Yune found another member of the Dragon Kaiser Gang and threatened him to find out where they hid. However, it wasn't too hard. They actually maintained a business as a front. And it was flashy one at that. Their main headquarters was a large skyscraper near the middle of Janken City. It was like they owned the city. She also learned that this gang was the primary dealer of drugs, prostitutes, and weapons to all of the other gangs. There were others, but Yune was only concerned about the big target. They were powerful enough to control the city, but Yune bet that they wouldn't be able to handle her.
She was already transformed and in her black cloak as she strutted towards the front of the building. The gate was heavily guarded, but Yune didn't care. She could have sneaked in, but she was confident that they couldn't stop her anyways. She didn't think their bullets would even harm her. And she wanted to have some fun in breaking down people she didn't deem worthy enough to live. People who made their livelihood making others suffer.
When she came up, two of the guards held out their hand to stop her. They held just normal pistols and wore fancy suits, but Yune was sure that they had more powerful weapons inside.
"Stop right there. State your business," the guard said. There were others posted along the sides who watched. They were all on edge as they saw this hooded being approach, but they just assumed it was just some beggar wanting some change. They were wrong. The cloak hid Yune's face which was covered by a mask.
In less than a second, a barrage of chains came out from under the cloak. They came out like tendrils and tentacles. When the guards went for their guns, they were too late to defend themselves. The chains slashed, choked, maimed, and ravaged the group of guards like dolls.
Then, from inside the building, some of the guards saw his friends being attacked. They weren't aware of Light Guardians or Night Demons, but even if it was a monster, they prepared to fight without any fear or hesitation. They were trained soldiers.
Yune threw away her cloak and it vanished in the air. She charged in with her chains and hook-blade fighting her way through the guards. She dashed with a furious frenzy. None of the other guards could stop her. She entered the building and made her way to the top. She knew that was where their boss was located. The guards called for backup. They sent in more heavily-armed soldiers, but their tactics and weaponry was no match for Yune's innate powers. She was a monster on a rampage. She continued to break, maim, and kill those who worked for this gang without mercy.
The shots were being deflected by Yune's arsenal of chains. And those that did hit Yune barely left a scratch on her. Then, one of the shots came and hit straight towards Yune's mask. It collided shattering the mask in half. Yune was stunned for that one second as she put her hand above her face. The guards took this chance to fire, but each shot would just get deflected away by the chains even without Yune looking. It was as if they had a mind of their own.
Then, Yune looked straight at the guards with one eye. One cold and dead eye. The white iris stared straight into their souls. And it reflected nothing but a chill within themselves. At that moment, the soldiers were stunned themselves. They weren't fighting some other gang or a drug addict, but a monster. Then, with only half a mask, Yune smiled with glee. She was excited to be able to make people who made others suffer suffer themselves.
Then, the shots kept going. They kept firing, but nothing would reach her. The chains even began to deflect the bullets back the guards. Then, Yune began to walk forward slowly, and all the other guards could do was walk back.
Yune peeled off her mask slowly like a scab. Then, she completely took it off for everybody to see her face. The face of a normal girl. A monster.
They kept firing and firing, but there was nothing they could do. Sirens began to blare outside, so Yune hurried. She had no desire to hurt police officers who to her seemed, for the most part, honest and good. Her smile faded as she went faster up the building. She maintained a cold expression as she was faster and more efficient, but still maintained a level of bloodlust within herself. All she could think of while she murdered and killed was 'Why are we alive? Why are you alive? Why am I alive?'.
Then, she finally did reach the top. It was a nice and comfortable apartment. There was only one more guard left who fired everything he had left in his gun. He panicked and begged, "Get away from me! Get away from me!"
He kept firing until he ran out of bullets, and when he tried to reload, Yune threw her hook straight into eye, and then proceeded to yank it out along with his nose. Then, her chains held him by his throat and threw him against what seemed to be the last door crashing it open. Yune walked over the body without feeling any remorse for any of them. But she wasn't quite at the end just yet. It was a large room. A lavish apartment filled with the finest works and decorations.
There was one girl there. She looked to be around eighteen or so, Yune thought. She blocked the entrance to one last door which looked like it was made of pure steel. Nothing that Yune couldn't handle. She wore a black kimono and high heels. And she stood her ground confidently.
"So, you're the one causing all this trouble," the girl said with a devious smile.
"Let me guess. You're a Light Guardian," Yune replied coldly.
"That's right. My name is Mirey Jyle. I'm like you."
"I doubt you're like me. For a Light Guardian who is supposed to protect people from monsters, you really chose the wrong profession."

"You're not the first Light Guardian to come here with such thoughts. Although, you are the first to cause such a violent scene. Your whole body is covered in grime and blood."
"Get out of my way, Mirey."
"I don't think you're here because of some wild notion of justice. Were you hired by a rival gang? Or perhaps an up and coming member? You know, I'm sure my fath- I mean the boss - wouldn't mind hiring you. Whoever is paying you, I'm sure we can pay double."
"I'm not getting paid. I'm not some mercenary who'd do this for a paycheck. I came here because your people cause too much harm in this world."
As Yune spoke to the girl, she noticed some snakes crawling through the ducts and holes within the room. She wondered whether this was Mirey's abilities, but she wasn't sure. It was like she was the one who didn't notice them.
"You are a strange one. You killed so many of our men, yet you think you're so high and mighty. Talk about a hypocrite."
