As Yasuaki prepared to press the button that would send the energy into space, Shingo made a split-second decision. He lunged forward, trying to stop Yasuaki from pressing the button. But it was too late.
Suddenly, the room was filled with a blinding pillar of light, and Shingo felt his body being pulled upwards. He closed his eyes and braced himself, not knowing what was going to happen next.
When he opened his eyes, he found himself in a new place. It was dark and eerie, with chains clinking in the background. He couldn’t believe what he saw next.
Standing before him was the Demon of Universe, Mayadenava, chained with the lights of many stars near the Black Hole on the outer rim border of Omnia Universe. Shingo had heard stories of the almighty demon, but he had never imagined he would see him in person.
According to Styrx’s calculations, Yasuaki had transmitted the energy that diminished as it traveled the distance between Everna and the galaxy border. When it reached Mayadenava, the energy was still enough to break and shatter the chains of light that bind the demon.
Mayadenava let out a deep sigh of relief as he felt the chains and shackles binding him shattered and he could move freely. “Aahh, that feels good,” he said. “At last, the chains and shackles binding me have shattered. It turns out the fragment of my power I’ve sent to Styrx works. Now that I’m free again, it’s time for me to rise and shine. And now, my first step is to thank the Evernian who freed me. Ah, that’s the blue planet. Here I go!”
Mayadenava as a gigantic ball of fire flew faster than the speed of light along with Shingo’s conscience. When it reached Everna, it went straight to Daitoshi City. Shingo felt the wind rushing as his conscience flew along with Mayadenava back to the antenna, and entered the Hall of Containment in Infinity Tower.
With his conscience back in his body, Shingo rose and stood tall and confident, ready to face the monstrous being before him. Mayadenava, Demon of the Universe, towered above them all, its body a swirling ball of light that crackled with energy. The creature’s eyes glowed with an otherworldly power, as it looked down upon the humans before it.
Yasuaki Abe was practically jumping with excitement. He had finally done it, summoning Mayadenava from the depths of the universe. He fell to his knees, bowing before the entity.
“It worked! It worked! Finally! Behold, here is Mayadenava, Demon of the Universe!” Yasuaki exclaimed.
But Shiori was less thrilled. Fear filled her voice as she spoke. “Oh no, it’s happening! What must we do now?”
Shingo, however, was not one to cower in fear. “If you think I’ll cower in fear, Yasuaki, I shall not! I’d rather fight him to the death than live as his slave,” he declared boldly.
Mayadenava’s attention was drawn to Yasuaki, who was still prostrating himself before the creature. “Whom should I thank for freeing me from the Source’s Astral Chains?” Mayadenava asked.
“It’s I, My Lord Over Lords! Yasuaki Abe, ready to serve as your humble servant!” Yasuaki replied eagerly.
Mayadenava’s Spirit stared at Yasuaki for a while before speaking thunderously. “I sense deceit in your tone, words, and bearing, human! I also sense that you’ve amassed an immense amount of power to bring about my revival.”
Yasuaki gulped audibly. “Yes, My Lord! But, I need your assurance that you would grant us each a fraction, a pinch of your almightiness in return, once you enter your new body,” he said.
“Of course! I’m the entity of my word. How can I get subjects if I lie to them every time?” Mayadenava replied.
Yasuaki then proceeded to summon The Vessel, an all-black bald man-like bionic humanoid being in the middle of the stage. The massively muscular clone man crashed out from his exclusive incubator and walked straight like an android, but his face was expressionless as he had no soul… yet.
Yasuaki assured Mayadenava that this body was suitable for its immense power.
Mayadenava’s spirit had doubts at first, but finally, he gave his approval. “Very well, then. I’ll use this body for the time being as it was nearest to all my expectations. Here I go now!”
Almost instantly, the spirit entered the Vessel. Slowly but surely, the titanic clone opened its eyes, which were now the same as Mayadenava’s fiery eyes.
Sensing a perfect momentum, Ryonoken urged his friends to break free from their electric shackles, and they did so with a surge of energy from their inner strengths.
All paralyzed fighters including Shingo could move again.
“At last, we’re free again!” said Mariko. “Thank you, Ryo-san!”
“You’re welcome,” The Shadow Dragon Ninja replied. “Now let us concentrate back on fighting Mayadenava!”
Mayadenava, now a “he”, talked with a more thundering voice than before, “Splendid, Abe! I got myself a new body I can shape and mold to my liking, and the army and aides to command.”
“We’re not with Yasuaki Abe,” Shiori affirmed.

