In Cugine City, the Golden Breath Villa was undoubtedly the greatest place to live or even visit. This was because of the love Beast Emperor Mihos had to put into building and maintaining this place. However, there exists a place in the city that even though it couldn’t rival it, it came pretty close. This place was known as the Silver Bullet Estate.
The Silver Bullet Estate was located in the territory of Tony Gambino. As one could guess from the name, the estate was owned by Silver Bullet which was headed by Tony himself.
“Don, we’ve received reports that the Black Dogs has been cracking down on your operations.”
Inside the estate, Tony was sitting under a tree lining up something on a table in front of him. The estate was big enough to hold three soccer fields, was surrounded by 10ft high walls, had only one entrance which was a gold gate with a silver bullet in a crest and the letters SB on each side of the gate. Other than the area Tony sat, the estate was covered with men carrying high power guns and dressed in sharp suits.
“I see. Give me a damage report.”
Tony ordered without looking at his beautiful assistant.
“Last week they raided multiple of our warehouses and seized our weapons. That cost us 200 million Ani. Five days ago, they started offering quite a few of our clients protection from us free of charge, costing us 350,000 Ani from extortion. They’ve arrested nearly a hundred of our cadets from our militia and grant them a station bail of a combined 1 million Ani. Also, some of our clients have heard that they were targeting anyone doing business with us and has expressed their desire to part ways with us. That cost us 300 million Ani.”
“So in total, they’ve cost me half of a billion Ani in only a month. As expected of the police force. If I didn’t know any better I would think this is the hardest they’ve worked since they were founded.”
Tony continued to line up something on the table in front of him while praising his enemies.
“Don, What should we do?”
“What? Isn’t that obvious?”
Tony stood up and looked at what he lined up on his table. They were Silver Bullets with names engraved on them.
Lucas, Pearl, Benito, Cesare, Griselda, Shancai, Fraus, and Aniket. These eight names were on the bullets that were in front of him. He had a final bullet in his hand that he put down in front of all of them.
Tony.
He smiled and turned to his assistant.
“Gather everyone up and tell them to meet in front of the mansion.
“Yes, Don.”
Around 15 minutes later, Tony was at the door of his 10 story mansion with countless people standing in front of him. They all looked relaxed, but they didn’t show any openings that could be exploited. When all these people gathered together they seemed incredibly intimidating.
“Yo, guys.”
“Yo, Don!”
The men replied in unison.
“What is our motto?”
“Death to all traitors! Death to our enemies! Death to ourselves!”
Tony nodded at the lively responses he got.
“When we say death to ourselves, we don’t mean suicide. We mean we’ll do what we love until it kills us. And what is that?”
“To do what the fuck we wanna do!”
He nodded.
“We of Silver Bullet are all the same. We lived meaningless boring lives. We’ve only found pleasure in danger. We only feel alive when we’re dying. Because of that everyone fears us and call us maniacs. Men, are we crazy?”
“Fucking insane!”
“Hahahaha!”
Tony and his men burst out laughing. After a laugh, Tony put on a serious expression.
“Bugsy.”
“Y-Yeah.”
Upon being called on, Bugsy, the man who Reina and Amelia almost got in a fight with at Griselda’s club, stepped forward and kneeled in front of Tony. He couldn’t bring himself to look at him.
“Bugsy, I heard that you cowered in front of Shancai and even let him beat up you and your squad.”
“Don, it was all because of a misunderstanding. Also, it was Shancai, since you ordered us to leave him alone I wanted to give him face.”
“Bugsy. You were afraid of him, weren’t you?”
“…..I was. I apologize.”
“For what? Being afraid? Everything feels fear so I’m not angry about that.”
“Really?!”
Bugsy looked up at Tony with a smile.
“But what I’m upset about is that you ordered your men to trail someone and ended up losing them to that Cesare. Those men weren't supposed to die that way. If we die, we die a glorious death not because of unnecessary orders that lead to a meaningless death.”
