"Woah!" Cassandra was surprised once she saw the current situation of the construction site, it was completely different in size compared to yesterday and the people working, digging, and transporting materials here and there were three-times more as well.
"What's going on in here?" She looked towards Aaron and waited for him to explain to her what happened during her absence.
"Old man Vogen." He ignored Cassandra and went towards the old man sitting next to Mr Smith.
"Oh. You're here young master Ron, check this out." The elder was beaming with a wide smile on his face once he saw Aaron and Cassandra coming towards their table, he took a dark-brown stone-like brick from the table and presented it to the kid.
Aaron took it and began inspecting its weight and solidity while looking to the side where a group of people were mixing some of the red sand with gravel and mud, another group was filling rectangular prism molds to form the brick shape, the final group was burning these bricks on top of fire coming from a furnace that looks a lot like Mr Smith's furnace back in his ruined smithy!
Aaron also noticed that the ones responsible for burning these bricks were sprinkling some sort of black powder on each surface of these bricks and that's why they gained that dark-brown color in the end, "Did you succeed?" He asked while sprinkling some water from his Inventory Space on the brick in his hands.
Old man Vogen just smiled before saying : "You're welcome to test the final result and see for yourself what type of amazing creation we managed to make thanks to your advice, it's also thanks to Mr Smith's recommendation that we were able to take it a step further." He pointed towards the giant man in the end, Vogen seemed to appreciate the blacksmith's guidance a lot when he said that.
"Really! How so?" Aaron asked while retrieving the Hammer then put the brick on the ground before hitting it as hard as he can.
*Bang*
"Heh," Vogen was amused once he saw what Aaron did just now because he was extremely confident in the sturdiness of these bricks, "Mr Smith recommended that we scatter raw iron powder when we burn the bricks to add another layer of protection to the bricks.
"Based on his judgement as an expert blacksmith. The iron powder would fuse the grains of red sand and the soft mud together and form a sturdy link around the gravel as their base, as a builder myself I could relate to the reason of his idea because a strong building crucially requires a sturdy foundation to withstand the elements of tear and wear.
"Unfortunately we couldn't make much of these bricks during the night because we were in the experiment phase and had to test different measurements and portions between gravel, mud, and red sand in each trial.
"We only happened to succeed a few minutes earlier actually and so far we've use all the red sand we have, young master Ron needs to provide us with more of this wonderful material because what we're going to create wouldn't even be enough for us to cover a single corner of the foundations.
"Mr smith already promised to cover his part of the process and provide us with all the raw iron powder that we're going to require until your house is completed." Finally Vogen explained everything while watching Aaron extract the brick from the ground after the he kept hitting it with the Hammer repeatedly until it sank into the earth.
"Hahaha... my young friend you're quite strong indeed, those around your age wouldn't be able to wave that Hammer without losing their balance yet you've swung it a dozen times already while making it look so easy!" Mr Smith was squatting next to Aaron and checking his breathing, "Why don't you become my disciple? I'll teach you everything I know about the craft." He asked while using his hands to gently check the kid's back, shoulder, and arm muscles.
Aaron struggled to remove the giant's gigantic palms off of his body for a few seconds before failing then he sighed while saying : "I'll pass. Now let go of me, this is not the way you treat your partner! But thanks for the generous offer with the iron powder, someday in the future you'll look back and remember this incident then pat yourself on the shoulder after making the right decision."
Me Smith just smiled and let go of the kid while shrugging his muscular shoulders as if to say : "You can't blame a man for trying." But he still said : "You're welcome to aske me about anything anytime, both of us are going to spend a lot of time working together in the future anyway."
Aaron simply nodded his head before looking towards old man Vogen, "You've been working all night and need a break, let Cassandra take over while you get some rest."
Cassandra nodded once she saw the dark circles around the old man's eyes and signs of fatigue on his pale face.
"But-"
"Just listen to young master Ron. I can manage while you're away just fine, these workers would take a day or two to completely dig and clear the area before we begin laying any foundation, not to mention it'd take some time for young master Ron to provide us with more of that red sand." Cassandra interrupted the old man and frowned slightly because she felt insulted since she's also quite talented in the profession, Vogen was a bit too excited that it might seem like he's distrusting her ability to handle things in his absence.

Aaron nodded and added : "Cassandra is right. I'm sure you wouldn't miss any of the excitement."
Vogen sighed before saying : "Fine." Then he left the construction site and went towards his house.
"You can discuss the matter of the metal pipes for the sewage system that's going to be installed in my house with Mr Smith," Aaron reminded Cassandra before walking towards Tylus and saying : "Uncle Tylus. You need to build me a cabin to spend the nights because I'm never going back to sleep in Lucas's house."
Tylus scratched his hair before smiling, "Was it Ria?" He asked and seemed extremely curious to hear the reason from the kid.
"Yeah. That woman really is a handful, she's in complete control over the family. At least under that roof." Aaron shrugged before adding : "Anyway. You make sure that it's done before dusk, also tell five of your best workers to follow me back to the forest to gather lumber."
