Genesis (1)

The Void World, is devoid of sentient life, except for the seven lesser beings.

These seven beings are all different from each other, but they all had the same powers. The Power of Creation. They are:

Vaciva, The First Monster.

Arthur, The Merchant of All.

Dryad, The Heart of Plants.

King, The King of Combat.

Aquarius, King of the Seas.

Tamer, King of the Land.

Michael, The First Human.

The world contained one continent, and they divided it into seven.

Vaciva claimed the second largest and there she raised her kingdom of monsters. (Africa)

Michael took the third largest, and there he lived among his men, creating the first tribe of humans.

Tamer raised his beasts and children on the fourth largest continent, isolating themselves from the world. (South America)

Arthur hid among the frozen fields of the third smallest and kept to himself. (Antarctica)

Dryad planted herself and grew magnificently in the second smallest (Europe), and as time passed on, there were flowers and trees all over the world.

King, like Arthur, isolated himself from the world and honed his skills to perfection in combat, on the smallest continent. (Australia)

This novel's true home is a different platform. Support the author by finding it there.

Aquarius didn’t take a continent for himself, but he took ownership of all the seas, lakes, and rivers, and anything that can be considered a body of water, is his.

The largest of the continents were left alone, and greed by all that the largest is for everyone.

“Is that clear or is there anything that needs to be changed?” I ask. “Because I’m going to record everything. And all of you will have to perfectly play your roles, we don’t get a second chance in this.”

“Actually, we can repeat as much as we want,” Vaciva interjects. “But we’ll have to repeat everything from the start.”

“That’s right. So do you all have any concerns?” I ask. They all shake their head. “Okay, great. Now, after this part, which we’ll be reenacting, and I’ll be recording. What would happen next?”

“We proceed as what is said at the start. We do our own thing, we make our own, yadda, yadda.”

“Wait, It’s said that I hid, what will I be doing in that time? If I’m hiding, I won’t be able to buy or sell things, yeah?” Arthur asks.

“Do whatever you want Artie, create stuff, learn about business, and all that. You’ll be inactive in this part anyway.” Tamer says.

“Alright.” Arthur leans back in his seat.

“What if Vaciva “becomes envious” of me? Because she can only create monsters born to kill, while I make humans born to live?” Michael suggests. Vaciva crosses her arms, imagining the scenario.

“Yeah, that sounds alright to me. It’s like a kid seeing the other kid have a better toy, and so the kid fights the other for the toy. In this case, I wage war against Michael, Monsters against Humans.”

“Yeah, yeah. That’s nice. Also, the war happens thousands of years into the future, or at least, it looks like it, as the reason why is because Vaciva’s envy grew stronger and stronger as time passed.”

“Hmmm… That’s nice. And that Dryad, Tamer, and Aquarius join the humans because the monsters trampled plants, and hunted sea life and animals until they went extinct to hurt the humans. And King joins the humans because even though the humans already have plenty of power, they still couldn’t win against me.” Vaciva adds. King and the others nod to Vaciva’s statement, agreeing to her suggestion.

“Oh! I get out of seclusion to make a profit off of humans, selling rare animals, plants, materials, and all that, and I don’t mind taking money, barter, lifespans, or souls for it. And of course, I do the same thing to Monsters, and then some monsters gain sentience due to buying souls and whatnot.”

“Yeah! This is amazing guys!” I clap, smiling widely, seeing how everyone is working together to see the world we want to make. “How long do you think we need to get to that time? Wait, that sounds confusing, let me rephrase. How much time do we need to reach the War Scenario?” I ask.

They all look at each other, then Arthur faces me, scratching the back of his head.

“How long did it take for Cavemen to reach medieval times?”
