Intention to kill

While the noble's meeting in Bard had come to its end and everyone was returning home, late at night around the time of 10 pm. In the southern continent, where it had already become late night, Heron was seated on the seat of the slave trader leader, enjoying some meat as all the people following him were having a celebratory feast for taking revenge for some, and coming out alive for others.

In the northern continent, Karlos had begun his long walk to mass genocide of the enemies, while in the Western continent, Alice was already in the process of the same.

Blood spurted onto the leaves in the forest as the last one of the groups of 4 that Alice had encountered lost their lives without being able to make a single sound.

Naturally, she made it her mission to pick up to tags of each enemy soldier. Now that she had collected 20 tags, she went to a great hiding spot to hide away from pursuers and dug a hole in the ground, before burying the tags within.

She could not bring along so many tags with her. Although the rattling sound was quite intimidating, it would give her location away too easily, which went against her fighting style which she had built over a lot of practice and battles.

The fact that the 'Rogue' Class was given to her also further enhanced this fighting style of silently killing the enemies with minimal frontal combat.

Alice herself, did not feel any guilt at killing enemy soldiers, and unknown to herself, there was a cruel smile creeping up on her face as she buried the tags and moved to her next location.

Although people could collect tags just like Alice, the risk in doing so for normal soldiers was just too great. While bending down, they expose their backs to any potential enemy attacks, and that was why Alice had put people in charge of maintaining kill counts. Naturally, if the soldiers were able to bring back enemy tags, they would be able to exchange that for merits, allowing them to apply for higher ranks.

Alice's next target was clear. She was going to enter the enemy camp directly.

She had received 3 new skills from her class upgrade before she received this mission. Due to the class upgrade, she was put into debt which prevented her from levelling up or buy any more skills. Therefore, she just spent her time grinding away at the skills she received from the new class. One of them was [Basic Danger Detection Lv 0] which she had levelled to Lv 2, since there was not much danger in the camp, and [Basic Inspection Lv 0] which she had somehow managed to grind all the way to Lv 5 by using it on anything and everything. Another skill was [Basic Stealth lv 0], which she had levelled up by sneaking around the camp to Lv 2. The reason this skill did not level up faster was because it used mana to keep active, and only if she remained hidden for a certain amount of tie at a go would the system consider it as exp for the skill.

Her main objective for this mission, although officially was to deal as much damage as possible, in reality it was to clear all her debt of nearly 5000 exp, enough to level her up to Lv 10 and then some, all gone down the drain.

However, such a mission was in fact perfect for this objective, since she had nearly full freedom to kill anyone she wished to.

She quickly stripped one of the enemy soldiers and put on his armour. Although it was rather big, it somehow managed to fit her, since although er figure was quite feminine and rather appealing, she still had a lot of muscle and her build was rather large for a woman. [1]

With this, she took his tag, and instead of ripping one of the two metal tags on his neck to take back, she carefully untied the rope and put it around her own neck. She then moved on to wash off the blood from a nearby stream before covering the clothes and armour in dirt. Lastly, she put on her helmet and a cloth bandana on her face to cover her rather feminine face.

With this set, she moved towards the direction from where the enemies came, heading straight for the camp with murderous intentions.
