Bliss came to a stop, Lati stopping beside her. Bliss stared ahead, her eyes on a golden door, a golden door much like the golden door the two of them had passed through to enter this cavernous dungeon. Her golden eyes looked a little lower and fell upon a collection of beast bunnies hopping around in front of the door. The monsters were in their non-monstrous forms currently, looking like cute, white bunnies, all of them with black eyes this time. The stone floor they hopped upon was light-blue with numerous red-speckles.
Bliss glanced back to the grand door behind the beast bunnies. Said door even had the same lion-themed design of the door she and Lati had passed through earlier. Did we get turned around or something? She glanced back to the beast bunnies and then at the floor they hopped upon. I think the floor wasn’t so speckled back there though. Her golden eyes returned to the golden door. So that must be a different door.
She turned her attention back to the beast bunnies. The currently little creatures hopped about playfully, paying no mind to her and Lati for now. I don’t think they noticed us yet. She started counting them. Thirteen. Thirteen beast bunnies. Why does there have to be so many, and why thirteen? Why did it have to be thirteen? Her white bunny ears twitched.
“You OK?” Lati’s crimson eyes turned to her, the snake woman’s tongue flitting out.
“Just fine.” Bliss’s ears gave another twitch, and she sweatdropped. “Just wondering why it had to be thirteen.” Her shoulders drooped.
“Don’t worry about it.” Lati gave the bunny succubus a pat on the back. “You will be fine. Now go get them.”
Bliss’s golden eyes widened. “Wait. You mean just me.”
Lati brought her right hand to her mouth and giggled a cute giggle. “I think you can handle it.”
“I-I see.” Bliss’s golden eyes scanned over the thirteen beast bunnies, her bunny ears twitching cutely. So one versus thirteen. I’m not sure I like those odds, but I am feeling kind of hyped. She paled, her body stiffening. Oh hell. I am developing murder-hobo tendencies. She relaxed and summoned her shadowy claws. Well, the beast bunnies still seem oblivious to my presence. Guess I should try to catch them by surprise.
Bliss crouched down, her shadow claws making contact with the red-speckled, stone floor. She spread her wings and braced herself. Then she rushed forward with a burst of speed, heading straight for the collection of beast bunnies, her claws ready. A few slashes of her claws and three of the beast bunnies met their end, flecks of red blood flying from their ruined forms. Flecks of light drifted away from the defeated trio.
That is three of them. That leaves ten. She turned to another beast bunny, her gaze meeting its black eyes. Is that fear in its eyes? Does not matter. She ended it with a Shadow Claw. That leaves nine. She glanced at the shadowy form of her claws on her right hand. It is actually kind of scary how exhilarating this is. Her golden eyes went to another beast bunny as the remaining nine bloated up into their monstrous forms. Rows of razor-sharp teeth showed from within their gaping mouths, and drool dripped from their lips.

Looks like they are ready to fight now. Bliss smiled, her black succubi wings fluttering. A strange sense of eagerness flowed through her. This … should be fun. Her smile widened, and she crouched down, spreading her wings.
Two of the remaining beast bunnies glanced to one another, their black eyes meeting. They turned to the crouching succubus and snarled, saliva spattering from their gaping maws. They both started a frantic hope towards their prey. A small gap just large enough for a certain succubus to fit through was between them. It was over in an instant. Bliss darted between the two beast bunnies, her claws digging deeply into their sides. The pair of beast bunnies slumped in defeat.
Seven remaining. She surveyed the battle field, looking over her remaining foes. An electric feeling surged through her, pushing her to continue. Life-force lights danced around her, as if intrigued by the unfolding scene. She smiled and lunged at another beast bunny. She scored a Shadow Claw, and said beast bunny fell in defeat. Life-force lights bled from its form. The electric feeling flowing through her intensified.
Six remaining. She lunged at a group of three beast bunnies. A brief dance of death began with razor sharp teeth chomping down. Their teeth failed to catch her though, and with one slash apiece, she ended all three.
Three remaining. She stood like some sort of death specter, the fallen bodies of her last three kills around her. Life-force lights drifted up from the three corpses, swirling around her in a frightening yet beautiful display. At her feet, the blood from the three corpses had painted the stone floor red.
Only three remaining. Her golden eyes fell across the remaining three beast bunnies. The three were huddled up together. Once I finish them … She started walking towards them, a large smile on her face. She held out her shadowy claws at her sides, her black high-heels audibly tapping upon the blood-splattered floor as she walked.
Oh … One of the three approached her. It was larger than the other two. She stopped, her golden eyes fixed on the particularly big beast bunny. Her ears twitched, and she lowered her claws. Is it challenging me? She smiled again, and the beast bunny leapt up. The monstrous creature gaped its mouth as it descended towards her. Useless. She sidestepped the attack and swept her claws fluidly. Red splattered, and the great creature bled out, more life-force lights spilling free.
That just leaves … She turned to the remaining two beast bunnies, a huge smile on her face. That just leaves those two. She look a step towards them, and the pair quivered. Are … Are they afraid? She looked down at her claws. She did not have a drop of blood on her, but … She looked at her blood-splattered surroundings and sweatdropped, her ears twitching. Maybe I went a bit overboard. She looked back to the beast bunnies and found them to be frantically fleeing. Well, a win is a win, I guess.
Just as she was about to dispel her claws, a large shadow appeared at her feet. I am guessing it was not actually me they were running from. She felt something shift beneath her black high-heels, something within the shadow. It is coming. She leapt back, readying her claws, just as something reached out from the shadow.
