Angelina’s group set out from atop the melting mountain peak. They travelled for several minutes until they reunited with Cool Zephyr’s team 3.5-kilometres away. There they found out some shocking news.

Apparently, Mad Cobra who was also a team captain accompanied them up till the point the Fire Lord Ghoul appeared. Cool Zephyr told them the full story as they continued to create more distance between them and the infernal catastrophe.

“It was horrible. We met up with Mad Cobra’s team coincidentally after we encountered a Rank-A Ghoul that was capable of flying. All of us exhausted ourselves just to scratch the feathers on that monster. We ended up having to flee. However, while we were retreating, the ground suddenly vibrated and began pouring out many powerful fire Ghouls never before recorded in our Ghoul database. From there our situation took a 180 to hell. In the end, Mad Cobra ended up sacrificing himself to aid our escape. Only a few members from both of our crew managed to survive.”

“I can see that.” Said Armoured Hero after listening to Cool Zephyr’s explanation. “So all of us here is everyone who survived from the large group that entered?” For Armoured Hero this was shocking news. Never in a Ghoul Graveyard expedition’s history had there been an occurrence when they lost so many of their comrades in only a matter of 3-days.

“So many Tomb Riders have perished so quickly…” Water Lilly spoke softly. “If only we knew more before coming here. But this is exactly what an expedition team does. We put our lives on the line to acquire the knowledge and resources that humanity needs to advance. If no one volunteered then our world wouldn’t be as prosperous as it is now.”

“I agree with you.” Cool Zephyr spoke as she bounced around on her Bubble Squasher motor. “But this time around we didn’t even get the full privilege of exploring this Ghoul Graveyard. I mean, here we are on the run for our lives.”

“I understand what you’re getting at, but this trip wasn’t entirely meaningless.” Armoured Hero continued. “Imagine if our team hadn’t come here. Then none of us would have discovered that such unfathomable Ghouls really exists. Even if one person makes it back alive, we have to make sure that this vital information gets carried over. Otherwise, whenever another Ghoul Graveyard erupts in our world, our friends, families and home… humanity, as we know, might meet its end.”

“No way! Could something like that really happen?” A frightened person blurted out. By this point in time, all of them showcased their frustration.

As the catastrophic fiery pit continued to rise, it consumed all in its path. The small group of Tomb Riders rode their motors into an icy environment of rare Forest Ghouls. They had just come down the opposite end of the mountain, but due to a majority of its base already being melted, it didn’t seem as if they were high up at all.

The strange area they ventured into was not only comprised of rare Forest Ghouls. It was also roughly decorated with many alignments of large ethereal Tombs. Some as far as the eyes could perceive.

“What is this place? Our previous expedition team has never travelled this deep before. It is unrecorded topography.” Water Lilly along with the others was dumbfounded by the bizarre environment they suddenly found themselves in.

“Everything here is new to me since this is my first time being inside a Ghoul Graveyard.” Angelina who was closer to the back of the group was constantly looking behind her to keep track of the Fire Lord Ghoul’s movement. If she hadn’t done so then she wouldn’t have identified the dangerous incoming object soaring towards them.

“Incoming from above! Everybody scatter!”

“Huh???”

Angelina’s warning caught the attention of every Tomb Rider who was fleeing for dear life. If her warning had been a second later then they wouldn’t have managed to escape getting squashed by the unidentified anomaly that had just crashed metres ahead of them. It caused swift destruction to several layers of exceptional tombs. The solid object slid across slick ice for some time before it came to a gradual halt.

“What the heck was that thing?” The Tomb Riders’ curiosity grew as they observe the area where the object had fallen. Due to the hefty cloud of dust that formed, it was quite difficult for the Tomb Riders to make out the object’s appearance.

“Do we have to wait until that snow dust clear before we get a better look?”

“We don’t have time to stick around here. Let’s go!”

The Tomb Riders abandoned their curiosity to seek shelter from the fiery pit that was chasing after them. However, a great misfortune befell them as they sought to flee.

Multiple gigantic chains created from solid lightning bolts began falling from the heavens, or rather it was the apex Cloud Ghoul who was causing all of this stormy destruction. Many ancient monuments that stood the test of time for centuries got reduced in mere seconds.

“Holy crap! We’re being attacked by something!”

“No shit! I think it is that Cloud Ghoul from before!”

“What! Why the hell is it suddenly targeting us?”

“I don’t think that it is targeting us directly. Look over there where that thing crashed!”

“Huh? Isn’t that the Golden Ghoul that was keeping that huge ass flame Ghoul at bay?”

