Dalton thought about it for a while. At first, he was in denial about that. Why would Ingrid train him? She was a witch? Why?
Then, everything came to focus when he remembered that she was about the same height as Mikoto Kurogane. Her eyes were the same. Even her build was the same.
He was still pretty sure it wasn’t her.
But he still didn’t know why she trained him. For what reason would another witch grace their presence on someone like him?
So far, he had met three witches.
The one in front of him, was clearly the most dangerous one he so far.
Yome sat in front of him, on a very comfortable couch. Her posture was perfect and straight. She was stared at him like the look of a predator, tilting her head, as if she were deciding how to kill him.
“So,” she suddenly said.
Dalton swallowed.
“I have been curious, so tell me, why did you descend upon this world?”
“Well, I was put here to kill two men, one known as the Harem Lord, and one known as the Drug Lord.”
“The Harem Lord?” She looked a bit surprised. “Is that so? I guess killing him would make this world a better place. But I will have to ask you to refrain killing him for now.”
Dalton held up his hands. The chains clinked together. “I don’t think I’m in any position to even do that.”
“Well, of course you would.” Yome smiled, and looked to the door. “This is his castle and just in time, here he is.”
The door slammed open. A man stepped forward, dressed like a high school student. He had no real defining feature, and looked very average. Other than having a veil of hair to cover his eyes.

“My witch,” he said in a tone that for some reason made Dalton very angry. “I am here to…” His gaze landed on Dalton. “What are you doing here Dalton?”
It felt like a cold drop of water hit the back of his neck. He shivered as truth came to him.
“Ozul?”
“I am not this man named Ozul! I am Zulo!” He said.
“Oh my god. You’re the Harem Lord.” Dalton said, horrified. “Tha-that doesn’t make sense! Your name is literally just an anagram! You’re supposed to be a vegetable! Jack even said you are! How are you here?”
Yome looked very interested, grinning, flashing her sharp teeth. “So, what’s the story here?”
“Nothing.” Zulo turned away. “He just killed my former self. And then I used some good will points to circumvent the system to be the one and only Harem Lord.”
“If you’re here? Then who is in your place?”
Zulo shrugged. “Somebody else. What are you doing here?”
“Oh, he’s here to kill you.” Yome smiled, just enjoying the whole moment.
“What? No! This is my life!” Zulo took out a gun and pressed it against Dalton’s forehead. “I am not dying again, just so I can be reincarnated as a farm boy.”
His gun exploded. The witch had an outstretched hand. Her eyes glowed a deep gold.
“You will not kill him. Do you understand that?”
Zulo nodded his head.
She changed back into a smile and clapped her hands together. “Now, go ahead and explain to your friend here why you are here in my room.”
Zulo straightened his back. “I am here to seduce her.”
“He hasn’t yet.” She told Dalton.
“I will.” He smiled, holding up one finger. “I have broken one of your flags. Soon I shall break the other two in order to have my H scene with you.”
“Oh my god. Did you design this world to be an erogame?” Dalton asked.
“Why yes, Of course I did,” Zulo said. “It was always my intention to be reincarnated as a erogame protagonist if I died.”
“If these chains were off of me, I would murder you again,” Dalton said.
“Hahaha!” He laughed. “I would like to see you try. Unlike you, I have trained with the best and sexiest warriors of this land. You wouldn’t defeat me…actually I’m not sure how you defeated me, but you won’t, because your weak.”
“Actually, your friend Dalton here has trained with the Witch of the Crimson Moon.” Yome chimed in.
Zulo looked completely horrified. His fingers clasped the inside of his mouth, and he pulled his jaw down. “That battle maniac trained you? How are you even alive?”
A swirl of memories overcame Dalton. Some tears dripped from his face. “With guts.”
“You look completely broken. I don’t want to dig into it. The only thing I want to dig into is the witch in this room.”
“Disgusting!” Dalton snapped back to reality.
“Now, how to break your flag?” Zulo changed directions, tapping his chin. “Let us go on a date, shall we?”
“Gladly.” Yome was snickering under her breath.
The door closed, and Dalton was left alone.
He looked down at his chains, he pulled at it, and a magical symbol appeared on the cuffs.
He was not going to get out, was he?
