Kendric and Kenji exchanged eye contact and shared the same thought. They left their table but Marcellus stayed clueless at the table so they grabbed him by his arms and pulled him of his floating chair. Marcellus yelled like if he was in great pain for leaving his food behind but then followed them out of the messhall anyway.

Yrsa saw the whole thing, she ran after Kendric and yelled his name. He looked back but did already jumped through the wormhole. He waited for her to come through. When she came through the wormhole she asked Kendric what was wrong with Zuberi.

'I don't know, he looked into Mes-Sanuri, then seemed totally in panic and ran off. I don't know what he saw, but it scared the hell out of him. We need to find him!' And he looked around but Zuberi was nowhere to be found.

'Let's split up,' Kenji said. Marcellus wanted to team up with Yrsa but Kenji grabbed him by his arm and pulled Marcellus with him.

'You come with me, we go to the left to the dormitory first. You guys go to the right,' and Kenji and Marcellus ran into the direction of their dorm.

Kendric watched how Yrsa was thinking out loud. All of a sudden she grabbed his hand and ren into the right hallway. Kendric remembered that the hallway with all the paintings and pictures was here somewhere and he pulled her to the left direction at the crossway where Marcellus had took him before. Once they've checked some more hallways they had to admit that Zuberi was nowhere to be found.

'Are there any other places he could go?' Yrsa asked him. But Kendric didn't know, they didn't wander off together that much.

'Wait, maybe he went to the medical floor?' And Yrsa grabbed Kendric's hand again and ran into the medical floors direction. A nurse just walked out of the medical unit and they asked if Zuberi was there but the nurse shook her head and went on doing her thing.

'Maybe Kenji and Marcellus had more luck in finding him. Let's go to the messhall and wait for the guys there.'

When they entered the messhall they heared Zasha talking loudly in her heavy Russian accent. A group of girls and some boys who couldn't get their eyes of her, surrounded her and laughed overly loud at her jokes. It was obnoxius how all the boys seem to fell for her non existing charm. She certainly loved being in the spotlight and Kendric made a face as if he had to puke.

'She is actually very nice once you get to know her, although she is very demanding and loves and also demands the attention.' Yrsa laughed sneeky while she tried to hide it by holding both her hands before her mouth.

Kendric admired Yrsa for seeking the best in people. He certainly wasn't going to do it. He never hang out with people he didn't like. His friends and him were very tied and all had the same humour and interests. They talked a lot about new movies, series and anime. Ofcourse gaming was on the top of their list. Although Kendric was the only one of his friends who really prefered to be outdoor instead of gaming all day.

'What are your hobbies Yrsa?' He actually was curious what Yrsa normally did in her free time.

'I like to ski and love to run and play with my huskies.'

Kendric wasn't suprised, after all she lived in Norway and already told them her parents had a dog sled company.

'And how about movies? Which ones do you like? Do you watch series or anime as well?'

Yrsa looked up while thinking about which movies she liked.

'To be honest I don't watch as many movies as I would like. I am always busy after school with the huskies. There isn't much time left for me, I'm already having a hard time keeping track of my friends and school. But if I watch anything, most of the time it is comedy. I am not that much of a romantic person I am afraid,' and Yrsa looked a little bit shy and blushed.

But Kendric was ready for a quick comeback: 'Me neither!'

Yrsa smiled at him. Not that Kendric thought he hit a homerun but he just wanted to comfort her.

But he wasn't a romantic at all, he always zapped away with romantic movies. He didn't even liked romantic comedies, they were lame.

It was to Kendric's satisfaction that they both liked comedy and werent the kind of people who were into this romantic kind of thing. That only would've made it awkward for the both of them. However, there was an awkward silence between them and they both felt uncomfortable. Kendric didn't know how this happened and thought back at their conversation wondering how the hell it became so uncomfortable that quickly. Were they accidentally talking about a future date? Is that it?

Kenji and Marcellus luckily entered the messhall but Kenji shook his head. No one knew where Zuberi was holding out and they all worried over there friend.

Master Uruk walked in with his lizard staff in one hand and an ancient book in the other. All the teachers followed him and there...

Miss Bria walked next to him and held him tight with one arm. Zuberi had his head down and for a milisecond he looked up to the boys. Master Uruk climbed on the stage and Marcellus his little flying UFO flew in front of him. Master Ryka played the Didgeridoo, calling on all the truthseekers to come to the messhall. They waited a few minutes while everyone gathered in the messhall.

After everyone had arrived Master Uruk scraped his throat ready to speech:

'As some of you certainly will know, some of our students have encountered an ancient being called Mes-Sanuri. For the ones who didn't, now you do. This being is the Queen from a planet known as Sanuri.

