the bed underneath Marcellus.

'How do you know?' Kendric asked him.

'It's in the schoolrules.' Kenji answered while rolling his eyes.

'We have rules?', Marcellus had his woozy face on again.

They quickly went through the wormhole and followed the red laser light which blinked like a beacon all the way to the messhall. When they entered the messhall, all the teachers were waiting for them at the teachers table. As soon as the students sat down, Master Uruk cleared his throat:

'This is not a drill! Come to think of it, it would've bin smart if we had a drill first for the ones who haven't read the schoolrules.' And he sqeeuzed his eyes while looking at Marcellus.

A portal appeared in front of Master Uruk and a woman stepped through together with a big group of people.

'Is that...?'

'Oh yes Marcellus, that's definitely her!' Kendric answered while staring at the woman.

'Truthseekers, meet the Negatives. Some of you already had an encounter with them. They bare news. You'll be wise to listen!' And Master Uruk returned to his seat at the teacherstable.

The woman stepped forward and cleared her throat, ready to talk, just in the same way as Master Uruk did which was kind of typical, since she was once in a lifetime his wife.

'My name is Narua Niginna, I am a truthseeker just as you all are.' She said while Master Uruk stared at her while sarcasm dripping from his face.

'Yes Uruk, I feel your eyes burning in my back! But yes, I am still a truthseeker. No person nor being will ever take that away from me. No matter which group I have joined!' She said briskly without actually looking at him and she continued:

'Since the threat that comes with Mes-Sanuri, we will need to join forces together. There is no other way if we even want to make a chance at defeating her and her powerful army. Over the years she had made many mighty friends. As did we! The question is, who wants to be in a planetary war? They did that before, many, many times. Nowadays they have federations and peace treaties. So we actually don't know how many will be willing fighting her war nor ours...'

'What do we know than?' Maynard asked.

'Well Kendric, what do we know?' She asked him.

Kendric pulled back his face not understanding what the heck she was talking about. How could he know anything about this subject?

Kendric refused to answer but was sweating like a pig. Het got so nervous, didn't know what to answer.

What did she expact? I am 15 years old , just arrived a few weeks ago. What the hell does she want from me? I could... I could...

Kendric got up: 'We don't need your help. But thanks for coming.' And he left the messhall.

Everyone remained in shock by Kendric's unexpected remark against Narua Niginna.

'Did he lost his mind?' Maynard asked.

They all stared at Master Uruk, awaiting his response. He looked furious at his ex wife Narua.

'Great job!' He said with sarcasm and he left the messhall as well.

Narua just stood there with that stupid smirk on her face, still enjoying this way to much. As if her mission was to devide the group instead of helping them with the upcoming war.

Miss Bria got up and whispered something in Narua's ear. They both sat down at the teacherstable while all the students were waiting for their next orders.

Kendric sat down in the hallway where he had a nice talk with Enki. He remembered how funny Enki was and joked how he could've bin his son.

What a joke. His loser son maybe yeah. Narua Niginna, what a stupid name for a stupid cow. I hope she had her fun, she can go now.

'And what will you do than?'

Kendric recognised Master Uruk's voice, which wasn't a suprise since he felt him poking his mind. But he didn't care. He was so done with all of this.

Master Uruk stared out of the window: 'Beautiful, isn't it? The universe is a magical place, so much we humans still don't understand even though we have more knowledge than most on earth but still it is a mystery.' And he stared into the depth of the universe.

'I will sacrifice myself.' Kendric said determined.

Master Uruk laughed: 'you will do no such thing!'

'I won't let the others die only to protect me. I refuse to sacrifice the people on earth. If it's me she wants, she can have me. This fight is over. Look at this situation, it is awkward and bizar to say the least! Your ex wife, seriously? I am done with all this, I mean it. Let me do it my way. Give me a spaceship and let me fly far away from here and from earth.'

'How nobel you are young master Origins. Nobel indeed...

