Instead of spending his time just worriedly sitting down and thinking over what could have been done, Benedict spent his days training his sword skills and sparing against his sister.
In actual combat, they had an even matchup of 3-3. Where Mitsuha dominated whenever he couldn't get close. The difference between her rampaging self and her cold and calculative self were far too different.
He drew his sword. A wooden one made for the purpose of training. They had Risha ready to heal their injuries whenever they were injured anyways.
The battle started, instead of moving backwards to Benedict's predictions in the past, she stayed her ground and pressured her pisonic powers upon her opponent.
Benedict managed to resist it. Not all of it, as his movements were slowed. But telekenesis had more uses than that. From the ground nearby, Mitsuha raised countless amounts of rocks and another wooden sword.
Benedict's already slow self had trouble fending off against the incomming rocks. And a wooden sword that attempts to fend against him.
However, due to that, his movements were a little bit faster from the weakened amount of pisonic ability pressured upon him.
A little bit in, Mitsuha felt no resistance comming from Benedict at all.
"Oh shti!" she thought, but her pisonic ability had taken too long to be withdrawn. Benedict teleported next to her, and hit her head with a light chop.
"Ow" she winced.
"How many times do I have to tell you not to use all your pisonic ability on your opponent? You should keep some with yourself" Benedict lectured.
Even for the intellectual Mitsuha, she makes mistakes as well.

"Woooo" Usagi cheered.4-3
Risha immediately went over and offered a towel, a bottle of mineral water as well as healing magic.
"Alright, come at me next" Mr David suddenly appeared and issued a challenge towards Benedict.
"Mr David?! Are you sure?" Benedict asked.
Mr David appeared to be a rather weak man. With his figure showing little muscle, and messy black hair that were rather long with a look of a middle aged man despite that being his appearence when his 16. Or perhaps that was caused by his tiny bits of facial hair?
"What? You scared lil boy?" Mr David teased.
He picked up the wooden sword on the floor, as Benedict accepted the challenge.
They faced each other, with their wooden swords, as Usagi counted down from 3....2.....1.
Begin!
Instantly Benedict dissapeared. He appeared a rather average distance of 15meters away from Mr David. Electricity shot out of his hands, as fire traveled along with it.
"Woah how brutal" Mr David said, as he took a step to the right. However, the electricity changed its direction towards him.
He jumped, and Benedict appeared behind him. The wooden blade swung, however, it was blocked by Mr David's wooden sword as he used his single right arm to block the strike with his sword.
Mr David still had his left hand nonchalantly stuck in his trousers.
"Well, come on, is that all?" he taunted.
The electricity was evaded by Mr David in the air, as he kicked the air?
Flying straight towards Benedict.
His body was temporarily paralysed. As he felt his own flames burn him.
"I heard some kids nowadays love to hurt themselves but this is just...." Mr David joked.
"I lost" Benedict admitted his defeat.
"But what was that last move?" Benedict was curious.
"That's what I'm here to teach" Mr David chuckled.
"Have you heard of martial arts?" he asked.

Dominic and Matthew took 3 days to walk down the stairs.
Yes, it was that deep.
"I give, let's take a break here!" Matthew screamed out.
"What happened to your bravado?" Dominic laughed.
He collapsed on the floor, with his legs trembling.
"Hurry up, or I'll leave you behind" Dominic said, as his light threat forcefully made Matthew move along with him. They had been travelling in a dimly lit stairway continuously, while having bottled water and bread as a suppliment.
Matthew's vision began to blur.
Sleep deprived and exhausted. His eyelids felt heavy, as he collapsed.
"Finally" Dominic thought.
He carried Matthew on his back, and leapt off the spiral staircase. Into the middle where darkness awaited below. And below, stood a gigantic door, with gigantic complex magical scriptures written on it.
