Turles slowly walked up to the half-Saiyan from the future. He glared at him emotionlessly, like he was some badass. The two stood face to face. Turles was more than a few inches above the teenager. His tail swished from left to right, briefly catching the gaze of the time traveler. In that brief moment, Turles kneed him in the abdomen.
Trunks coughed up the saliva that was in his mouth just as Turles brought his elbow back, directly on the kid’s neck. Caught unprepared, Trunks dropped unconscious from the full power of Turles’s base power. Turles picked up Trunks as if he were nothing more than garbage. He searched his pockets and stole quite a few goodies. Capsule technology, a time machine, a cooler from the future, and Kakarot’s heart medicine. Oh, and a neato sword. Useless to him, but someone else might like it.
He tossed the goodies to his soldiers and ordered them to research everything about them so that they could reproduce the technology themselves. If possible, improve them, but do not use the spaceship-looking one. “You all can return to HQ now. I won’t need your assistance for a few years. I’ll call you when I need you.” He waved them off.
“Yes, Lord Turles!” They bowed and took off in the ship.
Turles looked at the time-traveling half-Saiyan and began to think. Did the boy have any use to him alive? As cool as he is and acts, Turles would not endanger himself because of his old self's feelings for these people. While he would visit the future timeline for his own benefit, Trunks wasn’t a necessary factor in that plan.
“Oh well.” Turles laughed as he blew a hole through the halfling's chest.
He then teleported in front of the Dragon Team. With a gentle smile on his face, he took a good long look at the team of good guys. Turles couldn’t help but laugh insidiously as they shook in fear from sensing his power and exclaiming in shock when he teleported in front of them. The new leader of the Planet Trade Organization locked eyes with the traitor.
“Goku!?” Krillin shouted.
“You bald midget! What did I tell you!?” Vegeta snapped at him.
“I’m afraid you have me mistaken for someone else. My name is Turles. Leader of the Planet Trade Organization that owns more than 80% of the known universe.” Turles introduced himself with a professional smile, his tail swaying freely from side to side.
“Why do you look like my dad…?” Gohan questioned.
“I’m afraid it’s your father that looks like me. I’m older than Kakarot. But to answer your question, Low-class Saiyans like me and your father do not need variety in our gene pool. Many low-class Saiyans can be almost entirely identical to another low-class Saiyan, even if they aren’t related at all. Don’t ask me how it works. I’m not a Saiyan scientist, I’m afraid.” Turles answered.
“How do you know about Kakarot? Have you met him already?!” Vegeta suddenly realized.
“My children have been telling me all about Mr. Goku.” Turles tapped his scouter. “They’ve been getting along quite well, but lucky for you, Kakarot is on his way now.” Turles shared.
“Goku is on the way!?” Yamcha happily cheered.
“Let’s hope you survive long enough to meet him.” Turles smiled before focusing his attention on Vegeta. “Princess Vegeta, long time no see, huh?”
“Princess?” Tien had to stifle a laugh as Vegeta shook in rage.
“I’d recognize that repulsive face of yours anywhere. It seems you survived, huh… I was wondering why you were missing on Namek.” Vegeta clenched his fist.
“Sadly, I had to miss out on the party. I got caught up in something else and was too late to join before the planet was blown to smithereens.” Turles crossed his arms.
“So you’ve managed to replace Frieza. What now? Just going to continue to follow in his footsteps even when he’s in the grave?” Vegeta mocked.
“The Planet Trade Organization was good to me, Vegeta. I have mostly good memories of my time in the Frieza Force. Why would I want to destroy that?” Turles questioned, not understanding Vegeta’s point.
“You truly are a pitiful fool. You didn’t even realize that Frieza was the one who destroyed our home planet! We were nothing to him! Why stand on the same side as him now that he’s dead?!” Vegeta shouted.

“I believe it's you that don’t understand Prince Vegeta.” Turles shook his head. “Who said I was doing this for Frieza? I don’t care what happened to our planet. There are billions of planets out there.” Turles chatted.
“What about our race!? Frieza’s nearly exterminated all of us! There’s not even a handful of Saiyans left! Don’t you have any Saiyan pride?”
“Hahahaha! The traitorous prince is talking to me about pride! I can rebuild the Saiyan empire myself. We have strong genes. I already have fou-five offspring right now. As the new ruler of the universe, do you know how many more women I could impregnate and rebuild our Saiyan empire?” Turles cackled. “Actually, it’s quite funny that as old as you are, you still have yet to produce a single offspring to continue your royal lineage. Before spouting to me about pride for our race, do you even care about the Saiyan race, Prince Vegeta?” Turles emphasized the P in Prince.
