As Kyren delved into his studies, he became deeply intrigued by the origins of the various races, particularly the Babe race, which he had never heard of before. Wasting no time, he immersed himself in reading about the major races and their histories.
He came across the story of Lady Arramaya, the revered figure from whom all living beings are said to descend. Kyren learned that Lady Arramaya had two children written in the book, each of whom played a significant role in the creation of different races.
The first child, Elyss, was responsible for the creation of the Fairy Race, a fact that surprised Kyren, as it was his first time hearing about it.
The second child, named Ahng, inherited the power of Arramaya known as Creation Roots. Kyren read with fascination how Ahng experimented with this power, shaping mud into a living creature, which became the first human race. His subsequent experiments with a leaf and a wild fire resulted in the creation of the elf and demon races, respectively.
He began to understand the unique attributes and origins of each race. However, he couldn't help but wonder why humans didn't inherit any type of roots like the other races. This question lingered in his mind as he continued his studies, eager to uncover more mysteries of the world.
The emergence of mixed races following the mysterious deaths of Arramaya and his son, Ahng, led to a new understanding of reproduction. With no viable means of reproduction relying solely on Lady Arramaya and her son, it was discovered that mating with individuals of the opposite sex could result in the creation of new living creatures. This marked the beginning of the Mixed Race phenomenon.
Experiments involving the reproduction of Human, Elf, and Demon races yielded surprising results. It was initially believed that the offspring would simply inherit the traits of one of the major races. However, it soon became apparent that the union of different races unlocked something more special, unleashing unique attributes and abilities not present in either parent.
For instance, when a Human mates with an Elf, the resulting offspring is known as a Pix. Elves typically possess fragile bodies, but with the addition of Human attributes, their physicality is enhanced. Similarly, Humans without roots contribute to the creation of a creature with a blend of intelligence and inherent magical abilities, achieving a balance between the two races.
Kyren know all of this and he's looking on the line of Babe race, after he scanned the book he finally found the answer for his questions.
"The Fairy Race is different from the 3 Major Races, as it originates from the first child of Lady Arramaya, Elyss. She is a powerful creature capable of creating roots and other special abilities. However, the only problem with Elyss and the Fairy race is that they age much faster than the other races; their lifespan lasts only for a maximum of 45 years. After Elyss created almost a hundred Fairies in her 40s, she realized that their race could not survive in the long run. Therefore, she decided that all Fairies could share their lifespan, but only with the Elf race because they are the best friends of the elves. Humans can also partake, but currently, the fairies are not close friends with them; they are rather shy. Elyss also mentioned that they can share their blood with humans. However, they cannot share with the demon race because the first racial war is happening, and they are the enemies of the Fairy Race."

Kyren grew curious about whether there was a Fairy that had mated with a demon and what such a being would be called. However, out of respect for Elyss, this information wasn't included in the main book on studying races. Determined to find answers, Kyren searched for another book and came across one called "Nyx Race." As he delved into its pages, he discovered that there was indeed only one Nyx lurking around in the realm, and it happened to be one of King Mauro's Darklords.
After Kyren was satisfied with the information he gathered, he began studying the roots of each race to better understand what to expect when dealing with enemies. However, his first priority was to determine how many roots existed in the realm. As he delved into his studies, he learned that there was a tier list of roots, as well as a grading system for how proficient individuals were in wielding these roots or mastering arcane abilities.
Regular Roots: Earth, Electric, Fire, Water, Wind
Mixed Roots: Wood, Stone, Ice, Magma/Lava
Rare Roots: Light, Dark, Toxic/Poison, Shadow, Destruction/Explosion
Kyren understood that Rayn, with her light root, and the Vice Leader of the AL guild, having a dark root, are not typically normal. That's why Rayn is pretty strong, but the tier list doesn't end there.