"Consider it done." Tylus answered before whistling and gesturing to the ones he sees suitable for the job to come over.
"Young master Ron. Good morning, Betty made some food for the people working her but I don't think it'd be enough for all these guys to have their fill." Pio arrived in the construction site and greeted Aaron once he unloaded all the things he was carrying, the bodyguard was gasping for air and sweating like crazy after having to deliver such a heavy load of food.
Aaron nodded after calculating sixty something people working on the construction site, "Looks like I really need someone to handle all the logistics to save myself the trouble and wasting time doing it myself." Aaron frowned slightly before muttering that to himself.
"I can handle it young master Ron." Pio patted his chest strongly.
"You're not suitable for the job," Aaron shook his head before adding : "You're also out of shape and you need to build up your stamina, your night activities with Betty are beginning to show during the day."
Pio blushed from shame because he's been overdoing it indeed during the past few days, especially after he met his young master Ron!
He's been overly aggressive with the woman, not that she doesn't like it, but she's mentioned it and warned Pio that she might end up being pregnant if he's not careful where to finish.
It only invigorated his libido and Pio found himself in a situation where he's eager to make it happen, having settled with his young master Ron made the man anticipate a future where he's a husband to a woman he likes and a father to some naughty and difficult to handle brats.
Seeing his bodyguard daydreaming, Aaron nudged the man's stomach with a fist to wake him up before saying : "Go find Arturo's guards and bring them over, half of them are going to be responsible for guarding the workers we take with us to the forest and the other half would be responsible for transporting the lumber and red sand we gather."
"At once young master." Pio nodded before taking his leave.
"Attention everyone!" Aaron stood on the table where Pio left the food and cupped his mouth and shouted these words, "Stop whatever you're doing and gather around, I'm sorry because there's not enough for you to fill your bellies. But I promise to not embarrass myself when it's time for your next meal, enjoy your breakfast and please make sure to maintain order."
'As much as I'd hate to ask her for a favor, she's the only person around here who's suitable for the task. The only question is... would she listen to reason or make things even more difficult for me?' Aaron thought to himself while taking a plate and scooping a portion for Mr Smith who accepted it with a smile on his face.
He kept playing the role of the person distributing food to the workers until Lucas arrived, Aaron let the man handle the job in his place and walked towards Sera's table.
"Morning." He said while taking a seat next to her.
"It's funny how you keep ignoring or avoiding me almost all the time, unless you need something... then you take the initiative and come with your tongue sticking out from your mouth." She took a sip from her cup and lazily put a leg on top of the other then relaxed in her seat, clearly enjoying the moment.
Aaron shrugged the insult and retorted : "I don't remember ever asking you to do anything for me, and the animal that you're comparing me to is one of the most loyal creatures to ever live. So I'll take it as a praise."
Sera squinted her eyes while saying : "It wasn't meant as a praise."
"Then you're very terrible at insulting people." He said while showing his open palms that faced the sky.
"Some people are just too shameless and their skin is hard to penetrate with words alone." She glared while adding a frosty tone to her words.
Aaron sighed while rolling his eyes at the beauty who's many times more difficult to deal with than Ria whom he had the displeasure of dealing with just earlier, "Alright then, let's both take a step back and talk like grown ups do."
Sera smirked, "You're just a brat, don't flatter yourself." She was proud of herself after tossing this insult in his face.
"Indeed you're right, but you're not being a role model either in this situation. Some would say you're being pity and bullying a junior! You really shouldn't allow others to gossip about how a Honorable Sister from the Whispering Sisterhood once took advantage of the situation and drove a little boy insane." He said before adding with a straight face : "That would certainly diminish the spotless reputation of your organization, Right! I do also wonder how Snow would react is she hear these unfortunate news? I bet that lady called Nina wouldn't be all too pleased when she gets to hear all about what happened here today."
"You dare!" Sera glared at Aaron while balling her fists.
Aaron shrugged once again : "You leave me no choice in this situation," He calmly continued to say while watching the workers form circles and talk while having breakfast : "Even a rabbit would end up biting when pushed to a corner! What do you expect a dog to do? After all you just compared me to one." Aaron spread his hands to show his helplessness before adding : "Not to mention that I've helped you powerup yesterday then gave you the carcass of the Emerald Ghost-anaconda which we both know very well that it's me who's taking a loss in this deal, and later on the night of the same day where everything happened I gave you a piece of the sweetest thing you've ever ate in your life."
Sera was at a loss of words after receiving the kid's retaliation which she never expected, the beauty felt like she just received an emotional beating that struck out of nowhere!
"W-what do you want?" She hissed these words through gritted teeth.
"Nothing much," Aaron jumped from his seat and walked away, "For now just make sure these people receive their meals on time, I'm pretty sure a Honorable Whispering Sister like yourself can take care of that with Todd's help just fine." He left these words behind and gestured for Pio, Lucas, the five lumberjacks, and the ten guards to follow him.