Keiji, a GI agent, found Yasuaki’s allegiance to Mayadenava to be an insult, and Chiyo spoke up, “For your information, Mayadenava, we are here to stop you, not to join you.”
Mayadenava grew agitated at their defiance. “If that’s your answer, you’re no better than being punching bags to test out my new body! Witness how I mold this body to perfection!” He bellowed. Slowly but surely, the Vessel started to transform.
But Shingo was unafraid, ready to face the demon head-on. “So, go back to the mouth of the void where you’re from, or suffer the consequences, Mayadenava!” he challenged.
Yasuaki, however, was still eager to please his new overlord. “I’ll help you, My Lord!” he exclaimed.
Shingo’s heart raced as he watched the Vessel’s body transform before his eyes. He could feel the ground shaking as Mayadenava’s power grew stronger.
The Hall of Containment, where they had fought before, now felt smaller, as if it could not contain the immense energy that emanated from Mayadenava.
Mayadenava, in his true physical form, stood before them, towering over the group of humans. His body was now covered in intricate patterns, reminiscent of constellations in space. The patterns glimmered with a bright light, pulsating with an energy that seemed to consume everything around it. And he wore a new, very intricately detailed golden armor worthy for shoguns in Ancient Shima.
Yasuaki Abe, Mayadenava’s loyal follower, stepped forward and spoke confidently, “Sire, what is your command?”
Mayadenava turned his attention to Yasuaki and replied, “Prepare for the final phase of the plan. We need to bring forth the Demon of the Universe, the ultimate manifestation of my power.”
Shingo and his team were stunned, realizing that this was only the beginning of Mayadenava’s true plan. Mariko spoke up, “But, how can we stop you? Your power is beyond anything we’ve ever faced before.”
Mayadenava laughed, “It’s too late for that, my dear. You had your chance to stop me, but you failed. Now, you will bear witness to my true power and face the consequences.”
Shiori’s voice trembled as she spoke, “What do you mean by consequences?”
Mayadenava smiled, “The universe will be reborn, and I will be the new creator. But first, I must destroy everything that stands in my way.”
Gale stepped forward, her eyes burning with determination. “We won’t let you destroy everything we’ve fought so hard to protect! We’ll stop you no matter what!”
Mayadenava’s eyes narrowed. “Is that so? We’ll see about that,” he said. “Now, feel the full extent of my infinite power!”
Gale couldn’t help but interject, a hint of bitterness in his voice. “So that’s what the infinite power is. Too bad he’s not going to share that power with anyone else, including you, Yasuaki-san,” he taunted.
Shingo watched as Yasuaki Abe’s expression shifted from one of shock to one of quiet determination. The man silently moved away from Mayadenava and stood by his daughter’s side.
But Nishi was distrustful. “Father!? What are you going to do now?” she asked, her eyes narrowing.
Yasuaki’s response was firm. “I’m protecting you, my fool of a daughter!” he declared. “I don’t care if you want to disown me or anything. But whatever happens to me, you must get out of here alive!”
Nishi was upset, but Yasuaki was resolute. “Look, you want me to choose between Mayadenava’s power and you? Fine! I just realized that any power is meaningless without you, the spitting image of my beloved Mina. Got it?”
Nishi’s voice softened. “Yes, Father. Sorry if the situation doesn’t allow me to hug you now,” she said.
Yasuaki turned and made his way to the back of the room, his movements deliberate and focused. “Save that for later,” he called out to Nishi. “There’s something I must do at the back right now. Cover me up!”
As Yasuaki disappeared from view, Shiori spoke up, her voice tinged with worry. “Are you sure you want to let your father do his thing?” she asked. “What if he runs away and makes a mess in this place?”
Nishi’s response was simple. “I don’t know. I just looked into his eyes and found out he was back into his old, sane, and straight self. So, I decided to trust him, just this once.”
But Mayadenava was already speaking again, his tone filled with malice. “Great,” he sneered. “I just got used to my new body and somebody already betrayed me for his daughter.”
The demon’s true mission was clear. “My true mission now is to dominate the universe, making Everna my first and foremost foothold,” he declared. “And now, looks like the only way I can accomplish my mission is by doing it myself.”
The ground shook again as Mayadenava raised his hand, summoning a wave of energy that sent Shingo and his team flying towards a dark magic portal emerging from the center of the platform.
As they struggled to regain their footing, they knew that this was the final battle, the ultimate test of their strength and will. If they failed, everything they held dear would be lost forever.
