Ten years ago in Orseas capital. Group of kids around 10 years old were playing in playgroud around the market. Naturately kids were playing in different groups with different kinds of games. There was one person how stayed alone. He was by all ways average kid without anything noting for. Except he has strong fill to make his dream come true.

He want to become a knight. One year ago when he was accused of theft, even though he had not done it. He was stressed over the incident. He was framed by group of boys how didn´t like him. He usually doesn´t take notice of people around him, because of it kids think he is too proud. He thinks himself above others that is what most think of him. So they planned to trick him.

One knight saw all of it and started to explain what has happened. When knight says something went certain way then guards have to believe their words and leave the place. Boy only said thanks because he knew that it was all what knight wanted. That day inspired him to become a knight.

Now one year later he uses all his free time as preparations for the future. That´s why he plays with everyone even more rarely than before. Suddenly boys started to approach him.

”What are you doing?”

”Oh. I´m practicing writing and reading.”

”Don´t you already know how to read and write? Are you a little kid?”

”I´m studying economics and politics with their writing ways. Such as gross wage and libertarianism.

”I´m sorry. Did I say something wrong.” Of course I didn´t. You just don´t understand me and my studies. I can´t waste any time with these people.

”Are you kidding with our expense? Even we can know it. We aren´t that stupid. You should say sorry to us.”

”I´m sorry if you got that kind of idea. In other case could you leave me along with my studies?”

”Sure thing.” People actually have picked a fight with him and always it was badly chosen choice. He wasn´t gifted with combat but he was dedicated to learn. Currently no one with his age can fight him along and group doesn´t help much. Even talented people with self-defence training couldn´t do it. They simply couldn´t beat hard work.

”Hey! Team of knight are coming past here. They are going somewhere.”

In moment notice boy stoped studying. He was with happy impresion.

”knights are here.”

Of course he couldn´t miss this kind of change. Normally knight are located close by important places and when team of them is walking together something interesting might happen. Knight are just one step away from nobles, but they still are way more important status than normal soldiers. Important prove of it they have to make loyalty agreement with noble family which they can´t back away from. Afterwards they carry family´s sign on their chest. And now team of different signs are walking together. Something unheard of was happening.

”Should we avoid making this much attention to us?”

”It isn´t problem. We are all just following our masters orders. We much do this as fast as possible.”

True, if we leave witch running around the city would be much worse than this. Have you heard rumors about her?”

”Of course I have heard. She can command animals to her will. That´s why we much strike now when we are in town were animals are rare than outside. We can´t miss this change.”

Situation was strange. No one knew what was happening which could made team of knight walk together middle of day. This made curiosity rise withing the people. They started to follow knights. One of them was the boy from playground. He was more interested of what kind of actions knights would made. Secondary part was their goal. Boy didn´t think this might turn into trouble. Only knight knew that this is very serious, but they can´t forbid people follow them in other case witch might prepare to them. This have to happen as quickly as possible.

Knights were approaching old building with was in city´s outlying region. People here are poor and sick. That´s why people respect person´s privacy here. It is perfect place to hide and stay save from people. Many criminals live in here, but finding them is difficult.

Team of knigtht are eyesore to people here. They aren´t going to be ignored. All around people shot their windows close. Pretenting as if they didn´t notice anything. And then the reason why knights never come here revealed themselves.

Group of hooligans, outlaws and excommunications came toward the knights. People here try to survive every single day. They aren´t going to sell out one of their own. It doesn´t matter what that person has done in the past. They will protect everyone here.

In front of knights there was an army which can´t be bought or negotiated with. Team spirit was strong. Group was already three times bigger than knight´s and it was rising. Battle for live and survival has started.

”Hurry up we must get to the house. Men are dying for nothing.”

”I know but they aren´t allowing us to get past them. We must do something here.”

”Why would we attack here? No one can expect us to deal with them since even army couldn´t do anything here.”

”There is some kind of plan but we haven´t heard of it.”

”Don´t you understand. They have made us decoy. They are planning to sacrifice us.”

”That can´t be. There is over a half of the city´s knights surrounded in here. Even if plan succeed how are they going to survive in future.”

To their suprise something completely unexpected happened. Prince Peter was on horseback behind the army. Peter was famous for his poor health and everyone knew how he looked since he was symbol of the city. He was most likely to become the next king.

”Every citizen of outlying legion has their sins forgiven by the second prince. This order is valid even if the fight continues. You are now free men.”

This order was big hit into the knight. Why would they forgive every sin these people made in the past so easily. Shock was even bigger to the citizen. Most people where sinner from the moment when they were born without any change to get out from it.

Purpose for this fight was made people doubt for a moment which knight could get change to break the line to get in the house. Plan succeeded perfectly but fight was just become.

The witch had enough time to prepare to people.

Bang!

Loud noise and large black cloud revealed themselves when door was opened. Explosion had happened. Shock fell for the knights. Many had died at that moment.

”What is happening? I didn´t hear anything like this is possible.”

”She is witch. Don´t judge her like a normal human being. Expect unexpected. That is the only way to capture her.”

”Understood!”

In other side prince was suprised about how no one is noticing the witch is running away between the men. He can´t shout that witch is among them if told there would be panic which will cause even more death. Witch was running trait to the prince. He had no time to think anything.

Then a boy revealed himself between them. Both people were suprised. Witch didn´t have any kind of long weapon then she took something from her pocket. Light came from it which cause boy to be blinded for a moment. To witch suprise that wasn´t enough. He had trained for battles which might cause dirt to go in the eye. He had trained for that purpose in mind too.

”You aren´t going past me. Witch! My name is Arwin you fool. You aren´t going anywhere.”
