[Mana Bending(level-1) - Bend the Mana according to your will. Let your Imagination Shape the mana]
Dawn instantly felt his control over mana increase significantly. If earlier the mana was like wild thunder now it has become a gentle spring breeze.
"What an op skill," Dawn muttered with an astonished look in his eyes. It was for the first time that he felt the effect of a skill to such a degree.
He once again tried to form all sorts of forms with his mana. A black line of mana appeared on top of his palm. He willed it to morph Into an arrow, and the line instantly transformed into an arrow without delay.
Dawn turned the line into different shapes and experimented with it again and again.
After half an hour he had a rough understanding of the skill. Number one he still couldn't transform the mana into a more complex form maybe because his level was too low.
And second, his control over mana, when the manna was away from him he felt as if he had no control over it.
He wasn't entirely sure about the limits of the skill, so he decided to look for the monster and experiment.
Dawn started heading in a direction from where he could see traces of monsters.
Dawn walked slowly while humming a happy tune, he was in a good mood. After 5 min he was standing in front of a cave filled with darkness.
The traces that he found earlier led to this cave.
The mouth of the cave was relatively narrow only one person could go inside at a time. Dawn walked inside with an indifferent face.
There was no source of light inside the cave, the area around him was filled with deathly silence.
Dawn summoned one wizard to light up the surroundings.
The wizard looked in his direction with a questioning look. Dawn sighed his summoned monsters lacked common sense.
"Light up the surroundings," Dawn spoke in a plain voice.
Whoosh! A fireball slowly appeared in the surroundings. The light from the fireball was enough to light up the 4-meter area around him.
The light from the fireball allowed Dawn to take a better look at his surroundings. His surroundings were filled with bones of various creatures. He was also able to find some half-eaten corpses of monsters.
This book was originally published on Royal Road. Check it out there for the real experience.
The sight was unsightly, Dawn turned his head away in disgust.
Dawn and Wizard moved forward, while vigilantly looking at their surroundings. Although Dawn was already at the peak of Body Refining Realm, he couldn't let his guard down just because of it.
Dawn suddenly stooped he heard a faint sound of munching and liquid splashing coming from the front.
Dawn and the wizard Instantly became alert, both of them moved slowly while trying to minimize the noise.
It doesn't matter how hard they tried to reduce their presence. The monster was able to sense their presence, it stopped its meal and turned its head in their direction.
It emitted a loud growl to intimidate them. Dawn looked at the monster seriously. The monster was only at body refining rank 5, it had traces of blood on its mouth from its prey.
The monster was quite short in height, its body was covered with thick fur. A tail longer than its body was dancing around it.
Dawn gestured for the wizard to stay behind. He walked toward the monster with careful steps.
He imagined a blade of mana to appear in his hand. His unique skill got to work and a one-meter blade made of Dark Mana appeared in his hand.
Dawn looked at the blade in amazement. He didn't know the working mechanism behind the skill, he just had to think and the blade appeared.
Dawn felt as if he was holding a blade made of steel.
Although it took longer to describe but all of it happened in an instant.
When the monster saw the human. Walking in his direction, it swayed its tail like a whip.
When Dawn was one meter around him, the monster attacked Dawn with full force.
Its tail instantly appeared in front of Dawn to split him into two pieces. Dawn remained unfazed by the monster's attack, he raised his Dark coloured sword to meet the incoming attack.
The sword was able to cut the monster's tail into two, but the blade faced no resistance.
The monster howled in pain and rapidly retreated,
It realized that the human was stronger.
Dawn wasn't going to let this monster go like this. He threw his blade toward the monster. The blade instantly appeared behind the monster and exploded with a loud boom.
Pieces of flesh and blood painted the ground red.
"Sometimes bugs can be used as a feature," Dawn muttered after looking at his handiwork.
The mana in the blade went wild and exploded as it wasn't under the control of Dawn anymore, It was one of the drawbacks of the skill but Dawn had smartly turned this shortcoming into a feature of its own.
[Ding! Mana bending had levelled up, Mana bending level 2]
Dawn looked at the window floating before him in surprise. It was for the first time that his unique skill had levelled up.
Dawn thought maybe because he was really talented when it came to mana. He started to grin when he thought about it this way.
Dawn hunted more monsters while utilizing his man-bending skill to its maximum potential. He earned a new trick. Dawn transformed the mana into arrows and launched them at the monsters The arrows pierced the monster and exploded.
Dawn was satisfied by his skill. He thought the skill was filled with infinite potential.
He might never need a weapon in the future if the skill continued to perform like this.
Dawn looked at the corpse of the monster lying around and thought it was time to go back.
He went back the way he came from and didn't encounter any monsters on his way back. But he encountered an unexpected person right outside the cave.
