51. Ace Vs Native.

Han drops to the ground with the dagger a few meters away from him.

With my hands tied together, I dropped to the ground as well to grab the dropped dagger.

Because my feet were still trussed to the chair I sat, the chair fell alongside me as well, hitting me on my back.

I fumbled on the wooden floor to get a good grip of the dagger.

"F*ck!!" A notification appeared before Han and he glared towards me in rage. "You broke my f*cking nose!!"

"You're lucky that was all I broke,"

He turned towards 'Native'.

"What the h.e.l.l are you doing?" He bawled, but 'Native' gestured that he was still busy with his cleaning.

"Leave that alone you p.r.i.c.k and kill this…"

A cold steel pierced straight into Han's throat.

Unknown to Han, I quickly freed myself from the ropes tying my hands and feet and hurled the dagger in my hand into his throat.

"Rule number one when taking part in a survival game. Never take your eyes off your opponent," I said, but Han's expression clearly stated he was too shocked to believe he actually got a dagger lodging in his neck right now.

With a look of despair and shock reflecting in his eyes, Han tried to voice out a few words, but the dagger stuck in his throat made it difficult for him to say anything.

For the first he landed on me, I twisted the blade as a response to that.

For the words he said about Jasmine, I twisted it yet again. His eyes widened, but there was no strength he could muster to retaliate in time.

Still, he tried to grab my arms, but there was nothing he could do with his HP dwindling by the second.

The red figures kept floating out of him faster than he could possibly think of his next phase of action.

As for insurance, I twisted the blade yet again.

And because I just felt like it, I thrust the blade deeper before forcefully tugging it out of him.

Han inhaled a massive chunk of air which coincidences with his last breath before his HP drops to zero.

"Level 1 huh,"

I knew the fool was too weak.

I can't believe he wasted his last five days in the game, accomplishing nothing significant.

Crimson blood gushes out of his throat like a broken faucet, staining the clean wooden floor 'Native' just cleaned a few seconds ago.

Sorry 'Native'.

Don't worry, I'll make your death as swift and as painless as possible.

Just leave it to me

I turned towards 'Native' to offer him my 'present' but he was prepared to attack me with my guard down.

He flipped the baccarat table towards me like a piece of paper.

I caught the table in time to divert the impact away from me.

But he lunged towards me, lifting me off the floor and ramming me to the wall with a battle cry.

I hit the wall on impact, then tightly held on to the bronze dagger before stabbing it directly into his back repeatedly.

My hands and face sprinkled in crimson liquid, the more I thrust the blade into his flesh.

'Native' yelled, tightening his grip around my waist while I didn't falter in my attack as well.

His objective was to squeeze me to death, seeing as how small my build contrasted with his.

The sounds of my bones cracking could be heard as his grip tightened even further around me.

I groaned before aiming for his bald head and hurling the blade deeper into his skull.

His entire body vibrated in response to the attack, and his nervous system shuts down instantly.

The light of life reflecting in his eyes instantly dimmed down.

Massive negative figures appeared floating from his head before his body fell to its knees, loosening his grip around me as well.

I dropped to the ground, feeling even more exhausted.

I was ambushed and brought here against my will, and this made it difficult for me to purchase a healing potion at the time because my wounds had yet to heal.

And I could still feel the aftermath of my battle with the Minotaur filling me with several pangs all over my body.

I plopped to the ground, with my back against the wall, before purchasing the potion.

Pulling the cork out of the glowing red apothecary jar, I swigged down the potion in five gulps.

My body glowed, restoring my strength, healing my wounds and allowing me to regain my stamina.

Although my energy had been restored, my HP remained the same.

There's a separate potion for refilling HP which costs 10,000 HP and that's currently unreachable for me.

I dropped the used jar and rose to my feet, taking a look at the deceased bodies on the ground.

I grabbed and stored all the dropped gold coins left behind by the deceased players.

Since their bodies will remain the way they are for about half an hour, I dragged them to a corner, hoping no one would notice them if anyone entered.

"There are about thirty of them here. With three dead, that leaves twenty-seven scattered around the inn,"

While we were ambushed, Jasmine fell silent upon hearing the name of Gabriella because she felt she had unfinished business with her.

She didn't say it, but I know she intends to clear every obstacle from her past that might hinder her progress in the future.

In other words, I noticed the look reflected in Jasmine's eyes, and those eyes clearly wanted Gabriella dead.
