The rest of the drive home was thankfully peaceful with no sightings of the supernatural or other terrors.

Parking the old truck in front of the garage, the two swan siblings got out and headed inside the house.

Heading into the living room, Alex saw that Charlie was still awake watching a movie which just so coincidentally was a horror genre.

When the monster in the movie screamed, Bella who was still rattled by the encounter with Amon screamed at the top of her lungs.

Causing Alex to hold his ear, hoping his eardrum hadn't burst from having Bella scream so close to him.

Charlie, startled by the scream jumped up himself, his expression shocked as he turned around, his eyes open wide in fright.

'She scared him more than the movie did' Alex thought however he couldn't even get a drop of amusement at the moment.

The encounter with Aamon had thoroughly ruined his day and night.

'First, I have to deal with humans and then with vampires, and now with a damned devil prince' Alex thought to himself in frustration before telling Charlie that he was going upstairs to sleep as he was quite tired.

Motioning to Bella secretly to tell her to follow him.

Bella used the same excuse and both of them headed upstairs into Alex's room.

Closing the door behind her, Bella sat on the bed whilst Alex sat on his computer chair.

"I'm going to the Cullens to talk with them, I'll be back in a few hours," Alex said to Bella straightforwardly.

"Can I come with you?" Bella asked Alex, her voice still showing her fear of what had transpired.

"No, you stay here and get some rest, and don't worry about 'him'. He's most likely after me." Alex said, his tone convincing as he addressed Bella.

After a moment of thought, Bella nodded her head slowly.

"All right just be careful ok?"

"Don't worry, there's nothing in this world that can beat me," Alex said before giving his Bella a smile, hoping to reassure her.

A light chuckle erupted from Bella before she nodded slowly.

"Alright, then I'm going, Don't wait for me and get some sleep. We will talk in the morning" Alex said before heading to the window and pushing it open.

Climbing out of the window, Alex quickly transformed into black mist as he started heading back toward the Cullen mansion.

With repeated use, Alex had mastered his mist form and at this point, he could move in the form almost as quickly as he could whilst he had his body.

The time to get to the mansion was shortened massively when compared to the old truck's driving speed.

Allowing Alex to arrive there in a few minutes.

Seeing a window to the living room open and hearing what was likely the TV on, Alex in his mist form quickly entered the mansion through the open window.

The Cullens seemed to have all been gathered together as they watched a movie and at that moment they saw a black mist surge into the living room, and land right in front of the television.

Quickly, the Cullens got on their feet and assumed combat stances as they looked at the mist.

Only to see the mist coagulate and converge upon itself the very next moment as Alex's body quickly reformed itself.

"Alex?" Alice asked confused as she looked at Alex who had not fully transformed back into his physical body.

"We need to talk." With a serious voice, Alex turned to look at Carlise who quickly noticed the graveness in Alex's voice before nodding his head.

Alex quickly took a seat on the couch, causing the rest of the Cullens to follow suit before he started recounting what had happened after he and Bella had left the mansion.

"So you're saying this devil prince that you've read about in mythology actually appeared in front of you guys?" Emmet asked, his voice clearly carrying his doubtful tone.

Turning to face the large bear-like man, Alex nodded his head.

"It's not that big of a stretch Emmet, I've already met witches, and other supernatural creatures besides Vampires and Wolf Shapeshifters," Alex said to the man.

"You've met a real witch?" Alice asked her voice surprised as she looked at Alex.

"Yes, I had some matters to talk to her about. Either way, I actually wanted to ask if you had any more information about 'him' in your library Carlisle." Alex said before turning back toward Carlisle once more.

Carlisle sat silent for a few moments before nodding his head.

"I have a few books about similar legends and monsters that I took from the Volturi however I never expected for them to actually be true, even the Volturi themselves have never met any of them before," Carlisle said before standing up and motioning for Alex to follow him.

The two quickly went to Carlisle's library using their super speed, the rest of the Cullen coven quickly following behind them.

Taking three books out of a secluded corner of the library, Carlisle laid them out at a wooden table that was positioned in the middle of the room.

'Other Supernaturals'

'Mythical Creature Legends'

'Speculations of other creatures'

These were the three titles of the books, Alex quickly took the first one, titled 'Other Supernaturals', and flipped through it.

The speed at which he flipped through the pages made it look like he was simply flipping each page without even reading anything however Alex read every single word and computed it before moving on to the next page.

