Dawn went near the body of the white demon, he started investigating the white demon's body carefully, and he rummaged through his clothes with a frown on his face.
Dawn wasn't able to find anything useful on the white demon's corpse except a strange-looking ring, with a pentagram carved on top of it. The ring seemed to be made of some strange metal as it was extremely light.
When Dawn picked up the ring, he knew it was a magical treasure, as mana was flowing through the ring. Dawn poured a little bit of his mana into the ring, and a portion of Dawn's consciousness was transferred inside the ring. Dawn looked at the scene before him and murmured," So it's a space ring."
Dawn was familiar with space rings as they were quite popular among the cultivators, but they weren't easily available due to their abysmally low supply.
The ring that he had in his hand was extremely precious as the space inside it was huge, measuring 100 metres square.
Dawn browsed through the contents of the ring with a look of anticipation on his face. After all, the white demon was a full-fledged channel construction realm expert, and he was hoping to find something good inside.
As Dawn browsed through the contents of the ring his expression turned ugly, the ring was filled with nothing but trash. Dawn only found two things that were of value. First, a sword was used by the white demon and the other was a parchment with pictures drawn on it.
Dawn wasn't able to understand the meaning of pictures on the parchment, they appeared to be written in an ancient language.
Dawn summoned a barbarian, and he handed him the space ring, as Dawn himself couldn't wear such a suspicious item.
Dawn's gaze fell on the head of the white demon lying in one corner, "he couldn't understand whether this guy was rich or powerful, where he appeared from and his mind-controlling powers were weird too."
Stolen novel; please report.
Dawn thought about all these things and slowly started walking deeper into the cave. After walking for over an hour, he found traces of blood on the floor. The blood had dried up and he slowly followed the blood trail leading him deeper into the cave.
Unknowingly he was standing in front of a huge mural painting engraved on the wall, the printing was almost 100 feet in length.
The mural depicted naked humans dancing around a faceless monster towering 90 feet in height.
Dawn looked at the painting for a minute, and suddenly a sense of discomfort assaulted him. He felt something wet on his lips, it was his blood, he was bleeding from his nose and eyes. Realising the severity of the situation he hurriedly turned his head away from the painting.
Dawn's blood slowly started moving toward the painting and in a moment it disappeared. Dawn had a weird feeling he retreated away from the painting and summoned the barbarian king.
A blood-red portal appeared in front of the painting and a faceless monster jumped out of it.
Dawn observed the faceless monster, it had the same features as the white demon except for height. While the white demon was 9 feet tall this newly appeared monster was only 7 feet tall.
The monster was trying to walk, it stood wobbling, faking careful steps. He used his arms to stay steady like leaning to balance on a narrow beam. Every step of the monster was unsure as if it was trying to learn how to walk properly. Slowly his steps became steady and his body started to morph into a human body.
Facial features started appearing on his face, pointed nose, black eyes and black hair. Dawn looked at the transformation of this monster with cold sweat running down his face.
The minister turned into a mirror image of the dawn, the same height, the same face, and even the cultivation was the same.
The monster cultivation was at body refining rank 3, it appeared as if the entity behind the mural painting wasn't able to figure out his real cultivation.
Dawn started walking toward the monster, hearing Dawn's footsteps the monster turned in the direction of Dawn. The monster started mimicking Dawn's action, and in a minute, he was moving the same way as Dawn.
A person who didn't know about the monster wouldn't be able to tell who exactly was the real Dawn.
Dawn's expression turned grim looking at the creature's action, he couldn't take it anymore and ordered the barbarian king to finish him.
The barbarian king raised his axe and slashed in the direction of the monster. A 5-foot-long slash appeared in front of the monster, splitting the monster in half.
Dawn dismissed the barbarian king and looked inside his sea of consciousness specifically at the newly unlocked monster portrait.
In the portrait, the wizard is depicted as a young man with a long black beard and wearing flowing robes, his eyes holding a spark of wisdom and a book floating around him. The background swirls with a mystical pattern hinting at the arcane secret he holds.
Dawn willed the wizard to appear in front of him, The pillar of his summoning talent glowed with red light a portal started to materialise
On top of the altar, a wizard appeared from the portal with his eyes closed.
Dawn willed him to appear in front of him.
The Wizard instantly appeared Dawn ordered him to take care of the demon's corpse, and the Wizard nodded his head. The wizard conjured a fireball and threw it on the body of the monster.
