Round Table DIscussion: Impressions

Round Table DIscussion: Impressions

Cere and her siblings are back at the round table back in the endless plains, sitting at their seats, with their father absent on his chair.

Cere is seated properly on her chair, and Serenitas and Libertad as well are sitting at their respective seats.

"Where are the others?" Libertad asks, tapping his foot. "I have something to do back in Three."

"Libertad, calm down. Nameless went and got the others. It seems this meeting is Lucerna's idea." Serenitas says. "Cere, could you please make a teapot and teapots for everyone?" She adds.

"Sure." Cere asks, pulling out a huge chunk of clay. She separates the chunk into eight pieces, a large chunk, and 7 smaller chunks. The bigger piece is being molded into a teapot, and the smaller ones are being made into teacups, all at the same time.

"Serenitas, if you would." Cere faces Serenitas, to which she nods, as she started making pullin' gestures, dehydrating the ceramic till dry. At the same time, beside Libertad, are several large water balls the size of a basketball, which Libertad throws dyes in them.

Serenitas heats the water until boiling, swirling the dyes around, Libertad throws something in the water balls that made it thick. At the same time, Serenitas has a separate water ball, in which she boils tea leaves that she dehydrated. "Cere, where did that bag come from?" Libertad asks.

"It's a bag Nameless made with my assistance. It's a dimensional bag." Cere answers.

"Where did you have the time to do that?" Pira asks, just arriving, the fire on his clothes slowly disappearing as he sat down improperly in his chair.

"All of us have free time. All we have to do is watch our territories." Serenitas says, turning to Libertad. "What did you put in the dyes to make it thick?" She asks.

"I 'unno. I just picked stuff and threw it." Libertad shrugs as Serenitas sighs.

"I shouldn't have asked you." Once the water balls reduced in size and got very thick, she uses the balls to paint the teacups, with the help of Libertad's guidance. Drying it immediately once applied.

Lucerna appears out of thin air, and sits on her seat, the same goes with Nameless, appearing out of thin air on her seat. They both sit down and look at each other. Serenitas fills the teapot with tea, while Cere gives the color-coded teacups to their respective owners.

Nameless clears her throat, making others turn to her, she then starts to speak. "Everyone, thank you for coming." She takes a sip from her black teacup.

"I... uh. Well... I wanted to ask everyone..." Lucerna fiddles with their fingers as she looks down, while her tone got lower and lower, until what she's saying became inaudible.

"Lucerna wants to ask everyone about their thoughts about father," Nameless says.

"What do you mean by thoughts? First impression? Overall impression? You gotta give more details." Pira replies.

"What do you expect of Father? What do you think is his nature? Do you all feel uncomfortable around him? because the way I see it, Lucerna, Cere, and I are the only ones talking to him. We need to know everyone's thoughts about father." Nameless answers.

This novel's true home is a different platform. Support the author by finding it there.

"In my opinion, Father is a very cautious and smart man. He wants to know the full details of every project and can infer certain facts from some information. He has endless patience and observes everything well. To me, he's a careful ruler that takes everything into account, before making a move." Cere says as Serenitas nods in agreement.

"I have the same thoughts. Father is a very calm person, He takes time to learn, instead of doing things recklessly. He's like an ocean, waiting for the right time to engulf everything with a large wave. I don't think he's evil, I don't think he's kind either." Serenitas says. Nameless nods, while Lucerna shakes their head, slamming their hands on the table and standing up.

"I don't think that at all! Dad is a very kind man! He likes to be friends with everything. He's very emotional and hates being alone! He's like a bright sun shining down on everyone. Even though some may not like the brightness, he'd still guide their way!" Lucerna says passionately and loudly.

"Lucerna, please calm down. We're simply telling our sincere thoughts. We don't mean to bad-mouth or insult father. I love him, you know." Serenitas gestures to Lucerna to sit down, which they do gently.

"Okay..." Lucerna says.

"I guess it's my turn. I'm indifferent to the old man. I don't feel anything towards him, like or dislike. Though I am grateful that he gave birth to me... That's it. I guess I might come to like him when I spend more time with him. To me... he's like gentle embers, that need sustenance to grow. His mentality is still weak, for me." Pira says, there's a disappointed look on his face that everyone saw.

"Well, I agree with Lucerna. He's very kind and very free." He says as his voice starts to ramp up. "He gives us the freedom to do whatever we want, to make whatever's necessary for us! He can be very gentle at times, but I do see him being passionate about things at times! To me, He's the ever-changing wind! He can breathe life to fire, or end it! Push waves in the water to destroy, or to guide others. He can slowly chip away strong mountains, or blow away the dirt, dust, and sand that blocks your way... He's truly free from everything..." Libertad says with conviction, his arms open, worshipping his Father.

"Libertad, you too, calm down." Serenitas says, as Libertad nods.

"Sorry, I got carried away. What about you, Nameless?" Libertad adds, facing Nameless.

"Well before I say my thoughts, I would like to tell you that I hope that my thoughts don't change your thoughts about Father," Nameless says, where the others nodded.

"I believe that father is a meticulous planner. Just like you all said, I believe that Father is an observer, a patient being, and a logical person. I truly believe that father is a manipulator, a deceitful planner, and a visionary that will do everything behind the scenes to get what he wants. He's a black hole looming in the background, patiently waiting for everything to fall into place, before absorbing everything, and becoming the apex of this world. And I think I know what his main goal, or at the very least, a fraction of his true goal." Nameless nods, as if to agree with her own words.

"And that would be?" Pira asks, raising her eyebrow. "I don't think he's this mastermind that you think of."

"Aether Domination. And, that's what he wants you to think. Don't get me wrong, I love father, and I will do everything that he wants, All I'm saying is that I don't think he's showing his true self to us." Nameless continues. "I know father loves us, and wants the best of us, but I do not think we are his main priority or this world. Think about it, Instead of making everything himself, he made us. Not because he was lazy or anything. He wanted to check the extent of his power. And he's 'learning' how to use our powers by asking for our assistance, but that's not the case. He wants to know the extent of our powers too. He's preparing, and getting ready to siege the Aether, once the gate opens."

"... I see. That's what you think." Cere says, looking at Nameless

"That's right," Nameless says.

"Well, I simply think that it's a bit too early to say. There's nothing we can do about it. If you're right, we'll still follow Father. If you're wrong, nothing has changed. Just tell us the real reason why we're here." Cere adds as she fixes her glasses on her face, then drinks a sip of her tea.

"We're here to talk about making father known to our creations soon. In other words, a religion."
