Chapter 23 instincts

Chapter 23 instincts

“Grandmaster the little girl is some sort of vampire, she sucked my blood earlier. As for the other one she’s some sort of beast in human skin.” (Gou Mei)

“That’s cruel I’m not a beast, saying that to my kind would get you instant killed. Well not that I’m like most of my kind since a certain someone doesn’t listen to our bloodline instincts.” (Trea)

“Right…. what did this guy say his name was again.” (Ava)

“Tin Kou, that’s what he said. But not like I care, I want to test how strong he is against my sealed strength. It is sealed up to .02% after all. Let’s see how you humans with Ki can last.” (Trea)

Tin Kou dodged the kick but couldn’t help but frown since he heard a sonic boom when she kicked. He frowned at this since it meant she was going faster than the speed of light. Yet Ava was holding her laugh in due to him looking in between feminine and masculine. So when he frowned it look like a cross dresser was frowning. She could almost imagine if he was in modern day in a dress he’d pass off for a girl easily.

“I don’t often keep track of my food’s name. I mean I’d get the information later than now. Isn’t that good thing for you, at least you’d still get that respect right.” (Trea)

“Monster, why are you so fast.” (Tin Kou)

“Hah? Do I need to explain about my legs again. Well this time it’s a nope then, short version we have more refined muscles in our legs and work our way up. Aren’t you glad you’re going to meet your end by an existence who’s not in the race ranking but can come out on top.” (Trea)

Instead she send a kick to his leg which sent alarms in his head as he just barely side stepped. This person seemed insane even if she looked otherworldly with her different hair colour. While he was thinking this Ava was also eyeing his black ponytailed hair. As if it’d come undone and reveal he was a girl. But even she knew this one was a male due to his chest being partially seen. Actually she felt a sense of disappointment that he was a male in the first place since he looked so feminine.

Trea sent her kick straight down towards Tin Kou but clicked her tongue in annoyance when her foot made a crater where he used to be. She did notice a piece of his cloth was torn. He felt numb from the air pressure from kick. This was similar to when they put their will into their swords. Ki was actually lifeforce they used as an energy. Cultivating it can also prolong their lives which differentiates them from commoners.

“Damn it girl are you also a Ki wielder.” (Tin Kou)

“Oh you mean my kicks, actually that’s a no. Also I haven’t even reinforced it with magic yet.” (Trea)

The term magic confused him and Ava couldn’t help but sigh at her words. She just had to blurt out one thing that confused these inhabitants more. Trea was more blunt then she needed her to be then she realized Haru wasn’t kidding when she meant her instincts would run rampant once her hunger kicked in.

“How about you do spill the beans and work on testing your strength and speed.” (Ava)

Hearing her words Trea only sped up her speed which made Gou Mei frighten when she could no longer see Trea. Tin Kou looked left, right, and behind for her. Then realizing he was looking wrong he looked above to see her kicking downwards at him again after she jumped into the air.

“Damn is she from the Xuan family, what’s with her speed and strength.”

He had dodged but only by a thin margin, his ponytail was cut off from her kick. Giving him a clean cut of his hair making him look similar to the modern style from earth. Seeing this Ava couldn’t help but nod in satisfaction since she was debating whether he kept the hair so he could cross dress. Hearing an unfamiliar name made both Trea and Ava frown but Trea didn’t mind as much. Because she knew once she ate the man, the memories would rush all into her brain with the information.

Her transformed legs kicked with such accuracy that it scared Tin Kou. Who couldn’t help but curse the injured Gou Mei. His disciples truly knew how to tick him off. Their choices in disciples sucked more than him. Whenever they’d call him for a favour in a life threatening situation it’d usually end up with him hanging on a thread. Yet he felt this person was the most dangerous he faced for the first time. It was the first time but Ava noticed when Haru’s body wasn’t speaking she gave off an cold air. As if she herself was a cold beauty.

Yet she thought this was unlikely because Haru was a former male before her current life. Tin Kou glared at Trea as he eyed Gou Mei in disappointment. Why were his disciples’ own disciples nothing but trouble attracting to them. He really questioned why he even chose them back then. Her purple hair gleamed in the sunlight as she stood there.

“Wait Gou Mei you said the other one was a vampire. How is that possible? Wouldn’t she die due to the sunlight turning her to ashes.” (Tin Kou)

Hearing his words made Ava and Trea frown. But while he was distracted Trea took the opportunity to take his left arm. In fact she was nibbling it away like a chipmunk eating its food in the wild. It didn’t look cute for the humans perspective because it was more of a horror scene for them. They themselves were nothing but her food. Yet Trea couldn’t help but have her eyes shine as she bit into his left arm. This action scared the heck out of him. Actually she was in a trance now due to his blood and the memories rushing into her because she was wondering what type of vampires there were here.

It frighten them when she smiled at them but it was only due to her getting 5% of his memories. Instead she looked at Ava instead as if she wanted to say something but still slowly ate his arm like an small animal. Which didn’t fit her figure which gave Ava a headache seeing her current figure now. She was only glad that Haru was currently in her sleep mode or else she’d probably flip as a former human.

Tin Kou was shocked at her speed of how she took off his arm. She didn’t really do much to get his arm. All Trea actually did was cleanly kick a clean cut off of him with her toe nails. Trea did after all listen to her instincts exactly as it told her to. She didn't need to do much thinking when she did battle, she was a battle genius due to the bloodline that Iris had put on sell in the system. If the system had any regret she’d say she does due to the bloodline that she accidentally put on sell at that time. Iris didn’t think that Haru would actually buy that one. The bloodline was the top of the abyssals’ it was the queen of all abyssals at the very top of their food chain in the abyss. She was the type to learn things in an instant and constantly improve. Meaning all descendants of her bloodline had the same unknown hidden skill. They were born as a genius to learn any they’d see once and reapply it in battle. Or be able to hone their abilities and skills while in battle.

Trea didn’t notice this but it doesn’t mean Ava’s who’s been with Haru for so long would be clueless. In fact she was shocked at how fast Trea was adapting to her kick slowly to her speed.