The smile on Bugsy’s face froze and then tensed up when he found himself looking into Tony’s gun nozzle.

“As such, Bugsy you don’t deserve an honorable death.”
*Bam!*
Tony didn’t hesitate for a second. He blew off Bugsy’s head and then put away his gun. Everyone was silent after seeing the death of an underboss.
“I will not tolerate any foolish deaths. We are gangsters, we go out guns blazing. We all came together because we want to live and die as gangsters. Am I right?”
“Yes, Don!”
“Let me remind you. The only way to leave Silver Bullet is in a body bag!”
“Yes!”
Some people came up and removed Bugsy’s body from in front of Tony.
“Now for the main reason, I gathered you all.”
He looked around and smiled.
“Guess what boys, the Black Dogs have gotten tired of living. They want us to put them down with a shower of bullets.”
Everyone started smiling.
“Let’s grant their wish!”
He waved his hand in front of him.
“I hereby declare a red alert! All of you are hereby free to do whatever you want!”
His voice echoed in the estate.
“Kill, rob, destroy, do whatever you want! Don’t care about territories, from now on everywhere in Cugine City is your playground!”
The men started clenching their guns with trembling hands as wide grins appeared on their faces. They all looked like an army of demons getting ready to invade heaven.
“Silver Bullet….!”
A wide grin also appeared on Tony’s face. With an insane look in his eyes, he shouted at the top of his lungs.
“RUN WILD!”
“YES, DON!”
That day, the excited voice of thousands of gangsters shook the estate and the surrounding area.
Pink Spider Territory, Spider Banking.
“It’s been almost two weeks.”
Pearl was sitting in her office looking outside her window. This was the last place she saw Rory. He apologized to her gently and then spoke like a warrior marching to his death. Just remembering the scene made her feel depressed.
“Hah~.”
She sighed and picked up a handheld game. It was something Rory left behind.
“He was annoying but at least I was never bored when he was around.”
She looked at the game.
“Now that I think about it when was the last time I spent time idling with someone before he came here?….. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was sticking around because he could see how lonely I was and took pity on me.”
She put down the game.
“Lucian Erebus is a very powerful person. Rory might not survive against him…..should I go help?”
“That’s not necessary.”
At that moment, she heard a new voice. She turned to the side and saw a blond woman with red eyes, and dressed like a maid.
“Madam Pearl, it’s a pleasure meeting you.”
The maid lifted the ends of her skirt and did an aristocratic bow.
“I’m Lord Aniket’s maid, Casey.”
“Aniket’s?”
“Yes. Could you please get rid of these wires?”
Casey stretched her hand out and pluck a barely visible wire in front of her.
“…….”
Pearl looked at her silently before pulling her hand back. At that moment, dozens of wires that covered every inch of the room retreated back into the glove she was wearing.
“Thank you.”
“Speak. What does a maid want from me?”
“I heard that you were friends with my master so I thought that I would share some information with you.”
Casey smiled.
“Tony Gambino and Cesare Mori are planning to start a Third Mafia War.”
“What? That’s not possible. We-”
“You guys have an agreed arrangement. The Three Dons and the Black Dogs won’t directly clash in order to prevent the destruction of the city. However, Tony and Cesare want to break this agreement.”
“Why should I believe you?”
“You have no reason to. Just call your spies in Silver Bullet’s territory and they’ll tell you this.”
Casey smirked.
“That place is now a living hell though.”
Casey ’s smile immediately reminded Pearl of Rory. It was terrifying and had pure madness lurking behind it.
“Madam, you lost everything at the hands of Salvatore Riina. Your eye, your home, your lover and you’re friend. Now your friend is about to attempt to take what you have left, your life. What will you do? Will you turn to Lucas and plea to him, as an ex-lover, to help save your friend from the ghost of Salvatore that possesses him? Or will you choose to free him from his suffering through death? Either way, I’ll most likely enjoy the show.”
“You…Who are you?”