Vegeta exploded once he realized he couldn’t defeat this low-class mutant in an exchange of words. The Saiyan prince appeared in front of Turles, punching him directly in the face with all of his strength. Turles only grinned. He didn’t move an inch from Vegeta’s surprise attack.
Turles licked the blood leaking from his nose. “I do hope that wasn’t your best, Vegeta.” The new ruler of the universe punched Vegeta in the gut, expelling all of the air from his lungs. Bringing his hands together, he double-fist slammed Vegeta into the dirt while he was recoiling from Turles’s gut punch. Turles pressed his boot into the back of Vegeta’s head, making him eat dirt and kneel beneath him all at the same time.
The Z-Fighters could hear Vegeta’s muffled yells of pain. They stared in terrified horror as Turles increased the amount of pressure on his foot, burying Vegeta further and further into the ground. It was at this point that Turles was suddenly kicked across the face and off of Vegeta. He was sent flying across the rocky wastelands.
“We may not like him, but he’s a lot more helpful to us alive than dead! Everyone, we’ll attack him together, or we’ll all die here together! Make your choice now!” Piccolo shouted with sweat dripping down his forehead. He tossed off his weighted clothes and prepared for a fight to the death.
“Not again…” Krillin complained as he powered up.
“Dad, where are you…?” Gohan powered up as well.
“Don’t hold anything back, Chiaotzu!” Tien screamed while powering up.
“He’s the real deal if he can do that to Vegeta…” Yamcha was afraid but powered up, too.
“Aren’t you an eager bunch?” Turles chuckled as he dusted himself off. “I hope you don’t mind if I make this a bit more fun for myself.” A brightly glowing, nearly blinding sphere was forming in Turles’s hand.
“Stop him! Do not let him complete that technique!” Krillin shouted, recognizing the glow.
“He’s trying to turn into a Great Ape!” Gohan yelled.
The Dragon Team moved as one, all rushing toward Turles to stop him. They all knew or heard of the fearsome power of a Saiyan’s Great Ape transformation. Unfortunately for them, Turles had his own tricks to delay them while he charged this technique. Exact clones of Turles split from his body and fought the Z-Fighters before they could reach his main body.
Piccolo growled as he exchanged blows with the clones of the evil Saiyan. This clone’s power wasn’t anywhere near the original’s power, but that didn’t mean it was weak! Even now, as he fought off the copy, he could see Yamcha, Chiaotzu, and Tien being beaten down by them. “HUAH!!!” Piccolo tossed a ki blast at Turles at the cost of being struck in the jaw by his clone.
“Hahaha, nice attempt, Namekian.” Turles teleported behind Bulma and tossed the power ball far into the sky.
The Dragon Team was helpless to prevent Turles’s transformation at this point as he locked eyes with the power ball. Neither Vegeta nor Gohan had their tails anymore. Vegeta, in his madness, continued to wail, punch, and kick Turles as he was transforming. None of it did any damage, and he could only uselessly continue his ineffective assault. Bulma ran away out of fear.
Everyone looked up to the grey and black-armored great ape that maliciously smiled at them. “But wait! There’s more.” Turles laughed manically as he utilized one of the Yardratians’ spirit control techniques: Gigantification, and grew even larger!
“There’s just no way we can fight that…” Krillin lost all hope.
“Why’d I even come back to life if this was what I had to go up against…?” Yamcha was in a similar position.
“Dad… We need you…” Gohan muttered in absolute fear.
“You… damn abomination of a low-class Saiyan…” Vegeta cursed.
“I hate Saiyans…” Tien decided once and for all.
“I-I-I-I,” Chiaotzu couldn’t even speak from the pressure of Turles’s strength. Bulma and Puar directly fainted.
“Get yourselves together! All we need to do is cut his tail!” Piccolo shouted with all of the air in his lungs.
“He’ll get weaker if we do that…” Krillin remembered their battle with Vegeta.
“Weak enough for us to survive until Dad arrives!” Gohan added.
A sprinkling of hope appeared on the faces of the heroes. Maybe this wasn’t impossible after all. There were so many of them and only one of him. Plus, he was so big now. How fast could he possibly be?!
The big ape vanished in front of their eyes, and they briefly heard a scream before something went flying incredibly fast across the horizon.
“Chiaotzu!!!” Tien screamed.
