Pov: "Archangel" Nemesis
In these halls draped in shadows, we the children born of the night star, gather under the gaze of our goddess. Our goddess once lived in the light before her cruel siblings sealed her into the day star. However, their seal was flawed and when it broke, it forced those siblings to give the mortal races the means to become independent from them. Because the night star created the monsters, the gods had to give up their power over mortals…
It seemed I arrived right as father Riol started his usual speech about the gods' betrayal of the goddess. Personally I don't believe in this cults beliefs about the goddess betrayal or rather I don't believe that their version of the goddess is real at all. Not to say that gods don't exist but neither as infallible as nor as foolish as this cult or the trinity church likes to believe. But that is just my personal opinion. This cult is definitely off the deep end though. This place is full of fanatics, the kind who would spill every drop of an innocent's blood and then all of their own. I may be using them for the means of my own revenge, but that doesn't mean I'm completely innocent. More than likely, I'm already past the point of salvation. It is at that point that I then hear something.
"Another one of these dreams? I wonder where I am now? And I wonder if this is happening because of merida?"
I look around but, I cannot seem to find the source of the voice. And then I hear speak again.
"I guess I'm stuck here till this dream ends. I hope it ends soon as I need to take care of my troops after that fight with that flesh golem near merida."
That voice returned. On closer inspection, I'm surprised that I can even understand what it is saying. It is speaking a language I have never heard before. Also it was talking about the dwarf dungeon. It seems that the cult released a flesh golem after I killed the king there. While I was deep in my thoughts I voice called out to me.

"Still not dead eh, Archangel Nemesis?"
The voice calling me was none-other than guardian Helios. The voice in my head said something about finding out more about me when they get back. I responded to Guardian Helios to go tell someone to go get the taskmaster for me. Despite my cold attitude towards him, I actually respect Helios for his consistent morels. He's no saint but he is far from the worst scum of this cult. While walking to my waiting place I pick-up some of what the other lesser cultists are saying about me.
"Look, it's the nemesis. I'm surprised she is still not dead."
"It seems like even death doesn't want her."
"Shush… she can hear you."
I care little for their thoughts. At that the voice spoke.
"Huh, so this body is a female, just like my old body used to be."
That is an interesting bit of information that the voice let slip. Does it not know I can hear it? And if it used to be female, what is it now? My thoughts were cut short when I ran into the worst scum of this cult. The man I had asked to see, the taskmaster erdwin.
"Ah, nemesis, I assume that you have finished your assigned task?"
"Yes."
"Good, then allow me to assign you a new task. You must go slay a great be-"
"Bullshit. Are you telling me that your words mean nothing? Did you think I forgot? You told me that I would get to attack the target of my revenge. I helped because you made it easier for me to hurt them. But if you insist on getting in my way, I will fucking kill you and this damn cult"
"I took you in when you had no home, and this is how you treat me? You don't have a choice, you own me, s-"
I put a blade to his throat. "You keep that name out of your shitty mouth, or I will silence you forever you hear me?"
The voice in my head is saying you go girl.
"Noted. Fine, go get your damn revenge, but you will have to do the task I was about to assign you, no complaints, when you return. You will find him in the city of rilek on ovadawn continent. He's preparing for an important ceremony. Do you understand?"
I don't grace him with a response but I will do what he says. Unlike him, I keep the promises I make. The voice speakers again.
"I wonder who the target of her reve-"
The voice stopped speaking in the middle of their sentence, likely sent back to where they came from. But I put that in the back of my mind as I leave to go kill the target of my revenge, the man who is trying to become the pope of the trinity church.
