Beyond Life and Death
Liam Green Heaven

Liam Green Heaven

Dawn was standing in front of a huge door, behind this Door was his tribe, the Green Heaven Tribe.

The huge gates suddenly opened and guards dressed in black leather armor rushed it from inside. The guard hurriedly bowed in front of Dawn.

"Welcome back chief," The guard respectfully greeted.

" No need for such formality," Dawn spoke in a serious voice, after which he pointed in the direction of the injured soldiers and ordered.

"Take them to the medical facilities,"

The guard hurriedly nodded and rushed back inside, he came back in one minute holding stretchers in his hand.

Dawn looked at the guard with an approving look in his eyes.

The guard and the soldiers helped the seriously injured ones in laying on the stretchers, after which they carried him to the hospital.

Raven also went with them, she wanted to help the injured in recovering fast. She was worried about the second wave of attacks from the Havok tribe.

Dawn was left alone in front of the gate, so he decided to walk inside and take a look at his territory.

Dawn walked on the muddy road without any pavement, with every step mud was accumulating beneath his feet, dirtying them.

Dawn surveyed his surroundings while walking, all around him were houses made of burnt bricks, in a square shape.

Most of them were single stories tall but there were also 2 story houses sprinkled here and there.

Rows upon rows of houses were laid out in a grid pattern with streets intersecting at right angles.

People coming in and out of their houses, children playing around, running after each other on the muddy streets.

Nobody seemed to care about his presence, busy with their own business, hawkers selling vegetables, shopkeepers shouting in a loud voice to attract customers.

All of these scenes melted together to create a vibrant atmosphere.

"They aren't aware…" Dawn silently muttered under his breath. They seemed to be ignorant of the recent attack from the Havok tribe.

"Ignorance truly is a bliss." Dawn thought and sighed, he walked heading toward the centre of the city, Dawn was easily able to see the citadel in The middle of the settlement.

If you encounter this narrative on Amazon, note that it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.

He guessed where his residence was, and after waking for a minute Dawn finally managed to reach the citadel.

Nestled within the heart of the city, the imposing citadel stands as a proud sentinel of a bygone era. Its towering stone walls, weathered by centuries. From its vantage point, one can gaze upon the sprawling settlement below.

After some time Dawn found himself standing in front of what appeared to be a luxury medieval European palace, as he approached the palace

A giant cobblestone courtyard welcomed him.

The imposing entrance is guarded by the colossal iron gates.

Suddenly the iron gates opened and a servant rushed out and bowed in front of Dawn.

"Welcome Back! Master." A man dressed in a black suit said in a polite tone.

Dawn nodded toward the member and walked inside, he didn't want to engage in a conversation and decided to ignore the guy in a black suit.

Glistening chandeliers hung from the soaring ceilings, casting a warm, golden glow upon the marble floors below.

Dawn looked at all this in wonder and frowned; he was starting to question the intelligence of the person who constructed this palace.

What was the need to construct such a huge palace, when his territory didn't have paved roads?

The place had three floors, on the third floor was his room and other things for his convenience, and on the second floor was a library that Dawn eagerly wanted to visit to collect information.

Lastly on the ground floor was a big spacious hall where official meetings took place.

Dawn directly rushed towards his room on the third floor, he wanted this castle to be the base of his territory to activate the tribe management system.

After one minute, Dawn finally found himself in a luxurious room, with magnificent decors, royal furniture and a lavender scent; as if he was in a dream.

In the center of the room was a Dark green, gold-gilded king-size bed, beside the bed was an equally magnificent study.

Dawn moved closer to the study, where he found a notebook and some papers.

Dawn picked the notebook and glanced through it, on the first page were shocking words written in haphazard writing.

It appeared as if the writer was in hurry,

"Don't trust your mother," Dawn read the words out loud, with a frown on his face.

He had a mother now, on whom he couldn't trust, but he hadn't seen anyone aside from the servants in this huge castle.

Dawn decided to take the warning seriously. Sighed, he jumped on the bed and closed his eyes. His head rested on a soft velvet pillow.

"Sugar, this place will be the base of my tribe," Dawn murmured in an indifferent voice.

"Are you sure, the geographical location of a territory plays a key role in how far you will go in your mission," Sugar's monotone voice resounded in his mind.

"Yeah I am sure," Dawn affirmed.

Sugar didn't warn him again, after one second Dawn felt the flood of information enter his brain, memories of childhood, a child going out to play with his father, the love of his mother.

Countless scenes flashed through his head in a single moment Dawn felt his head gonna explode from the information.

He was Liam, the young master of the Green Heaven tribe.

Suddenly the Jewel of Emptiness in Dawn's sea of consciousness released a purple wave that instantly engulfed the memories of Liam and separated them from Dawn's Asylum memories.

The memories gather together to form a purple pearl, unknown to Dawn The jewel had saved him from an existential crisis.

The Jewel had finally erased the existence of Liam, who's identity Dawn had taken over

"Binding is complete, from now on this will be your base," Sugar announced in a monotone voice.

After hearing the announcement, Dawn opened his eyes and released a breath of turbid air.

A display appeared in front of him shining in purple light displaying the data related to his territory.

"This was probably the Tribe Management System." Dawn guessed in his mind.

But he was too tired to look at it, he closed the window and fell asleep.
