The windy night continues as the fierce battle unfolds. Away from the battle, past the woods, in an empty street, Kiara and Mira stand by a police car. Kiara turns the car's siren on and opens the door to let Mira in.
“Do you know the way to the DIPD?”
“Yeah I think so, I-I've been there before.”
“Good, drive over there and when you are there tell them I sent you.”
“Y-you want me to drive a police car?”
“Yeah, trust me it’s not as hard as it seems. I’d drive you there myself but they need me back there. Since Ryota will be busy with us, you'll be safe driving back.”
“Okay! Umm… Please be safe, and thank you for everything.”
“Thanks now hurry and get to the DIPD.”

In the basement of Shunji’s house, Yuto and Shunji are discussing their next move.
“There’s not really anything we can do right now, Yuto. We just have to wait and hope Chiori really does help us.”
“We could at least hit one of ‘Madam’s’ operations. Let her know we’re still looking for her.”
“I don’t know, it might be an unnecessary risk... How about you try to help that detective, Sasaki?”
“Why?”
“To have leverage. If you have something he needs, he’ll be more willing to help you. We didn’t plan for it, but his help could greatly accelerate our goal.”
“Yeah, but how could I help him?”
“I heard that he was looking for some drug dealer. Apparently he’s been giving people lethal drugs that kill them by radiation.”
“Radiation? Like the radiation victims that’ve been popping up?”
“Yeah they're most likely connected. If we can find something out that they don’t know, he might be more willing to help us.”

Back at the house by the woods, the battle heats up. The ground destroyed by stray attacks. The wind continues to blow harder and harder reaching an unnatural state.
“DAMN! WHAT THE HELL IS WITH WIND?” Kai shouts barely able to hear his voice.
Suddenly, a wind spear heads straight for Kai! Caught off guard by the wind, Kai doesn’t notice the spear headed right for him. Kenta and Hibiki manage to notice the spear but are too far from Kai to help.
“KAI, LOOK OUT!” They shout.
Just then, a wind bullet meets the spear head on causing an explosion of wind! Kai looks around and sees Yamato with his guns out.
“DON’T GET DISTRACTED KAI!”

Yamato looks at Ryota who’s seemingly unaffected by the unnatural wind.
“HE’S CAUSING THE WIND TO GET LIKE THIS.”
The other three look at Yamato, shocked by what he said. They then take a look at Ryota and notice how he’s not bothered by the wind.
“DAMN, HE’S REALLY CAUSING ALL THIS? THAT’S CRAZY. I HATE TO SAY IT, BUT WE NEED TO CALL A SENIOR FOR BACKUP.”
“WHAT? HELL NO KAI, WE CAN TAKE THIS GUY. LOOK AT HIM HE’S ONLY GOT ONE USABLE ARM.”
“DAMMIT HIBIKI NOW’S NOT THE TIME FOR EGO.”
“STILL DON’T FEEL LIKE HANDING ME MIRA?”
“WHY THE HELL DO YOU EVEN WANT TO KILL HER?” Yamato asks.
“HMMM… WHAT DOES IT MATTER? I CAN KILL WHOEVER I WANT WHENEVER I WANT.”
“I’M NOT GONNA EVEN BEGIN TO TRY TO UNDERSTAND THAT REASONING.”
“HOW ABOUT THIS THEN, IF YOU GIVE ME MIRA I’LL LET YOU ALL LIVE. FAIR’S FAIR AND I THINK THAT’S FAIR ENOUGH.”
“YEAH? I’LL GIVE HER TO YOU IF YOU CAN GET ME A SIT DOWN WITH A FAIRY.”
“VERY FUNNY DETECTIVE.”
“THANKS.”
Ryota looks around as if he’s looking for something.
“Where the hell is that sniper? I need to take that person out now.”
After some time, Ryota finally decides to make his move. Hordes of mini wind spears form above his head aimed at all four of the detectives. Kenta looks in awe of the sheer amount of spears aimed at them.
“WHOA, YOU’RE KIDDING!”
“EVERYONE GET BEHIND ME!” Kai shouts.
Yamato, Kenta, and Hibiki frightfully rush to get behind Kai! Kai focuses and creates a thick wall of earth to shield them from the attack. The onslaught begins as the spears rain down on the rookies!
The spears crash down on the thick wall of earth as it slowly penetrates it. Kai attempts to rebuild the wall as it gets destroyed but to no avail. The wall eventually starts to crack until it finally breaks.
“BRACE YOURSELF!” Kai screams as the wall breaks.
The rookies brace for impact as they’re met with the onslaught of spears! A cloud of smoke rises from the destructive power of the attack. As the smoke clears, the rookies remain standing. Their clothes torn and bodies beaten and bloodied from the onslaught.
“OH? SO Y’ALL MANAGED TO SURVIVE THAT HUH? MAYBE KILLING YOU FOUR WILL BE MORE FUN THAN I THOUGHT. ‘But first there’s the sniper to take care of.’”
Ryota launches a wind spear at the rookies, Yamato quickly fires back colliding with the spear halfway. Suddenly, Kai creates mini masses of earth and launches them at Ryota! Ryota drops down to the ground avoiding the attack. As soon as he lands, Kenat and Hibiki charge Ryota with their swords! Ryota blocks Hibiki’s attack and swiftly dodges Kenta’s. The rookies eyes widen as Ava now has a perfect opportunity to take a shot.
“TAKE THE SHOT AVA!” Yamato thinks.
“End this sis!” Kenta thinks.
Suddenly, a bullet comes flying across the street and straight at Ryota! Yamato and Kenta's faces drop and break into a sweat as they notice Ryota’s smile. Ryota swiftly dodges the bullet while suffering a slight cut.
“So that where the sniper is.”
Kenta and Yamato’s expressions get even worse as they realize the situation they're in. Kai and Hibiki’s faces also drop as they too realize what’s going on.
“IT’S A TRAP!” They yell inside their heads.
Ryota instantly takes off into the air and heads in the direction the shot was fired.
“DAMMIT!” Yamato yells.
“DON’T YOU TOUCH MY SISTER YOU BASTARD! I’LL KILL YOU!” Kenta yells in fury.
The rookies sprint as fast as they can to try and catch up but Ryota’s too fast for them! Ava notices the situation she’s in and attempts to run. Ryota forms a wind spear in his hand and throws it at an incredible speed.
“KILLING SPEAR!”
With her back turned, Ava fails to notice the attack as it pierces her stomach and goes right through her! The rookies break into a cold sweat as Ava’s body slides off the roof of the shack and onto the ground. Her body lays on the cold grass. The pool of blood coming from her wound paints the grass in an eerie bloody red.
