Organisation of the Yuri Queendom.

The Yuri Queendom is divided in different authority strata, the higher ones having more authority on the lower ones.

Ruler caste :

We have The Queen ,Yuri and Berser-tan. They basically make all of the choices. 

Except Berser-tan, who pretty much breaks everything and is in charge of instinct. She's an unexpectedly smart child.

Yuri, or Vanilla!Yuri, is the 'normal child'. When not influenced by other aspects, she's a calm girl who likes to live a tranquil life doing things she likes. She is a law abiding individual and respects the values with which she has been raised.

The Queen is incontestably Yuri's most powerful persona. She is the Enforcer, the Ruler, and everybody's mother and overbearing big sister. She's arrogant, a sadist, but has a deeply entrenched sense of honor. She is an unforgiving individual, but a fair one. She's Yuri's secret ideal, and it is why she's by far the strongest.  Her specialty is doing whatever she wants. She has her own assistant personalities and decides whether newly hatched personalities should be crushed or nurtured.

Then we have the 'administrative department' :

Yuri-en (Her moral committee persona, she's also Yuri's head cheerleader. Half of the time , though, she appears as male, the same for Seinen!Yuri. Save for The Queen, she's the only one who bothers to enforce order, and helps keep Yuri's mind stable, hence why she's generally regarded as her fourth more influential personality.)

Yuri-jo ( Resident substitute for Romance!Yuri, the most sensitive of them all, she can sniff out 'dangerous' situations at the slightest shadow of a hint. She's very shy and doesn't like speaking up though, so Yuri-en is 24/7 with her. For some reason , other Yuri leave her alone in the power struggle.)

Sei-Yuri and Yuri-sei (are in charge of more adult tasks, like budget , calculus, all the math stuff, and art. The other 'adult' aspects are conveniently left out.)

Then there are three remaining categories : The Yuri plebs, outcast Yuri, and the sealed Yuri.

The first category, aptly named so by Her Highness, encompasses all the Yuri who have some measure of usefulness.

Plebeian Yuri:

Cooking!Yuri ( Jokingly called Yuri-king, her name is self explicating, She's the most powerful of her division, due to Yuri's personal preference for cooking as a relaxation activity. Cooking!Yuri is also a stress eater, so she appears slightly chubby.)

Dancing!Yuri ( Rarely gets to get out, an eccentric artist who is all about flowers.)

Martial artist!Yuri ( her regular, unarmed Battle mode. Needless to say she comes often.)

Fencing!Yuri ( One of Yuri's several battle modes, require specifics weapons in hand to manifest.)

Lancer!Yuri ( Another armed battle persona. Very swift . Highly unlucky for a Yuri persona, so much that she's the only one who's considered to have an 'average person's luck')

All of them are divided into Crafting and Battle departments, and directly defer to the administrative Yuri.

There is currently something of an ... argument ? Nobody's really sure... Between Yuri-jo and Yuri-en about how authority over those is distributed.. Yuri-en wants Sculptor! and Cooking! , which Yuri-jo hoards like a dragon.

Outcast Yuri :

Outcast Yuri are the ones that don't bring any skill to the table. Despite what the name indicates, they're generally well liked, but since they don't care about governance, they mostly stay holed up in their little 'classroom' of them.

Yuri!Yuri ( Originally one of the weakest Yuri, but became exceedingly strong after allying with Sekai!Yuri. She's generally easygoing and contrarily to what her name says, she has no sexual preferences. She likes teasing Yuri about girl on girl and is in charge of avoiding shoujo-ai and Yuri-situations.)

Sekai!Yuri ( The objectively most powerful and biggest oddball of them all, her appearance and personality are unstable. She represents all the worlds and their genres. Right now, in a Adventure / fantasy setting, she looks like an dryad Yuri. Her favorite activity is sitting in a flowerpot and being watered by Yuri!Yuri.When she's happy, she has a daisy growing on the top of her head. She already made several appearances as Horror!Yuri)

Yaoi!Yuri (The rotten girl. Nobody cares about her because she doesn't have any weight in the Yuri kingdom. Well until Nagito's arrival. Now , she's the head and only member of the 'boyfriend protection squad' . Her favorite activity is fantasizing about Male!Yuri-en/Nagito.)

Then we have the 'sealed' Yuri. The aspects of her peronality that must not, ever be allowed to get out.

Sealed Yuri ( very dangerous, extreme caution advised) :

Hentai!Yuri. (I won't bother explaining that one)

Serial killer!Yuri ( A danger to her lifestyle)

Idol!Yuri ( Another danger, of another type)

Magical girl!Yuri(Still sealed, for now, but biding her time. The Queen is keeping a close eye on that one, especially after the recent events.)

Mad Scientist!Yuri ( One of the lowest priority prisoners. She does get to get out from time to time, but always under heavy surveillance. Wouldn't want to repeat that giant robot incident...)

As previously said, some personalities appear and disappear, either absorbed by others, or destructed by sheer hatred for the genres.

Because each personality is heavily specialized, when 'equipping' it, Yuri gains huge bonuses. She can equip 3 at the time, maximum.
