I found myself surprisingly satisfied with the purchase I had made and didn’t feel a need to waste the remainder of my 243 Platinum coins on anything else for the time being.

I was willing to purchase anything that might be useful or a bargain but only if it managed to catch my attention.

I wasn’t willing to squander my valuable resources on things that were not the right fit for me or at least on the same level as the cultures.

Besides, Gold was accepted here and I actually had a bit of that too, so I decided to see if I could put it to good use while I was here.

I found a shop that dealt with information, it was called Volunterra Rankers Sense; it traded in books, papers,scrolls, newspapers, news, rumors, gossip, and classifieds.

From the looks of it, it wasn’t directly related to the Seeier Organization as it looked quite shabby in comparison to other official venues.

The one thing everyone knew when it came to quality, fast, and precise information the Seeiers Group was your best option.

Some said there was nothing they didn’t know.

The thing was the prices they charged were exorbitant.

I had learned a lot about that in Martial Citadel as while I was there I had heard a lot of complaining.

That also made me remember some of the stuff I heard and saw in the black market.

Because of that I realized even outside the Rankers circle second hand information trading was very common.

Even here at the highest level of Potestera it could be seen.

I looked around the shop to see if I could find anything useful.

And sure enough I found what I wanted.

Back in my hometown when looking for a map I had gotten quite lucky cause other than the one I found all I saw was shabby outdated maps and information for an arm and leg.

But here, surprisingly, I found amazing stuff at a cheap price.

A whole rack full of information articles, papers and files with outstanding topics.

From cutting edge science discoveries to Ranker Duel news and analysis, hot topics around the magic society’s, and even international news.

Most towns had the centers that displayed the video projectors about national events, but what was usually shown was very watered down and the time they could cover each topic was limited; some stuff wasn’t even touched upon.

Newspapers for commoners focused on covering topics that were relevant to them.

I thought something like a newspaper didn’t exist for Rankers as they were too busy powering up.

But as Recondos had once told me nothing was more important to a Ranker than Insight and information.

Throughout the couple years I journeyed I started realizing why he had told me that and how important that advice was.

That being the case and the nature of things, why wouldn’t Ranker newspapers, tabloids, journals, and articles exist?

Right in front of me was the proof, Rankers really did enjoy the best stuff, they enjoyed the best food, the best treatment, and apparently the best and most accurate information.

The information I saw in front of me could sell for exorbitant prices at the black market back at home, but here all this stuff only cost from 1 to 10 gold coins.

True for a commoner, those were still insane prices, back when I worked for a living, 1 gold coin was my living expense for a month.

But now that I was a Ranker this kind of money was now an after thought.

It truly is funny how fast life can change.

I currently had over 5000 gold coins in addition to the ones in the bank, most of which I earned while I was at Martial Citadel.

I didn’t think I would need gold coins back then and was mostly striving for acquiring Platinum coins so I didn’t really pay too much attention to the gold coins I amassed let alone the silver, bronze, and copper ones.

But now I realized I might’ve been neglecting a valuable source of income.

Perhaps I was above the common masses status wise but I still lived in the same society and world as them.

I needed to be more mindful of all that I achieved, social, and economic strength wasn’t something that I was too good for all of a sudden.

I picked up the papers that interested me the most and bought them all.

All for a total of 20 gold coins, 10 cost me only 1 gold coin, and one that cost me 10.

Three of them were on the top ten rankers in F rank, the top ten Rankers on D Rank, and the Top ten Rankers on C tier respectively, 2 of them where on information of the most dangerous zones in the country, 4 them were interesting cooking and survival recipes with rare materials, and the most expensive one was a paper on rumored treasure locations.

I decided to read them later when I had time, I found one more piece of information and this one was the one I was truly looking for.

It read, “Volunterra Governments Evaluation of Seeier Organizations activities in the country” an Official Public Government Report, it was only 1 gold coin but in my eyes its value was even greater.

The other documents I had put off for later, but this one had immediately caught my eye when I saw it at the shop.

Within it was most likely the kind of information I was looking for in regards to the Seeier Organization, and best of all it seemed to be some sort of official government document.

It was a bit dated but as long as it wasn’t super ancient I was sure it would provide me with vital intel.
