Bio: If you found anyone who knew Trailbreaker before the war and told them that he had joined up with Optimus Prime's Autobots, they wouldn't be surprised. He's a kind bot sure, but Trailbreaker always feels the need to make himself useful, just the kind to join up with a fool's crusade against insurmountable odds.

Trailbreaker's personal motivations go deeper, however. He doesn't just feel the need to be useful. He feels a need to justify his existence. Trailbreaker possesses powerful electromagnetic abilities, but he's never really mastered them. Sure, they're useful to the Autobot cause, but Trailbreaker didn't earn them. It just happened that way. If anything he feels said powers should've gone to someone who could've made full use of them. Not helping matters is the fact that said powers are extremely energy intensive. Evertime Trailbreaker takes an extra portion from the Energon supply, he can't help but feel like he could've used them just a little more efficiently than he had.

Abilities: Trailbreaker is large for an Autobot, and while his lanky build can make him clumsy, he's decently strong as well. His vehicle mode is also powerful, on road as well as off.

Trailbreaker's most notable feature is his ability to use his body as a conduit for electromagnetic fields. This takes the form of scans and information gathering at its most subtle, and full blown forcefields at its most overt. Trailbreaker is also equipped with several devices that can control and focus these fields. In battle they can be effectively used in place of blasters, giving Trailbreaker firepower that rivals some Decepticons.

Notes: (From Bumblebee): It's nice having Trailbreaker around. He's quick with a joke, and is always trying to build others up. Plus it's nice not being the only cheerleader around when things get bad. He definitely has some demons though. His jokes can turn self-deprecating on a dime, and sometimes he hits the oil a little hard. I sometimes wish Trailbreaker could cheer himself up as easily as he does others.
