Haru here, not much happened since we ate lunch. Day 2 of coming here to this new planet, no lessons today Ava is teaching Nina combat. Hand to hand combat to be exact. She sent a palm to Nina in the stomach it was amusing to watch how Nina was hit due to having too much opening. Damn she got tripped by the old feint. Ava used her left leg to feint a kick on her side then used her right to target her legs.

Which made Nina lose her balance completely. We did have 800 years of honing martial arts we saw over the years and perfecting them. Yes it was done on our spare time.

“By the way why is your movements so fluid and natural.” (Nina)

Chi calls me master due to me training her in hand to hand combat with Ava. Though I told Ava to call her ring a spatial ring since they called it that. Kinda shocked Nina when we showed it off. But it was mostly herbs, men’s clothes and some treasures. It’s mostly graded weapons, runes and some mechanisms that they use in their current eras. I did teach Ava how to use them since it’s due to Tin Kou’s memories.

“If she did that she’d be without clothes for us if we do get back later.” (Ava)

I choked on the blood glass cup in my hand. Seriously you know I can inherit traits and memories yet you bring up the one thing I hate the most. Sure I’d freeze up due to a roach. But not my fault it’s stated that in Haru’s character sheet that her fear of roaches was super strong. And it was due to an accident that I couldn’t avoid even though I moved in with grandfather. Our best friend had lived in an apartment but didn’t know how to clean. So when I turned on the lights there was so many of them crawling around I fainted on the spot. In the manga she had it worst, they literally crawled towards her. In my case, that best friend of mine killed them before they could and they scattered.

Instead of cleaning that place I had grandfather move her to a new place and had someone professional teach her how to clean. But yes it was traumatic for a 8 year old child to see so much of them at once. I did want to avoid it too but I befriended her anyway, her father’s a abusive drunk, her mother is dead and her grandfather runs an tofu restaurant but blames her for his daughter’s death. So if she didn’t befriend Haru she’d try suicide. It was shown a lot in the manga how depressed her best friend was in her private life though she was so cheerful in life.

Ava brought to me yet an unnecessary memory I don’t need. Instead of answering them I shook my head at her as if to say I wasn’t aiming for one. Well unless it came to us. I mean Tin Kou’s memory there’s a giant spider called a Feimes. Due to its fearful acid and agility like traits. That being said Ava’s eyes glaring at me can only mean one thing. I down my cup of blood first and then stare back at her.

“You want me to go look for a river.” (Haru)

“Someone has to go and you’re the fastest out of all of us.” (Ava)

I held the cup in my hand but sighed when she eyed my legs. Which wasn’t even transformed at the moment. Actually once she did now Nina is staring shocked at me. What’s wrong with me walking on these annoying rocks. Then again it doesn’t hurt just tickles my feet.

“Have you gone insane since you arrive why do you walk barefoot.” (Nina)

“I don’t really need to worry about thorns, splitters or spiky rocks since they don’t really hurt me anymore. Plus if I did transform my legs wouldn’t my shoes rip again.” (Haru)

“True you did destroy your last two shoes the pass 2 days now.” (Ava)

“Ai anything on your map.” (Haru)

“10 kilometers to the north of here is a river.” (Ai)

“Great the satellite helps a lot.” (Nina)

“You should be happy she’s a technician. Meaning she’s great in machines.” (Ava)

“That’s so cool.” (Krow)

“Right I need to recharge Chi also. You go get water for us to use on a daily basis since you have a bigger storage.” (Ava)

“Fine I’ll also bring along some fishes if I find some.” (Haru)

What else was I supposed to say when we mentioned water she gave me puppy eyes. I didn’t say anything as I walked towards the direction Ai said. But the next words from Nina was so unnecessary to say to Krow.

“Do phoenixes like fish, I thought they were birds.” (Nina)

It made me laugh at her reasoning, Krow had a human form so of course she could eat human food. It just so happens to be that she loved to eat fish. Once I knew I was out of range I did a full sprint north like Ai said. Although it didn’t take long for me to get to the river. I froze when I saw the huge moose like animal in front of me. Only difference was it was gold and didn’t have horns. It was as big as a truck back on earth. Though it didn’t attack me and only drank water. I took out 8, 10 gallons of empty water bottle that needed to be filled. No one ever asked me why I even have these, even Ava said it was useful when I had it. She said we can never be too careful in case of an emergency. Look at the current situation it was funny how it’s now useable.