But no! Although you think you're a loser, others believe in you, as do I. Our faith will make up for the lack of it in yourself and others like my ex wife. And no, I am not pleased that we have to work with the Negatives. But in times of war you can't pick your friends. We should be thankful that there is still a shred of dignity in her left that she even wants to join this fight. We will need the Negatives, them and many others to win this battle. Don't think I can't handle my ex wife young master Origins. I am more than able to deal with her sarcasm. But you! You need some selfcontrol. Have you even worked on that lately? Do you even meditate?'

'I don't have the patience for it and I am far from peaceful at the moment.'

'I see. So what's your plan?' Master Uruk turned around and faced Kendric.

But Kendric had no idea what to do. Sacrificing himself was the easy way out and it spared everyone. A win-win situation if you'd asked him.

'Well for you it isn't a win-win situation, or did you forgot what J.P. told you about the end of your cycle? No afterlife, no reincarnation...'

'I know! Believe me I get it! But fighting is pointless. We are still students. I am still a nobody, chosen or not. I haven't mastered my powers, I have no clue what I am doing. I act based on my intuition in those moments. It was dumb luck till this point. I'm not delusional hoping to be that lucky when we are facing Mes-Sanuri!'

'So what you're trying to say is that you give up? Even before the battle has begun?'

'YES!' Kendric was more convinced than ever that this was the right thing to do.

'I see. Well, before you make your final decision, come with me first.' And Master Uruk walked away.

Kendric followed him through the hallway wondering where they were going. Master Uruk looked like he was floating forward again just like the first day when they met in the hallway. They stood in front of the messhall again.

'I am not going back in there!' Said Kendric determined.

'I know, I only need to do something. Wait for me here.' And Master Uruk stepped through the wormhole.

A few minutes later he came back with the boys.

'Kendric? What's going on?' Zuberi asked.

'Master Uruk said you were waiting for us.' Marcellus said.

'Follow me!' Master Uruk ordered while walking through the hallway. He stepped throught the lasergrid and entered the hangar. Master Uruk stopped at the end of the hangar at a dock. He pressed some buttons on a touchscreen on the wall and a huge spaceship appeared.

'Oh hello Katinka. Meat the boys Kendric, Kenji, Marcellus, Zuberi and Maynard. Would you be so kind to let them in?'

Welcome Master Uruk, you may enter now.

The ship had a raw voice of a woman. As if she had a cold. A door opened automatically and Master Uruk stepped in.

'Meet my Katinka, my own private jet. Katinka stands for pure, oh and pure she is! Made out of the purest materials that the universe has to offer.'

Kenji and Marcellus walked around, observed the systems and all the materials that has bin used. They admired Katinka's design and overwhelmed Master Uruk with all technological questions.

'What happened?' Zuberi asked Kendric while they were hanging around at the door from Katinka.

'I just snapped.' And Kendric stared through the doorway.

'Yeah, so much was clear to us all brother. But what happened after?'

'You mean with Master Uruk?'

'Yes, where are we going? What's the plan brother?'

'I have no idea. We talked, I told him I am going to sacrifice myself to Mes-Sanuri and now we are here.'

'You said what? Are you crazy? Have you completely lost your mind?' Zuberi asked him full of anger and incomprehension how Kendric could have made this choice.

Maynard was listening in on their conversation but for the first time he had no words or smartass remarks. He somehow admired the brave choice from Kendric but condemned it as well.

'Do you not believe in us Kendric?' He asked.

Kendrick turned around and looked at Maynard who just stared at them eith an empty look in his eyes, waiting for an answer.

'What do you mean?'

'Well, even though it takes courage to do what you are willing to do. It also means you don't have faith in us. No faith in our capabilities, not in our strength as a group, not in our powers...'

'No it's not that!'

'Well, what is it than?'

But Kendric didn't know exactly. Didn't he had faith in them?

'I just don't want you all to sacrifice your lives just to safe mine.'
