Departure

Robin woke up with a light headache, aftermath of last night’s celebration. The morning sunlight entered through the windows of his room, casting a warm glow. A knock at the door broke his groggy reverie.

“Come in,” Robin said, his voice hoarse from both sleep and the remnants of last night’s drinks.

The door creaked open, and a servant entered, balancing a silver tray filled with a steaming pot of tea, golden toast, perfectly cooked eggs, and a medley of fresh fruits. Without a word, the servant placed the tray on the side table, bowed respectfully, and exited, leaving Robin to his morning routine.

Stretching to shake off the fatigue, Robin poured himself a cup of tea. he started his breakfast without wasting any time.

Once his plate was clean and the tea was gone, Robin pulled out his terminal and summoned his crew. Within minutes, Oliver arrived, followed closely by Andrew and the rest of the team. They found seats around Robin’s room.

Robin leaned forward. “It’s been a wonderful stay here, but I think it’s time we move on to our next destination. What's your thought Oliver?”

Oliver, standing straight with his hands behind his back, nodded approveably. “I agree, sir. Staying too long in one place risks stagnation. Besides, the world has so much more to offer.”

Robin turned to his trusted butler, curiosity lighting up his eyes. “So, what’s your suggestion for where we should go next?”

Oliver adjusted his stance. “As we’re on the central continent, which is vast but divided into just two countries, Ignisara and Mythara. Historically, the entire region was a collection of independent tribes until the great King united most of it under his banner centuries ago. That united region became Ignisara. However, one part remained unconquered.now that's call Mythara.”

Robin raised an intrigued eyebrow. “Mythara? What makes it special?”

Oliver’s lips curved into a slight smile. “It’s a fascinating place. The Mytharans have preserved their ancient traditions while embracing modern advancements. Also they have rich mines all around the country. You might recall Mr. Zaher from the academy his family hails from Mythara.”

Robin nodded, the gears in his mind turning. “Sounds like the perfect next stop. Let’s head there.”

“Understood, sir,” Oliver replied promptly. “I’ll send a message to Silas to prepare the ship and bring it to us. Once it arrives, we can depart.”

Robin stood, a spark of excitement lighting his face. “Good. Let’s wrap up our affairs here. Oliver, arranges a meeting with Chief Elias. It’s only right that we inform him of our departure.”

“As you wish, sir,” Oliver said, bowing slightly before leaving to make the arrangements.

In the grand hall of the village, Robin met Chief Elias. The chief was an imposing man, his deep, resonant voice echoing as he spoke. “You wished to see me, young master?”

Robin offered a polite smile, his tone respectful. “Chief Elias, it has been an honor to stay here and learn so much about your people and their traditions. I have to say i had the wrong impression about you guys before coming there. But after staying with you guys I'm happy to say i was wrong. And i enjoyed every single day here However, it’s time for us to move on. I have some unfinished business.”

The chief’s expression faltered for a moment, a hint of disappointment crossing his features. “I see. Your presence here has been a blessing. Are you sure you cannot stay a few more days? There is still much we could share with you.”

Robin’s smile turned wistful. “I wish we could, but our journey is long, and there’s much to see. I promise I'll return someday.”

The chief sighed but nodded, his respect for Robin evident. “If that is your decision, then so be it. You will always have a place here, Lord Robin. I wish you success in your travels.”

“Thank you, Chief Elias. Your hospitality has been unparalleled. I’ll carry fond memories of this place wherever I go,” Robin replied.

They exchanged a firm handshake, officially marking the end of Robin’s stay in the settlement and ending his journey of Ignisara.

By midnight, the ship was ready, hidden behind a dense forest. They could've left earlier but the ship might have caused ruckus around the settlement. Robin and the rest of the crew boarded the ship.

As they prepared for takeoff, Robin turned to Seraphina, one of their temporary companions on this adventure. “We’re leaving now. What would you like to do? Should we drop you at your capital, or would you prefer to stay here for a while longer?”

Seraphina hesitated, deep in thought. Finally, she replied, “Drop me at the nearest military base. I’ll decide my next steps from there. I have to talk with my father.”

Robin nodded with a warm smile. “It’s your decision. I’ll respect that.”

The engines roared to life, and the ship lifted off, soaring through the night sky.

Standing by the window , Robin gazed out at the vast expanse of stars. Excitement coursed through him.

They made a brief stop at a military base, where Seraphina disembarked.

Before she left, Robin spoke. “Give my regards to the Prime Minister, and thank you for joining us. I've learned many things from you. It’s been a pleasure having you.”

Seraphina smiled. “I will, and thank you for everything. You opened my eyes. Thank you. I’m grateful for the journey we shared.”

With that, she bid them farewell, and the ship continued its journey toward Mythara.

Stolen from its rightful place, this narrative is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.