A few minutes later, as the others stood silent. Alex finally finished reading all three books.

"There are mentions about other creatures however none about supposed devils of mythology. Not to mention about 'him', there are no mentions at all." Alex said as he released a long-winded sigh.

Carlisle released a sigh of his own before nodding.

"So what are we going to do? We don't even know where he is or what he is, we don't have any information about us while he seemed to have quite a lot about you and Bella." Alice asked, her brows furrowed as she faced Carlisle and Alex.

"There's not much we can do besides being prepared and being careful from now on. If we think about it logically then the only one who should truly be his target is me, Bella is just a human and you are just normal cold vampires." Alex said as he faced the rest.

"You said that he also told Bella to call his name though did you not?" Edythe asked

"That's right, but that's most likely in order to gain some kind of leverage upon me. If it's pure on strength then I'm most likely stronger than him however what he has over me is the fact that he knows who I hold dear." Alex replied as he turned to look at the young-looking vampiress.

The Cullens nodded before the group headed back to the living room.

"I'll have to get back now, I just wanted to warn everyone about 'him," Alex said as he faced the coven of vampires.

A split moment later, Alex made a face as if he had just remembered something and he had in fact.

"I'll also go to the reservation tomorrow and alarm them about what happened so that they can keep a lookout as well. In fact, it might be better if all of us gathered and discussed this but I don't think that's going to work out with how strained you guys's relationship is."

Alex said causing Carlisle to nod his head.

"Telling the Quileue is indeed a good idea while the meeting as you thought, will likely not happen unless the threat is clear and they are in danger of being killed, in no other circumstance will a meeting between us and them work out," Carlisle said, his tone of voice lowering down as he finished his words.

It could be clearly seen that Carlisle disagreed with this misjudged hatred the Quileute had toward them however he could understand where the shapeshifters were coming from when thinking such things.

His race had massacred a lot of people and some of those included the ancestors of the Quileute, the mere fact that they could live in Forks was already a pleasing surprise.

"All right, well then I'm heading off, we'll meet again tomorrow. Goodnight once more" Alex said as he waved at the group before his body quickly dissolved and became black mist once more.

Heading out of the mansion from the way he had come in, Alex blended with the darkness of the night as he headed back to his house.

'I didn't want to spend too much time with them just in case something did happen back home' Alex thought as he forced himself to fly even faster in his mist form.

This time it only took two minutes before Alex was back inside his room.

Transforming into his human form once more, Alex headed outside of his room and went to check up on Bella.

Opening her bedroom door, Alex froze.

Bella was asleep, and the room looked normal and untouched if it weren't for a single change.

It was only one change however it sent shivers down Alex's spine.

There was a person besides Bella or Charlie in the room.

Sitting at Bella's bedside whilst patting her head.

The man lifted his head, a smile on his face and a monocle adorning his right eye.

"We meet again, Alex Swan or should I call you Alexander?" Amon said, his tone still maintaining that mischievous tone of his.

Clenching his hands, Alex didn't make any surprising moves, afraid that the devil would do something to Bella.

Opening his mouth, Alex spoke in a deep voice, the voice he only used when he was using his Alucard persona.

"I suggest you leave your seated position and come with me outside where we can talk. Otherwise, I can't guarantee that I'll be able to hold myself back. Amon" Alex said as his eyes quickly changed colors from a black color similar to a black hole to a vermillion shade of red, his pupils thinning as they became feline.

His hair quickly started changing colors as well as the black hair turned silver.

Holding his hands up, Amon smiled as he nodded his head slightly.

"Of course, I wouldn't want to annoy you in your own house, I am but a guest after all," Amon said before sitting up from Bella's bed, heading to the window and opening it.

"You said outside, right? I'll be waiting then." Amon said before jumping out of the window onto the grass below.

'This bastard' Alex thought before quickly following behind the man.

Jumping down onto the grass below, Alex kept his sight constantly on the black-robed Amon.

"What do you want?" Alex asked, his brows furrowed.

"What do I want? I just wanted to meet you. You caused quite the ruckus this summer you know? Taking over every criminal organization in major cities around the states." Amon said as his smile widened.

"Did you think that you were the only one capable of doing something similar or did you think that others didn't exist?" Amon asked as he started rubbing the edges of his monocle with two fingers.