“Me?”
Casey showed a bright smile.
“I’m a simple maid, my lady.”
At the same time, Golden Fly’s territory. This territory was unrivaled when it came to how much income it generated. There were countless illegal business that ranged from drugs to slave shops. You could find anything you want in this district. As long as you had money you could get anything you wanted.
In this district, there was a tower with a golden fly on it. This was the headquarters of Lucas Emilio’s criminal empire, The Superfly.
“What did you say?”
Lucas looked at the maid in front of him who called herself Sade.
“I said that your life and the life of everyone you care about is at risk. The Black Dogs and Silver Bullet are going wild and their madness will soon spread to this district. I think it’s best that you prepare for battle.”
“Bullshit. You expect me to run from Tony and Cesare?”
“You can’t win against them. Tony Gambino is too crafty. He will easily predict and counter all of your moves.”
“What a rude bitch. You suddenly appeared out of nowhere and insult me. If this building wasn’t worth a lot I would’ve smashed your head in the wall until it broke.”
“I’m merely speaking the truth.”
“Hmph.”
Lucas turned his back to Sade and looked through his window.
“Don’t do anything stupid, Tony. You’re not Salvatore.”
He mumbled.
“Hm?”
He spotted something flying towards him from a distance. His eyes widen when he was able to make out what it was.
“A missile?!”
*BOOM!*
A huge explosion erupted at Superfly after being hit by a sudden attack.
Meanwhile at the Golden Breath Villa. Jane was sitting in a room in front of a monitor.
“Master, we confirmed the reports about a catastrophic battle that occurred in the wildlands close to here. The fighters are Devil King Rory who posed as Aniket and stayed here and the Twilight King Lucian Erebus.”
On the monitor was the picture of a Golden Lion.
“Hmm….Who’s winning?”
The voice that came from the monitor was deep and dignified.
“I was told that they’ve fought dozens of times in the last week we’ve been monitoring them. We don’t know about the week before that but our scores are Lucian 8 and Rory 2.”
“I see. So the Twilight King is too much for that brat.”
The voice sounded a bit disappointed.
“Master, why haven’t the Twilight King killed Rory yet? He had plenty of chances to do so yet he allows Rory to recover before fighting him again.”
“Despite never meeting before this, their relationship is very complicated. Neither can kill the other or they’ll immediately be killed.”
“What do you mean? Killed by who?”
“You don’t need to know. Only people like myself are allowed to know these matters.”
“As expected of a Beast Emperor.”
Someone appeared in Jane’s room and walked up to the monitor.
“Emilia?”
Jane looked at the head maid, Emilia with shock. She couldn’t tell how she appeared here.
“Emperor Mihos, its nice to meet you. My name is Emilia. I’m a maid employed by Jane here.”
“You…..Hahahahaha!”
Golden Winter Lion, Mihos suddenly burst out laughing. Jane didn’t know what caused her normal serious master to laugh so vulgarly.
“I see, I see. I wondered how Lucian found that brat Rory, but it was you.”
He started laughing again.
“I don’t know what Your Excellency is talking about, forgive me.”
“Hmph. A shrewd one as always I see. Jane!”
“Y-Yes!”
Jane suddenly stood up and saluted for some reason. Realizing where she was, she slowly lowered her hand.
“Leave Cugine City and return home immediately.”
“Pardon?”
“Do I need to repeat myself?”
“No, master. I just couldn’t understand the order.”
“There’s nothing complicated about it. Just leave immediately. Otherwise, you’ll get caught in a vicious game.”
“I wouldn’t call it vicious. I’m merely helping my master.”
Emilia said with a bow.
“Regardless, it seems fun to watch. Now I have something to do while I wait for the next Emperor’s Conference. The time when I get to slaughter that infuriating woman, Arisa Lodon will be here in no time.”
“I hope I can keep you entertained.”
Emilia bowed and said. She then smiled.
“All the players are assembled….Let the games begin.”