The world was vast, and he was ready to see it all. Mythara awaited, and with it, the next chapter of their grand adventure.

The journey was smooth and uneventful, the sound of the ship’s engines lulling most of the crew into a peaceful night’s rest. By the time morning rolled around, the first rays of sunlight touched the ship’s deck. Robin found himself standing there, savoring the crisp morning air and the gentle breeze that carried the scent of Marla gave him a cup of coffee. The steaming cup of coffee warmed his hands, and he took slow sips as he let the tranquility of the moment wash over him.

Robin noticed some familiar figures standing near the railing of the deck. Norman Silas and Elric, they were deep in conversation. Their animated gestures and occasional laughter indicated a lighthearted discussion. From here he could tell Norman was bragging about his time spent on the settlement.

Curious, Robin decided to join them.

Approaching them, Robin offered a casual smile. “Good morning, guys. I see , you guys are having fun. Mind if I join?”

Silas turned first, . “Not at all, young master. We were just catching up after our time at the military base with Norman.”

Elric nodded in agreement. “Good morning, Master Robin. How’s the coffee?”

“Hot and strong,” Robin replied with a chuckle, raising the cup in a mock toast. “ It's made from wild Bean that had been sun dried and roasted on an open fire. Marla brought some from the settlement market. You guys should give it a shot. Speaking of the base, how was your stay there? I’m sorry we couldn’t take you with us to the settlement.”

Elric waved off the apology with a smile. “No need to apologize, sir. We made good use of our time. I spent most of it exploring the surrounding areas. You wouldn’t believe the variety of rare herbs and plants I found. The climate is so unique it allows for the growth of species I’d only ever read about in old texts.”

Robin who doesn't know anything about hurbs said, “Rare herbs, you say? Did you manage to collect samples?”

“Of course,” Elric said, his eyes lighting up with enthusiasm. “I’ve got a whole collection stored safely in the freezer on board. Some of these herbs have medicinal properties that could come in handy during our travels. I’ve already started cataloging them.”

“Impressive as always, Elric,” Robin said, genuinely impressed. “Your work might end up saving us one day.”

Silas, who had been quietly listening, chimed in with a laugh. “Meanwhile, I was having a very different kind of fun. I spent most of my time with the soldiers at the base. They’re a lively bunch, always eager for sparring matches and storytelling over drinks.”

Robin grinned. “That sounds like quite the experience. Did you put your combat skills to the test?”

“Once or twice,” Silas admitted, his grin widening. “But honestly, those soldiers are amateurs compared to the trainees we have back at the William family estate. They’ve got spirit, but their techniques could use some polishing.”

Robin chuckled at Silas’s blunt assessment. “ I’m glad to hear you enjoyed yourself, though. It’s good to let off some steam every now and then.”

Silas nodded. “Absolutely. And it wasn’t all fighting and drinking. Some of the soldiers shared fascinating stories about their missions. It gave me a deeper appreciation for their work.”

Robin took another sip of his coffee, letting the warmth spread through him as he considered their experiences. “It sounds like both of you made the most of your time there. That’s what I like to hear. This journey is about exploration and growth for all of us, not just me. Also Norman stop bothering them.”

Norman who was listening suddenly became flabbergasted "i didn't do anything sir!"

Elric replied . “ we're just sharing our stories but Thank you, Master Robin. It’s been a privilege to be part of this journey”

Silas folded his arms, leaning casually against the railing. “Agreed. This trip is shaping up to be the adventure of a lifetime.”

Robin smiled, feeling a sense of camaraderie with his crew. “That’s exactly what I hoped for when we set out. And there’s so much more ahead of us."

Silas spoke up. “Speaking of Mythara, have you thought about what you’d like to do when we get there, sir?”

Robin considered the question, his mind wandering to the stories he’d heard about the enigmatic country. “To be honest, I’m not entirely sure yet. I’d like to see their culture see the cities, meet the people, and learn about their traditions. And, of course, we’ll need to make arrangements for supplies.”

Elric nodded thoughtfully. “Mythara is known for its unique approach to blending ancient traditions with modern advancements. You’ll find things there that you won’t see anywhere else on the continent. It’s a perfect place to learn and experience something completely different.”

“Exactly,” Robin agreed. “And who knows? We might even uncover something unexpected, something that could change the course of our journey.”

Norman chuckled. “With our luck, I wouldn’t be surprised. But that’s part of the fun, isn’t it? The unknown keeps things exciting.”

As the conversation continued, the crew began to gather on the deck, drawn by the bright morning sun and the lively chatter. Oliver appeared a moment later.

“Good morning, sir,” Oliver said with a polite bow. “I trust you’re enjoying the morning?”

“Very much, Oliver,” Robin replied, gesturing to the scene around him. “It’s hard not to, with views like this and a crew like you guys.”

