Name: Skywarp
Make: Decepticon
Role: Decepticon Air Warrior Elite
Bio: One of the former seekers serving aboard Cybertron's orbital station, Skywarp was a friend of both Starscream and Thundercracker. His rare and powerful teleportation abilities initially served as something awe-inspiring amongst his coworkers, until it became clear that Skywarp was creatively bankrupt, only using said abilities in the service of increasingly juvenile pranks. Skywarp was a fan of Cybertron's gladiatorial games, and alongside Thundercracker would drag their morose commanding officer to one of the matches, having no idea doing so would entangle all of them deep in the war to come.
When Starscream asked Thundercracker and Skywarp to help him take control of the station for the Decepticons, Skywarp went along with it without hesitation, seemingly for no reason other than the fact he was asked to. This nonchalant attitude would continue when Skywarp became a full blown member of the Decepticon armada. Skywarp has neither ambition nor initiative, as well as a brutish sense of humor, traits that make him unpopular with his comrades, but rather well-liked by those above him.

Abilities: Like most Decepticons, Skywarp is large and powerful, as well as heavily armed. He's actually among the physically stronger Decepticons, despite his build being mostly the same as his fellow jet fighters. He's only an average combatant in the air, but makes up for it with his ability to teleport short distances instantaneously, making him an exceedingly dangerous opponent, at least when he remembers to use it. The power is energy intensive and requires a great deal of concentration, and Skywarp often forgets about it in the heat of battle. Because of this, Skywarp is a truly terrifying combatant when he has direct supervision, but without it he becomes little more than cannon fodder (albeit still particularly dangerous cannon fodder).
Notes: (From Rumble): Skywarp? I hate that guy, always trying to push us around. You know he called Frenzy a geek? That's right, a geek! I hate that guy. What a jerk.
