Chapter 36 progress

Jade POV (Remela 5000 years before summoning)

I didn’t really mind, I finally got them to isolate the human kingdom Teistan. The current king of the winged humans is Clover Rowell, the grandson of King David. The winged race have a 1000 years for life span, they have a much longer lives than the humans who 100 to 200 years of life span. But 20 years of isolation has deflated the royals in Teistan more so than I thought. They’re pretty much traumatised due to a famine prior too. A lesson that the light god didn’t help in their much needed time.

Well I did make sure that the royals survived and not overthrown. I want my Mistress to judge them herself. Plus I really do want those two princesses to be born, as for the famine it did hit around this time too. Just that the merchants didn’t just leave the imperial city back then. But this time around they did because the winged race was allies with her wind spirits for so long. It was a lesson to revere and respect the winged race who controls the merchants.

The commoners this time around really questioned their so called light god. It was like pleasant ringing bells to me. Oh how this made the haughty royals of this kingdom realise they were on a new low by distaining other races. Yet couldn’t do anything as they had to resell their slaves to the winged race for food and resources. King Clover was so happy to free the beastmens, demons, elves, dwarves, and their own kind. He was quite pleased when I explained my idea. Sure the humans rejected at first since they called it free labor.

I chuckled when I remembered their faces at that meeting oh how pleasing to my eyes they were practically angry at us for saying such terms. Raven had come back to my side by now, as for Hilda that girl who’s only 3010 years old is now in the adventurers guild. She’s also our information broker. As for the current wind spirits they’re now able to fight with a sword or spear. Well, the most famous is the heated battle stance that the winged humans are known for.

The wind spirits are now more spirited and know the difference between genuine feelings of sincerity and fakes like Demives. They also learned of how the god of light was abusing other races as if they’re toys. If anything it’s funny how the wind spirits still love gossiping. By now Demives must be steaming in anger since her time rewind doesn’t affect us spirits. By now most of the other spirits are well informed about her and her so called god’s personality. Oh how I wish I can see her in her rage. I haven’t really found anything about how to turn into supreme class.

This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.

I did turn into Lord class by doing some small achievements by leading my race and getting an enlightened state. Well guess that was that, but I got really annoyed how Demives was taking her anger out on the beastmens during the famine for the humans. Who the heck knew she wasn’t as patient as she made herself to be. It was funny how humans named the famine now as the Darkest Era of their history as if it was a stain on their life. Oh royals and their idiotic reasonings, of course my Mistress is an exception.

“Jade how dare you side with those mixed blood winged race.” (Demives)

“As if I need you telling me what to do.” (Jade)

I rolled my eyes at this crazy angel, why does she have to come charging at me in my palace like she owns the place.

“They’re beastmens how can a great spirit like you side with them.” (Demives)

“As if, you’re also a winged person yourself. Are you lowly yourself. Plus they’re from a human ancestry, they broke away by evolving. This has nothing to do with siding with them or with humans. I only did an alliance because I thought my race was too weak to defend ourselves.” (Jade)

“You dare talk back to me.” (Demives)

I rolled my eyes are her pink hair and loli body but it didn’t make her less cold looking. If any word can describe her, she isn’t exactly as cute as her appearance makes her out to be. Her real appearance I only saw once, this her before me makes her look normal. The real body figure she has is actually a sultry seductress. Which doesn’t really suit her race of angel, she’s only sinister when she gets pissed off. Seeing as I threw off her plans she’s now pissed at me. Yet she knows she can’t do anything to the current me.

Yes the current me can fight her to a draw, if I want to defeat her I’d need to be in Supreme rank for that. If I went to Emperor class she wouldn’t be able to seal me at all. I just need to be careful if I get to Supreme rank, if she found out she’d abuse her god’s power to seal me. Well good news is I have a back up plan with the winged race. Plus I did have them look up where the other sealed Supreme Spirits were sealed. I only hinted at them that they needed a spirit contractor to unseal them. But had to be careful around Demives because she can rewind time.

That actually got the previous two kings pissed off. King David and King Edmund was so angry at her abuse of rewound spell that made them self aware they were back in the beginning again. They were so pissed when they almost unsealed the spirits then. Now they’re more discreet about the way they went about it. There’s no current Emperor Spirit because Demives is so careful but my Mistress found record prior to before Demives and her god existed. Meaning the two are preventing the current spirits from going higher than Supreme Spirit class.

My question is why would they, do these two fear something from the past eras that has long been lost or was it due to the myths and stories. Even Mistress was stunned by the myths and stories of them being able to control their elements as if they were breathing to do an impossible task like causing a tsunami, creating storm or famine. The list went on to be an exaggeration of the stories. My smile as I saw the angel stomp her way out of my place had me so amused. Why didn’t I try this prior to this. I didn’t even think she’d be this angry at the famine those humans experience. Yet I knew why she did so. Faith, it was what the gods and goddesses here ran on. Yet granting too many corrupt wishes in the long run can kill even a god or goddess.
