When two people meet each other the first time then normally it is happy or bad moment in their lives. This time it wasn´t neithter. They meet in battlefield in life and death situation. They could die in any moment. People came out much closer after these moments, but it depends on do they survive from it.

Of course the witch wasn´t ready to go out without the fight. She pulled small bottle which contained bees. No one had any idea how she get all of those in the bottle. That didn´t change the fact that bees are in it. This made Arwin´s smile fade away from him.

”I thought that it was just a rumor that you could control animals. Rumors didn´t tell even a half of your power.”

”Can I take it as a complement or praise for me?”

Her voice was clear for a person how lived here. Many men was enchanted by it. Unfortunately Arwin wasn´t a person how could be effected by such a tactic. Witch noticed it too. So she changed his target to the soldiers.

Whistle was heard all around them. Soon a large group of dogs came running toward the soldiers. This came to as suprise unprepared soldiers. When men managed to get hold of themselves dogs suddenly left the place. Without any noise at all. This made soldiers even more scared than before. There was a feeling that the witch was playing with them. She wasn´t taking this seriously. Some people became angry because of shame.

In middle of it witch was nowhere to be found. This caused plan to fail. Of course the prince Peter keep his word for releasing all original citizen from there to be free. Unfortunately witch had no plans to leave the place without any kind of resisting.

”Fire! Someone is placing fire all around us.”

It isn´t rare to fire to break out in here, but this time it is clear it is intentional. Now people how were set free once again experienced despair once again. Also fire started to surround them. Except one path. That is obvious trap. People didn´t have any choise but to go in there. To everyone´s suprise noting happened to the person how got there.

”What is going on? How is nothing happening to them? Should we try also?”

”No, we should wait others to go pass. After everyone is save then we go. This way no innocent person dies. We will go last.”

Prince knew that this plan will surely cause his death if it is planned for them, but he has to save as many people as possible. His words were heard in people minds and then man rose his voice.

”I will stay behind with the prince.”

Arwin said this words because he though that was something that knight have to say, but what happened next suprised even him.

”I will stay behind to.”

”Me too.”

”Also my family.”

”I will stay with everyone.”

”We won´t allow the prince be only one to die here for us.”

To all of our suprise there wasn´t any kind of attack at all. Year later I heard witch was fainted because of the smoke. Her plan was to make the prince to go last when smoke is heaviest at. She didn´t think he would go first since he is famous for his kindness. I didn´t expect this. I thought that there would have been some kind of weapon or hidden force somewhere. Unfortunately for her next day was her last in stake.

I started to bow late but either way it didn´t seem to disrespect him at all.

Next day after fire has been put out and witch was found then church came to purify her. It is pretty word for taking everything dangerous or interesting from her to the church. Even king can´t take those thing back anymore. If have to tell then church is more powerful existence than king.

I personally saw whistle, bottle and a book taken away. I can´t believe she could do everything only with those things. This made me interested how she did it also it made me scared of what might happen next time I saw witch. World seem to be moving direction which I don´t want to approach. I will change this world. This day is going to be a lot different than normally. I´m going to royal palace. It isn´t as beautiful place as it seem. Most of royal assets and relics are in summer houses and banks. Palace is just a name currently. In the past it was beautiful place but thief and enemy soldiers have put their mark in there.

Guard came to stop me as I approached front gate. ”I´m coming here by prince´s order. I have sign for it.” As I talk I take out the sign and start to wait guard´s answer.

Guard was nervous at first but then he was relieved. I´m not blaming him. Taking everything that have happened recently there is lot of worrying about. Palace is probably worried about neighbor countries attacking them any moment now.

Usually after a large conflict there would be an attack from neighbor country after that. There is a saying ”If you see house burning you should take the change to rob it empty.” This is mind set of current world. I can´t say I hate it but I´m planning to prevent that ever happening to me.

”Is it all right to leave the front gate empty+”

Of course it is all right. Only reason why I was there was to get you here. No one else is allowed to enter today.”

”I understand.” I have known that second prince has lot of power in palace but I didn´t think that it was this much. Some even say that prince has even more power than his father. Which is a lot because the king August is also very famous person amount of all the kings. Two of them are very alike. Only exception is Peter´s poor health.

Soon two of us came in front of a door which the guard knocked.

”Come in.” Voice was heard inside. It was Peter´s. Guard backed of and returnedlittle distance away. I understood the gesture. So I came in alone.

”Arwin Orseas enrers. I have came as you ordered.”

I stayed quiet as I waited nervously since this might change my future. To me it took long but actually it only took two second. Purpose of that break was to see if he is really interested to become a knight.

That day those two became the best friends and their bond stayed strong until the fatal day came which ended prince´s life and changed Arwin´s life even more than this day.