It was indeed the Golden Entity who they identified laying partially unconscious among frozen tomb rubbles. During its heated altercation earlier with the Fire Lord Ghoul, it was overpowered which led to it being smashed afar. It just so happened to crashed near the fleeing Tomb Riders. In light of this occurrence, the Cloud Ghoul gave chased to the Golden Entity immediately to thoroughly uproot its existence. This was the reason for the distressful Tomb Riders’ shocking torment.

Many more chains fell from the sky and claimed the lives of some unfortunate Tomb Riders.

“That cloud bastard doesn’t give a shit if annihilates us! It’s destroying everything in sight!”

“We have to get clear from here quickly!”

“Go! Go! Go!”

The Tomb Riders scattered even further. Angelina had to swerve her motor constantly to avoid getting impaled. Another lightning chain fell 30-metres ahead of her. Its vicious impact caused a great upheaval which derailed her balance.

“Selain don’t falter!” Angelina rode the rear wheels of her motor over uprising debris. She then skilfully made use of her motor’s aeronautical features to bounce in the opposite direction. Whilst in mid-air, Angelina kicked her foot against an adjacent debris. The momentum boosted her to a safe distance from the uprising rubbles.

“That was close!” After reaching a safe distance from the ultra-rain of lightning chains, Angelina accidentally ran into Unruly Ban. “You’re still alive???”

“Huh? Mysterious slut is that you?” Unruly Ban spun his Press Roller around to face Angelina. “I knew it was you. I could never confused the smell of that stinking mouth of yours. I see you also managed to avoid that deadly assault.” He rode closer as he blabbered.

“Where is everyone else?”

“We got separated when we all scatter earlier.” Angelina shifted her eyes around the expansive ice forest until she located some other Tomb Riders afar. “Over there. That’s Ghost Rider with some members of his crew.”

Unruly Ban peered in the direction where Angelina gestured to. “It’s really hard to miss that flaming head bastard. There are some others over there as well. It seems they are all heading our way.”

“It figures. Where we’re at is the largest clearing in this bizarre forest.” Now that she had reached a safe distance, Angelina suddenly stopped her motor to take stock of the situation.

“Huh, why are you stopping?” Unruly Ban was slightly startled. “Are you planning to do something stupid again? Don’t your bulky vagina knows when to stop swelling?”

“Shut up for a sec…” After shushing her arch-rival, Angelina used the zoomed functionality of her helmet to spy on the Golden Entity afield. “It is being abused by those chains. Could it be trying to bind its mobility? It seems my hypothesis was correct about that yellow Ghoul.”

“Huh… are you referring to that golden one?” Unruly Ban asked curiously.

Angelina didn’t answer him directly but thought to herself: “If the golden one is defeated then that flame monster will catch up very soon… huh? It stopped?” Angelina’s awareness expanded when she noticed something strange going on with the Fire Lord Ghoul. “Why did it stop coming this way? Could it be it found what it was searching for?”

As she pondered, Angelina observed the Fire Lord Ghoul burrowing its huge infernal limbs into the ground. The shockwave it created caused blistering amounts of heat to surge forth. Its temperature was so deadly that it instantaneously caused thousands of frost plants to shrivel to ashes.

When the heat brushed against Angelina’s face, she had to hurriedly shroud herself in a protective Soul Insignia. “Ahf! We’re thousands of kilometre away yet the pressure is so intense???”

“You should get behind me!” Unruly Ban drove his Press Roller ahead of Angelina. He didn’t suffer much from the blistering temperature because he was being protected by the globular barriers of his motor. Also, he wanted to look cool. “I just saved your sweet ass from getting toast. Why aren’t you worshipping me?”

“Tsk, you’re annoying.” Angelina couldn’t stand Unruly Ban’s presence anymore. As she was preparing herself to gain some distance from him, Armoured Hero and the others began appearing where they were.

“I see you 2 also made it out safely.” Armoured Hero was secretly glad that Angelina was safe. “Why are you just sitting around here? Did something happen?”

“It might.” Angelina told Armoured Hero to use his Automatic Guiding Cube to spy on what the Fire Lord Ghoul was up to. “Hurry! I think it might be up to something mischievous.”

“I’ll offer some assistance too.” Water Lilly came along and activated her Automatic Guiding Cube. Seeing their combined efforts to analyse the potency of their situation, Meliodas, Ghost Rider and Cool Zephyr also sent out their Automatic Guiding Cubes.

“They’re off.” The captains brought up monitors which depicted the movements of their Automatic Guiding Cubes. It didn’t take them long to arrive near the Fire Lord Ghoul’s proximity. What they discovered was quite shocking.

“What is it so vehemently digging into the earth for?” The more Angelina observed the live footage, the more she was amazed by the Fire Lord Ghoul’s destructive prowess. “That level of strength is out of this world!”

“Un-f*cking believable.” Even Unruly Ban’s mouth was hanging loosely from his big head.
