Tetrao village has population is about 1000. Exact number isn´t known for the fact that there is no border in the village. Tetrao is in the corner of 3 countries in the wide mountain forest. Viscount Albert is noble of country Polgon. Polgon is west from here. If somebody comes to ask citizens of Tetrao about with country are you from. At that moment close neighbors might give different answer. Reason for that is people trade things with their country. Also all three countries speak same language. Lastly three contries doesn´t care what happens here. Only time they will come here when they are just going through to village to war with different country.

Of course all cityzens have to pay taxes, but it is from selling tar. We have heard that the most tar selling is almost slave work, but thanks to Albert´s work everyone on the village works with tar happily with a good salary. That why about 80% all men in the village work with tar somewhat. Reason for that is viscount hunting trips with nobles and information transfer system between countries. His actions give enough money so nobody cares what happens inside Earpiece forest.

Tetrao village even has their own army. Even though it is just 98 people. There has not been any wars in the village, but soldiers works on where viscount orders them to. They might build houses, repair fences, work in post or anywhere where help is needed at given time. Reason why contries allow army is because of wolves and for robbers. Actually there is no worries of either problem since wolves stay away of village. Reason why wolves attack else where is because human build their civilization on wolves respective hunting routes and then there is no other choice but to attack humen´s cattle. Also there is no cattle in the village except foreight horses which viscount and doctor own. Almost all food is purchased from outside of the village.

Secondly robbers get lost easily in the earpiece forest. Only way outsider can get into village is by following rivers or go though village´s one only medium-sized road. There is two border guards in those roads with warning horns.

There is no need to have anymore horses since there is only one route whict to use. It is simpler to walk or use boat than use horses. Reason is high mountain altitude and four rivers which divides the village into parts. Rivers from west to east are called simply first, second, third and fourth river. Since my father, his father and so on were all carpenters my family has made all boats in the forest. Most likely I´m going to continue this tradition because I doubt my sister is going to do it.

These rivers are flowing from lake dialkas from north to Great-ocean in south. First river is the busiest river because it goes past Viscount´s house and church to Polgon kingdom.

Second river which is next to our house goes between border of Polgon of the west and Saisagus of the east to Great-ocean. Second river is least used river. It is full of rapids and is heavily guarded by militaly from here to south. I can´t go to far down-stream on second river.

Third and fourth river are same river both north and south from us so they had made one big island where most tar is made. Also most of the population lives close in those two rivers. They both go to Saisagus to it´s capital Uvikosa. Thing to note by these two rivers is to always use fourth river except if you are crossing third by foot. Since third river has 9 meter tall waterfall. Flow after the waterfall is much less and waters deapt is lower in down-stream. Because of that it is easy to get through third river by foot.

I´m right now fishing with my new fishing rod in ups-stream of second river from my house. Here is nice flat stone almost under water and my fishing rod´s bobber and bait are nearby on the edge of the reeds. I haven´t had any bite my live but I started just yesterday.

Reason why I choosed this place is because here isn´t any trees and any highgrounds. I had put pointy rock close to me and twenty-four little marks around it. I had build sundial. There is apparently clock in the large towns so I build my own to mark time that my parent don´t get worried about me. Also I can see my home far a way but barely. So if I had to go home soon they can rise sign which is white flag. Some reason white flag doesn´t work well here.

Of course I´m not wasting time by running away from my sister´s smell and noise. I´m taking deep breaths in by my nouse and out of my mouth. Same time I stand with my both legs without putting more weight to other leg and let other leg rest. I noticed it was suprisingly difficult in my first day. So today I choose to take rest from time to time.

I use sundial to make note of my progress. My goal is to keep my consentration and posture good. Also continue until time has past one of the twenty-four marks as I take small sitting break while breathing in and out ten times and rise up and continue.

It is pretty boring but just wait and fish is even more. So I´m going to consentrate many thing at the same time then it should become a game. I still hope that fish is even try biting my bait.

I managed to practise full hour but no fish came. I hope there is going to be fish next time since everything else is perfect for this place. Fortunately even after 4 days no fish had come. Training is showing positive effect but not getting fish is is getting me some bit angry. After a week (6 days in this world) fish finally did come but it just ate the bait without giving me any change to get it. Fishing had become war against fish and me and soon I didn´t need to take any breaks as a hour past.

Same time Herman had been studying in home. Since he is viscount´s second son. He don´t have massive responsibility for the territory. When compared to Herman´s 7 years old big brother he has huge responsibility for territory. That´s why Herman is studying for the marriage with other noble house. Most training is just manners which he is even better than his brother.

He is diligent that´s why he is allowed to play with me and other kids. Playing has been a lot less lately because my fishing. Herman knows there is huge fishing networks up-stream but he couldn´t tell me in my frustation. He is hoping that I would start fishing else where.

I start stretch after a hour of fishing. I did go meet Herman your usual meeting place but he was waiting me to finish fishing while hidden.

Herman didn´t show suprised expression but never the least he said greeting and started to run into the forest.

I started run following him. I noticed we were going up-stream second river. He was planning to show me the network. Of course I knew that there is net but I still hoped that some fish down-stream would come.

Fish don´t bite since there is lot of food in the river and population fishes is small but soon salmon will come by this river. I hope then fishing start for me. I have to be careful because forest animal such as wolves, bears and lynx. It is going to be busy both people and animals.

I started to explain.

By looking Herman´s reaction there is one more reason why we are going there.

Herman showed face full of excitement and a bit worry. This face is pretty normal to him, but something is different. He seems to be fully consentrating into his surroundings and taking notes of any animal tracks.

I heard by mistake there is going to be dear hunt with Polgon kingdom´s second prince here. There is tall rock where we can climb up together to look at the hunt.

I was suprised. Normally there is no hunts this close to my home so I have never seen anyone hunts. Of course I did get excited.

Tarboulder is next to tall scarp top. There people can see all the way to third and fourth river starting and ending spot. That is because many trees has been cut from scarp to two rivers.

We are soon there. There is only rise up after the end of a dense forest. Soon forest is ending but suddenly noise started to come from our right. We both stopped moving. I think I have heard of somewhere walking backwards is right solution, but my mother has teached kid just stop moving and go down by protecting the head.

We both did that and started to wait and see what is there. Noise didn´t seem to approach or go away. This is bad. If that is bear. It might become scared if it doesn´t notice us soon. Even more wind blows from were noise comes from.