Her lieutenant is called Kaï-Sanuri. Since she tried to take the life essense of two of our students already and we luckily could prevent this in time, it is necessary to inform you immediatly. Zuberi with his power of divination had a glimpse of the future and what's to come. But he also saw the past, her past! Her past is and always be her future since she always needs to shred someones soul to exist for another 10 or in Kendric's case a 100.000 years. If she doesn't, her planet and her people will all be extinct.'

A restlessness filled the messhall. Kendric could detect it somehow, although everyone remained in silence. It was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. Yrsa grabbed Kendric's hand under the table and squeezed it a bit. She looked so scared. But he also felt it, it felt like doom was being announced and coming their way.

Master Uruk continued:

'She is an interdimensional being, because of their five moons they vibrate on different levels which makes it easy for them to travel between dimensions. And now...', Master Uruk scraped his voice again, 'she is coming our way.'

Everyone panicked right away and they all talked interchangeably. Yrsa grabbed Kendric's hand more tightly and fear struck her beautiful face.

'Young master Zuberi has seen parts of the future, she will not stop untill she has found young master Kendric, who is her main target. But don't think because she needs him, that you will be safe. Every being with a pure energy flow like you all have since your ceremony will still her hunger for a while. No one is safe! You are all a target! She only needs one of you to gain 10 years.

Since this highschool is hidden very well, not even in a place where time exist, she will have a hard time finding it. With the meassures we took, it will be impossible. But we can't hide, she will kill every last soul on earth to find the chosen one and that's what Zuberi saw. He saw his family slaughtered and many of yours as well. BUT!!!' He raised his voice since everyone completely panicked by the idea of their families dying.

'Seeing a possible future, is not necessarily fact. It is a possibility and given by the higher powers for a reason. So you can prevent it!'

Kenji and Marcellus stood up while Kendric did the same. They somehow all had the urge to get up and speak out at the same time. The three of them said unanimously: 'Than we fight!!!'

Behind them they heard a boy and a girl say the same thing. They turned around and it was Marnick and Cahya standing together. Marnick looked at Kendrick and nodded in agreement. More and more students got up and they all made the symbol that Kendrick and Master Uruk made with the Anunnaki. The right fist upside down rolled out in the left hand. Then the teachers made the same symbol.

'So it is agreed, WE FIGHT!!!' And Master Uruk made the same symbol and all the children screamed warrior sounds like indigenous people did when they prepared for battle.

After everyone had screamed the fear out of their system Master Uruk ordered Zuberi to go sit with his friends and made a gesture everyone needed to sit down. He spoke again:

'Although you are all learning at a very high speed, which is miraculous! We don't have much time. Therefor you must study twice as hard at school and go on missions faster than we had planned for you. We have a plan to fight Mes-Sanuri and her army. They are preparing and we need to do the same. But for the plan to work, you need history on your side. Those will be your missions and are of utmost important! Instructions will follow. For now, follow your classcolour lining back to class.'

Kendric and Yrsa exchanged eyecontact and parted their ways. When Kendric and his friends followed their blue light they walked into another hallway than usual, it looked like there was no end in sight and so dark that they had a hard time seeing where they were going.

'I know this place, this is where Master Uruk's office is.' Kendric told the class and they followed the blue light untill it just dissapeared into thin air. Kendric heard his class whispering while they were waiting for something to happen while standing in the dark. An orb came floating in and lead the way.

Master Uruk waited for them together with the orb now floating by his side. Without saying a word, he stepped through a veil. This one wasn't like the smokescreen to his office, instead it was made out of water. Drops moved from the bottom to the top and it kept repeating it's pattern. They all followed Master Uruk through the raindrops and entered a beautiful place which looked like paradise. There was a forest they had to go through only to end up at a stunning waterfall. They stood at the top of a steep rock and looked down on a lake into which the waterfall flowed. It was a spectacular view, breathtaking...

'Climb down or jump. Your choice,' Master Uruk said and he jumped with his lizard staff of the cliff and his robes were flying on the wind.

Kendric observed their white body suits. At the day of the ceremony they wore their white robes but since then only the bodysuits were available in their closets. They looked a bit like tight spacesuits. If one envisioned a spaceship controlled by a biological suit, you would imagine this suit. They were very comfy by adjusting to your body as soon as you took them on. It never sagged like annoying jeans could, it was neither too tight nor too loose, the black matching shoes fit perfectly without hurting. You could easily sleep in it if you wanted to. But no robe ment no flying like Master Uruk did. Even with robes Kendric wouldn't take the chance. Climbing down it is...

As they all arrived down with the ropes that were hanging on the cliff he saw Gemma strugling with hers. Maynard wanted to help her out with his power to let her appear at the ground but Master Uruk stopped him: 'Are you crazy young boy?'

Maynard looked confused. 'What's the problem?'

'The problem is that you don't have any control over your power or whatsoever. What if you let her disappear and can't let her reappear? Do you even know where you sending her of to?', Master Uruk looked furious, 'apportation is not to mess around with!'

