Benedict awoke, feeling the hard surface beneath him. It was lukewarm, sort of like sitting in a sauna.
"It looks like some new challengers have arrived!" a voice announced. It was a nasty sounding voice. As though it had something stuck in its throat as it spoke.
It was a dark and empty place. A cave with red rocks dyed in a metallic smell of blood, and with the presence of magma flowing around nearby. It came from a hole flowing in from the left side of the room.
Instead of a cave, it was more of a small room with a cave-like design.
Around the group, there was this strange sensation that they were being watched. A creepy and eerie feeling that causes a person's hair to stand on its back.
"Hello and welcome!" the voice continued.
"So what have you guys came here for? You pesky mortals always enter this realm for something after all~" it spoke.
"To revive a loved one? To overcome all sins? Or perhaps the rarest one of all! Being sent down here on an accident and wanting to return home?" Rethorical questions.
"Perhaps you're wondering where exactly is this? Why is there this voice around you? And how to return back home?" the voice continued.
"No worries, like all mortals who drop down here do, once you're free of sins and all, you'll naturally be able to return." it assured.
"However, you mortals usually fail along the way. There was however this one person who went by the name of Hercules that managed to overcome this though..."
"Regardless, welcome! Welcome to hell!" the voice ended.
"Think of this as a dungeon you mortals always love to conquer" it added on at the end of its statement.

----------------------------------------
The group was silent. No one had any words to say.
"Its my fault" Mr David admitted.
"The rumor was a trap to kill us off in hell" he said.
"Why would anyone want to kill us?" Benedict asked.
"Well that's...." Mr David hesitated, before in the end deciding to spill the beans. After all, they were probably going to die here anyways, so they might as well learn of the truth.
If you encounter this tale on Amazon, note that it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.
"Have you heard of the story of the Hero?" Mr David asked.
"Yeah" the group replied.
It was a old classic story. At the point where the world had just formed from a combination of everything, there was a great war between every single thing. Humans, demons, beastkins, monsters, devils, angels, gods and the higher beings.Humans of course, were the weakest race. Then, among all of this, as everything appeared to be about to be seemingly destroyed, a single human stood out. He led other mortals of a multiple spread of races. With the help of a higher being's ability to create 13 unique weapons, they managed to put an end to the war by seperating the different beings into different realms based on their power with the sacrafice of the hero. Where thoese higher beings and gods had sepearted into different realms, thus creating a peace treaty between different realms. A tale filled with nothing but heroic feats of the certain individual and 13 other weapon holders. Of course, the mortal realm was the only exception since every individual could still cross over. Yet they prefered peace instead, choosing to stay within their own realm. In the first place, their fighting was caused by an instinctive need to demostrate their superiority. And that seperation had already proven their standings.
"Well the thing is, there was actually another great prophecy divined by a prophet for the future." Mr David said.
"In which the realm barrier will break once again. And you guys. The descendents of the hero has to stop it with their great pisonic ability." Mr David said as he pointed towards Benedict and Mitsuha.
"Oh" Benedict and Mitsuha replied. They were suprised. Yes they were indeed suprised, however their out of the ordinary abilities started making sense.
"I see." was their reply.
"The first test! Let us begin! The sin of deception!" the voice announced. A few door opened from the walls of the cave.
"Only one door is real, the others means death!" the voice said.
"You have all the time in the world to choose" it continued.
It started off simple. All they had to do was to choose a door out of the 12 that had opened around them. The hints were already there since the start of the game. However, if they didn't notice it the momment they awoke, this was an impossible quiz.
"Its this door" Benedict and Mitsuha said, as they pointed at the one right next to them, opened up right above a small distance above the magma flowing beneath. They chose the one on the right side.
"How would you know that?" Mr David asked.
"The rocks" was their reply.
The hint here was that the rocks were dyed in red and smelled like metal. Meaning that there were people who had already died there. And if they had chosen to stay for more than 5minutes, the magma would overflow and kill them regardless. After all, there was no way that the magma could be flowing without a direction to go to in this small room-like cave. Which was also the reason why they didn't choose the room with magma flowing from that direction. If their conjecture was correct, they would be dropped into a lava pool on the other side.
"Let's go" they urged the group on as they leapt through the door they chose.
"WRONG PATH?!" Usagi screamed, as they found themselves falling down a pithole with spikes below. However, Mitsuha levitated Usagi and Risha who couldn't use martial arts to slowly decend.
"Well done!" the voice commented.
The group stood above the spikes for a momment, before the spikes dissapeared, revealing there to be a soft squishy slime below to break their fall. It didn't mean that the spikes wouldn't kill them. It simply was there to taunt the group.
"Let's move on to the next stage shall we?!" the voice asked another rethorical question.
