Phil was taken by the Goblins when he was eight. Now he's been a Goblin for fifty years despite not looking a year over ten. While a human child might sense a Goblin hiding in shadow and quake in fear, Goblins themselves have a lot creatures to fear. Some day the worst of those will learn to fear Phil.
