The Zexx Ghoul burrowed its tentacles deep into the wall to prevent itself from falling to the bottom of the abyss. However, it had a hard time keeping up due to the cumbersome pressure of having its body pierced by a sharp mountain peak.

“Huh?” The Tomb Riders who were watching from within Meliodas’ motor were at a loss after seeing Zexx gradually slipping below while struggling to maintain its balance.

“Where did that pointy mountain come from?”

“It looks like it fell out of the sky.”

“This Ghoul Graveyard is really strange indeed. Now we will have to look out for falling mountains when we are exploring this place.”

“I don’t think this was a natural phenomenon.”

“Why do you say that Armoured Hero?”

“Look up there. Aren’t those our Tomb Riders?”

“Huh?” Meliodas directed his sight above where he saw his unruly brother, Angelina and several others. “Those fledglings did this?”

“I bet it was her idea.” Armoured Hero gave his eyes to Angelina specifically when he said this. “We’re not in the clear yet. If that monster manages to climb back up then we might be in danger again.”

“I agree. We have to take that bastard down now while it is screaming in pain.” Meliodas informed all of the Tomb Riders who were seeking asylum in his motor to go outside and finish of Zexx. Of course, he also joined in on the slaughter.

“Time to dish out some payback to this slimy bastard for crushing our allies!”

“Yeah! Let’s kill it!”

“Go for the wound in his chest!”

The Tomb Riders who dashed out of Meliodas’ motor were unloading a world of hurt on Zexx who was still being forced into the abyss.

“I won’t let those bastards take advantage of my accomplishment! That monster is mine to exterminate.” Saying this, Unruly Ban dashed his Press Roller into the abyss where he started bombarding Zexx’s penguin head with his heavy artillery.

As a counteractive measure, Zexx fired off its eye beam at those who were hurting its main body. However, it didn’t get a chance to charge it up to its maximum degree.

“Don’t even think about it you slimy squid sucker!” Unruly Ban wasn’t going to let Zexx charge up its ice beam anymore. He specifically aimed his quad-launchers at the Ghoul’s 6 pernicious eyes.

Zexx had now lost visibility, due to this, its attack grew more frantic and fierce. With no set target in sight, Zexx attacked at random. It was flinging its huge tentacles all over the massive abyss.

“Watch out! Its attacks have become too violent to predict!” The Tomb Riders took heed to Armoured Hero’s warning. They stayed their distance from Zexx while attacking from afar.

“Taste some of your own medicine bitch!” Unruly Ban called upon his Orange Soul Insignia which caused 5-dozen meteorites to rain down onto Zexx. “Meteor Shower!”

With every passing moment, Zexx grew weaker and weaker. It eventually surmised that it was having a hard time annihilating the pesky Tomb Riders due to the mountain that was stuck in its body. Coming to this realization, Zexx used all of its massive tentacles to wrap around the snowy peak.

“Huh, is it trying to remove the mountain from its chest?” Angelina noticed Zexx strange behaviour. “It is ignoring all of the Tomb Riders attacks and focusing entirely on taking the mountain out. It must be having a hard time regenerating. Then I can’t let it have its way. Hey, Fluffy Tanya can you help me with something?”

“What is it A.J?” She whispered something.

“Oh, that just might work.”

“SCRAAAA!” Zexx almost pulled the pointy mountain out of its chest. The severed apertures were already mending itself. Zexx seemed as if it was elated after the mountain came loose. However, its excitement was short-lived after a gigantic golden hammer appeared above and pound the mountain straight back into its regenerating chest.

The impact was so vicious, Zexx actually got pinned to the wall like a nailed penguin. “SCREEE! SCREEE!” It tried freeing itself but to no avail.

“Great job with that hammer Tanya. Now leave the rest to me.” Angelina was standing atop the golden hammer which had just struck the pointy mountain. Her Ghoul Trigger was held high above her head as if she was about to summon a creature of the heavens. The Tomb Riders watching below understood that she was planning to end it all with her upcoming attack.

“Hey, slutty woman! Don’t try to steal my spotlight again!” Unruly Ban couldn’t stand all of the attention Angelina was getting. Thus he activated a Violet Soul Insignia while dashing at Zexx all by himself. He produced an array of poisonous vines which bound Zexx to the wall. This actually helped out Angelina.

“Thanks for keeping that monster steady for me! Now I can go all out.” Angelina began activating all of the 5 remaining Soul Insignias which were oscillating her Ghoul Trigger. “Dark Chaos! Unleash your tyranny.”

All 5 Soul Insignias activated instantly. Their combustion generated an impacting amount of energy which transformed Angelina’s right arm into a violent storm of chaos!

“What the hell is that weird energy? I’ve never seen a Ghoul Trigger that overpowered before!”

“It must be a recent Trigger developed by some military lab. What sort of connections does that mysterious woman have?”

“None of that matters right now. What matter is if her Ghoul Trigger can get the job done?”

“Even if it doesn’t, it should cause enough major damaged for us to finish the monster ourselves.”

Atop the golden hammer’s surface, Angelina was brimming with power. So much so that if she didn’t release it soon, it would cause her to implode. “Chaotic Whip Storm Unleash!”

Angelina suddenly disappeared from atop the golden hammer. Her blazing figure was shooting towards Zexx with a frightening amount of bombastic lightening kicking around her. After getting closer to Zexx, Angelina tossed her stormy right arm forwards in zig-zagging motion; too fast for ordinary eyes to perceive.

Slash! Slash! Slash! Slash! Slash! Slash!

Infinite amounts of slashes were bombarding the apex Ghoul’s complex. Zexx felt completely overpowered. Its mien was getting rip to shreds faster than it could regenerate and there was nothing it could do to stop it.

Slash! Slash! Slash! Slash! Slash! Slash!

Several minutes later, Angelina finally stopped swinging her arm. Her Ghoul Trigger vanished back into her helmet’s inventory. With her violent attack coming to an end, almost nothing remained of Zexx the formidable. Even the mountain which once pinned it to the wall was obliterated entirely. Parts of its innards were flying all over the wide abyss. The Ghoul Souls which Zexx left behind illuminated the depths of the dark abyss. Coincidentally, it reflected something mysterious at the very bottom.

“Hey! Somebody catch her! She’s falling! I think she might have lost consciousness.”

“Don’t sweat your asses off! I got her.” Due to Unruly Ban being the closest to Angelina, he caught her before she fell, placing her inside his Press Roller that could barely accommodate three people. “Tsk, this damn bitch actually pulled it off.” He was in awe of Angelina’s capabilities. “Huh? What is that down there?”

Unruly Ban signalled the other Tomb Riders, directing their attention to the mystery sitting at the very bottom of the abyss.

“Could it be an important secret of this Ghoul Graveyard?”

“I think we should check it out. There don’t seem to be any monsters down there either. I think it is the perfect place for us to recuperate and re-adjust ourselves.”

“I agree. Let’s go down. With our damaged motors, I doubt we can stay in the air much longer.” Instead of going upwards, all of the remaining Tomb Riders alighted their motors to the mysterious surface below the abyss.