Upon hearing those words and thinking that she was preparing to strike with snakes, Yune snapped, "Enough talk."
Yune threw in her hook, but Mirey was ready for it. The room was large enough for the two of them to fight on equal terms. She jumped back and conjured an assault rifle with a happy face attached to it's side. When she did that, Yune realized that the snakes weren't her ability, but something else entirely.
She began firing as she jumped away. Yune tried to deflect the shots, but they were too fast for her chains to react. She ran to take cover and as she did, one bullet grazed right by her right shoulder. It left a stinging sensation. The bullets were enhanced magically. They were faster and stronger than the usual projectile. Yune needed to close the distance. She carefully moved the chains around the room to lay a trap.
She charged forward trying to dodge and deflect as many bullets as she could. Mirey was also cautious. She watched around and noticed the chains and shot at those she saw coming too close.
Mirey then conjured an entire row of assault rifles above her all aimed at Yune.
All Yune could do was defend herself. She created a shield around her made of chains. The bullets fired, but they couldn't penetrate through the chains. However, there were so many bullets that some got through holes and openings. They pierced through Yune's left foot, but she ignored the pain. It was nothing that couldn't be fixed.
Mirey taunted her, "As I said, you're not the first. And I'm sure you won't be the last. However, I do like your style. You sure you don't want a job? I wouldn't mind working with you. We could be partners."
"I would rather die than be partners with shills."
"I thought you'd say that," Mirey said before conjuring an RPG. She shot one rocket straight at Yune's chain shield. The chains broke apart and Yune was pushed back as more bullets fired by her. Yune threw in her hook, but it passed right by Mirey. The constant barrage of bullets continued, but she was resilient. She used her chains to protect herself as best as she could do.
"You missed? What a lousy shot," Mirey said as she conjured a sniper rifle.
The hook bounced around the room behind Mirey and left a trail of chains. Then, the hook was about to come right at Mirey from behind. But she then thought about it. She thought that Yune intentionally threw in the hook from behind. She looked back and fired the sniper right at the hook flinging it away.
"Hah! You can't fool me tha-" Mirey said before she was tripped up by a trail of chains underneath her feet. Yune had made Mirey focus on her shield of chains before that she didn't realize the small string of chains that circled behind Yune and back until they reached her.
And then with a flick of Yune's wrist, she was able to take control of the hook as if it was a part of her just like with the rest of the chains. The whole room began to become enveloped in a web of chains.
And Mirey's feet were already tangled.
"I'll end this quickly. If you decide to come back as a Night Demon or whatever I am, I'll kill you again," Yune said.
However, Mirey didn't admit defeat. Far from it. There was a sly smile as she conjured an entire arsenal of assault rifles, pistols, and rocket launchers around herself.
"You have your shield. I have mine albeit far more destructive," Mirey said as she began to fire everything, "Daddy's probably going to punish me for destroying this place, but it's already destroyed anyways."
Yune tried to take cover and dodge the bullets and explosions, but there were so many of them. Bullets flied around without any direction. Rockets flung around the room destroying everything in her path. The chains were pushed away and began to lose their integrity.
And with a few more bullets, the chains began to snap and break apart. Yune was thrown back with bullet holes in her arms, legs, and abdomen. She spit out blood. I lost, Yune thought to herself.
The broken chains and hook-blade fell to the ground vanishing into a dark mist.
When Yune opened her eyes, she looked at Mirey holding up an assault rifle to her face. Mirey smiled victoriously and said, "That was fun. Although, completely avoidable."
Yune breathed heavily with one eye open. Her black and white eyes stared back at Mirey. But she couldn't speak.
"Well, I guess this is where we part wa-" Mirey said just before getting bit by a snake on the neck, "Ow."
And then Mirey began to get a headache. The snake injected a vial of venom into her, but it wasn't enough to kill her. But when she looked back a whole army of snakes began to bite into her injecting more venom. She fired a shot, but it only grazed Yune's head. And without any resistance, Mirey's gun vanished and she fell.
Yune watched as it happened. She saw those snakes before but thought they were a part of Mirey's powers, but now it seemed like she was saved by them. Yune tried to lift herself up, but she needed help from the bullet holes. Blood began to ooze out when she moved. And when she looked up, she saw a Light Guardian. The snakes went back up the guardian's robes and yelled extravagantly, "Victory! Another win for the greatest Light Guardian in the universe, Venomion!"
She wore a green hood and robes. Snakes slithered out of her arms and hissed in celebration. She began to cheer for herself. She looked to be like a middle-school student, but acted like an elementary school one.
And then Yune coughed out another litre of blood.
"Oh, right. Shopkeeper. Shopkeeper. Shopkeeper. Come and be graced by my call!" she yelled.
The shopkeeper appeared and said, "What a mess..."
The girl replied, "Wasn't me this time. Anyways, use one of my saved black coins to heal this girl."
The shopkeeper looked at the dying Yune and nodded. Then, all of the holes healed themselves and she felt better in seconds.
"Now, if that is all, I'll be going," the shopkeeper said just before he vanished.
"Bye-bye," she said in a cheerful manner.
Yune stood up feeling around herself to check for any other wounds, but they were all gone. She looked at the girl confused as to why she saved her.
"Who are you?" Yune asked.
"What a silly question. I'm the greatest Light Guardian to have ever lived! I am the great Venomion!," she yelled cheerfully.