Maynard was so full of himself that this outburst of Master Uruk offended him. His face spoke volumes. Somehow Kendric enjoyed this theatrical drama piece and he felt just a little bit ashamed for it. Master Uruk didn't help Gemma. Instead, he sat at one of the round stones which stood in a circle at the waterside and wasn't even paying attention to Gemma.

Some of the students were sitting on the stones as wel. Kendrick and Kenji looked worried.

Why didn't anyone help her? Why didnt Master Uruk?

'Because in war you will also find yourself alone sometimes Kendrick! You will need to help yourself. She has to overcome her fears and we are not helping her to find her way down.' Master Uruk sounded determined.

Kendric and Kenji went to the stones and sat down also. Still looking up to Gemma. After a few seconds Kenji went back on his feet again.

'This is ridiculous!' And he climbed into a rope up to Gemma who was holding on tightly to her rope halfway of the climbing wall. Kenji climbed like a ninja turtle and jumped from one rope to the other. He hang in the rope next to Gemma and began to talk to her while Master Uruk still sat on his stone looking forward into nothing or so it seemed, without moving a finger.

'Gemma, climb on my back!' Kenji said.

'No, I do not dare...' and Gemma's whole body shivered.

'Do it, or you will fall down!' And Kenji reached out his hand. Gemma looked at him with tears in her eyes.

'I am afraid of hights,' and she looked down and quickly she looked back up at the stone wall she was hanging on while squeezing her eyes.

'Give me your hand Gemma, trust me,' Kenji sounded like a true gentleman. He really was a honourable samurai.

Carefully she reached out her hand and they were locked tight now. Kenji held himself with one hand at the steep wall, his fingers pressed into a narrow crack while he held the rope tightly between his feet. He turned his back to her: 'Now jump!'

Gemma grapped his shoulder with her other hand and as soon as she could she put her hand which was still in Kenji's hand on his other shoulder and jumped. She clutched her legs and arms tightly around him and Kenji slides down smoothly like a cat with crazy spiderman senses.

When they arrived at the ground Gemma gave him a big hug and kissed him on his cheek while she thanked him. They both went to the stones to sit down although Kenji was a bit worried for the consequences of his disobedience but Master Uruk completely ignored him.

'Why?' Master Uruk asked Kenji without explaning what he ment with this single word question and still ignoring eye contact.

'Why?,' Kenji repeated Master Uruk's odd question and he replied confidently, 'why not?'

Master Uruk gave him a long stare and repeated the question. Kenji wasn't sure about what Master Uruk wanted to hear and decided to answer as short as possible: 'Because I could!'

'I see, fair enough,' and Master Uruk looked at the other students.

'You see how easy? Just because he could. And why couldn't you help out your teammate?'

Everyone pulled up Marcellus his woozy face now. He was got to be kidding right? No one dared to speak up though.

'Well I tell you why not, because you listened to me and followed my orders. Which choice that was made here was the better one? Kenji who helped Gemma out anyway because he felt the need to do so and therefor refused his orders or you guys who followed command?'

That was a difficult question, everybody thought long and hard about it but still no one spoke up. Then Kenji got up.

'Although I understand and acknowledge the importancy of following orders, I acted on my instinct which was that she needed help and I could provide it to her.' Kenji sat down again very strongly convinced that he made the right choice.

Then Zasha got up and she ran her hand through her hair.

'We are truthseekers and we must be confident in our actions. There is no time to whine or act like a scared little mouse. Yes she got help, but she hasn't learned anything now! You took that away from her Kenji!' Zasha snapped at Kenji while she got down on her stone again

Everyone raised an eyebrow after her harsh comment.

'Are you kidding me? In other words, you don't have my back or anyone else's back for that matter?', and Cahya looked furious while she spoke up, 'you do realise we have to work as a team right? It is the joined force of all our powers which will make us stronger. Yes Kendric will lead us all but he doesn't have ten pair of eyes in the back of his skull!!! We need to take care of eachother as well.'

Candace joined the discussion: 'We leave no one behind!'

The guys felt it was better to stay out of this catfight that was going on untill Master Uruk interfered.

'Ok good, very well spoken. You see how difficult it is? And yes I agree with Kenji, Cahya and Candace but I also agree with Zasha. To be a truthseeker you need to be able to safe yourself. Being afraid isn't an option. Not for hights, not for spiders or whatsoever. You need to be brave and you all have that in you, some just need to search for it a little harder. In that case Zasha was right although she could've said it more friendlier! If you can help out your teammate in the battlefield, you are obligated to do so! But someday you will find yourself in a tough situation where you need to make a quick decision within a split second. Those are the hard ones and there will be no wrong decision. If your teammate cannot get over it's fear, got frozen in time, either you help your teammate out and maybe you both end up hurt or worse... Or you have to leave your teammate behind and live with the guilt. Believe me, both decisions have great impact and even more consequences. Just remember this lesson when that day arrives.'