Oliver’s lips twitched into a small smile. “I’m glad to hear it. Breakfast is being prepared , should you wish to join the rest of the crew.”

Robin glanced at his empty coffee cup and nodded. “I think I will. Thank you, Oliver.”

The group made their way to the dining hall, where the smell of freshly baked bread and sizzling bacon filled the air. The crew gathered around the long table, sharing stories and laughter as they enjoyed their meal. The mood was light, the promise of Mythara’s wonders sparking excitement in everyone’s hearts.

By the time the meal was over, the ship was cruising smoothly toward its destination, the distant outline of Mythara just beginning to take shape on the horizon. Robin stood by the observation window, his gaze fixed on the mysterious land ahead.

As the sun climbed high into the sky, Robin’s ship finally crossed into the borders of Mythara. From the deck, he leaned against the railing, observing the shift in scenery. The lush green fields and rolling hills of Ignisara slowly gave way to a more rugged, mountainous terrain. The transition was stark but fascinating, as if the land itself were telling two entirely different stories.

“Wow,” Robin muttered under his breath. The land of Mythara stretched out before him, a vast and barren expanse of towering mountains interspersed with jagged cliffs and valleys. Unlike the vibrant, terraformed greenery of Ignisara, Mythara had a raw, untamed beauty. There was a reddish hue to the soil, a stark contrast to the deep greens they had just left behind. The sight reminded Robin of images he’d seen of Afghanistan back on Earth a rugged, mountainous land steeped in both mystery and history.

Oliver ,standing nearby with his usual casual stance, glanced at Robin. “Different vibe, huh? Ignisara felt like a garden paradise, but this…” He gestured at the rugged landscape. “This feels like a completely different planet.”

Robin nodded, his curiosity piqued. “It’s beautiful in its own way, though. The mountains here have a story to tell. You can almost feel the history in the air.”

Elric joined them, carrying a small notebook where he constantly jotted down observations. “Do you see those mines?” he asked, pointing toward the base of one of the mountains.

Robin turned his gaze and noticed what Elric was referring to. The mountains were dotted with large mining facilities—massive, fully automated operations with machines extracting resources at an incredible scale. Conveyor belts stretched like veins across the rocky terrain, transporting materials to factories that seemed to blend into the mountain itself. Drones buzzed through the air like mechanical insects, tirelessly monitoring the operations.

“Wow,” Robin said again, this time with a note of awe. “I’ve never seen so many mines in one place. And they’re all automated? That’s impressive.”

Elric nodded enthusiastically. “Mythara is known for its mineral wealth. They’ve perfected mining technology to such an extent that they hardly need human involvement anymore. Those machines can operate for months without any direct supervision.”

Robin’s mind wandered as he imagined the potential of such a place. Mythara seemed like the kind of land where treasures weren’t just hidden they were being pulled straight out of the ground every day. It was a land of hard work and ingenuity, and Robin couldn’t wait to see more.

As the day wore on, the ship navigated deeper into Mythara’s mountainous regions. The landscape shifted subtly with each passing hour. Canyons and steep cliffs gave way to plateaus, where patches of hardy vegetation clung stubbornly to the rocky soil. The sky above was a brilliant shade of blue, unmarred by clouds, and the sunlight bathed the land in a warm, golden glow.

By late afternoon, the crew decided to make camp near the base of a particularly tall mountain. The area was flat enough to safely park the ship, and the view was nothing short of breathtaking. As the ship settled into place, Robin stepped onto the rocky ground, stretching his legs after the long journey.

“Feels good to be on solid ground,” he said, taking a deep breath of the crisp mountain air.

As night fell, the mountain range took on a different character. The moonlight illuminated the rocky peaks, casting long shadows that danced across the landscape. The automated mines, still operational even at this hour, glowed faintly in the distance, their lights twinkling like stars against the darkened mountains.

The crew gathered around the fire, the warmth of the flames warding off the cold. Plates of food were passed around, and laughter filled the air as they shared stories from their journey through Ignisara.

The group erupted into laughter, and their conversation shifted to lighter topics funny moments from their travels, strange sights they’d seen, and their excitement for what lay ahead in Mythara.

Robin leaned back, gazing up at the star-filled sky. Despite the day’s excitement, he felt a sense of peace here. The mountains, the mines, the stark beauty of Mythara it all felt like a promise of adventures yet to come.

As the fire crackled and the crew’s laughter echoed through the night, Robin couldn’t help but feel grateful. This journey was everything he had hoped for and more a chance to see the universe, to experience its wonders.

With a final glance at the mountains, Robin stood and made his way to his tent, the warmth of the day’s memories still lingering in his heart. Tomorrow, Mythara would reveal more of its secrets, and Robin was eager to uncover them all.
