Another day passed while undergoing my house arrest vacation, and I found myself, like most normal people often do, researching catgirls. On royal road, of course.

Yes, I know this is precisely the type of thing that caused the federal government interested in my activities. In my defense, I blame Japan. Specifically, anime. I could debate it further but do I really need to?

My point being, I found something. A story here on Royal Road in the Rising Stars list called Evernya Rising, or--as I call it in my head-- 'That Time I was Reincarnated as a Catgirl'.

Of course, I clicked on it to see what it was about. And I found it pretty darn entertaining. So, to thank the author for entertaining me, I adopted 56 kittens and shipped them to him.

Which, considering the costs of shipping and how many forged checks I wrote to different animal shelters, should have been enough to show my gratitude. Should have been until I belatedly realized I didn’t overnight them, but rather used a strong metal crate (so it wouldn't be crushed) during the summer. Not knowing how living those kittens would be when they arrived... well, it left me in a bit of a quandary.

UPDATE: Think this story is on Hiatus. Contacted the author for more details, but they only responded with a "Nya", and I'm afraid they've gone too far. If anyone has any advice for reversing the transition into a Catgirl, please let the author know.
