Haru here, we last left off on her lecturing us. So yes here’s a recap of her lesson as she stretched out her glowing hand to show that aura can act like a third hand. Which left both Nina and Ava shocked. Chi is confused and Ai is happy. Last time I left us off when she started her lesson.

“Aura is actually just an invisible limb we all have. It’s just that others forgot about it once they’re born.” (Krow)

“How is it possible, the world we’re from is a world with only mana.” (Ava)

“All things come from the same origins. Such as all energy including Qi, Ki, mana, chi, chakra and fera. Fera is energy used by beastmens and most dragons. For beastmens it mostly enhances their physical traits. But yes all these are all origins of the same source.

“How is it from the same source.” (Nina)

“They were all once the same energy type, just changed to different aspect thus making two types of different aspect that can make the energies conflict inside your body.” (Krow)

“Wait if that’s true wouldn’t aura conflict with the mana in our bodies then.” (Nina)

Right how she learned this we had to explain her origins and who might be after her in the future. Supposedly she was surprised she was a princess from Jupiter. Then when she asked me how I knew this Ava nodded at me since we’re probably gonna be stuck her for long haul. So I explained who I was, where I came from and how I knew their future events. Even if she’s an muscle brain she’d still keep a secret.

“It’s not exactly the same. Aura is always around us, look my hands not glowing right. It’s actually in the air around us. Very thickly since not many can see it because they lost that ability once they’re born.” (Krow)

“Master do you want me to.” (Ai) (record Incase you or Ava forgets)

I silently nodded to Ai who had asked me. I’d still be able to check either way. Just faraway from Nina’s range of hearing or sight. I can use my storage ring how I wish longest I’m not in her sight. Which reminds me I’ll eat the sweets in storage. The ones I made didn’t exactly appease me completely. So I ran 200 kilometers away from them while hiding my presence. I also told Ava that I needed to or the kid and the rest would be in danger. Just when I was barely out of range from them I heard Krow loud and clear.

“Did she need to go use the restroom.” (Krow)

I’m sure Ava covered for me there though. Meaning Krow probably stopped explaining at the moment. I stopped when I’m completely out of their range, I sigh in relief. But my stomach growled loudly in response. I gulped as I threw a chocolate cake into my mouth with another strawberry shortcake. To my surprise I ate around 4,000 sweets. Which I had to buy ingredients from Iris’s system and make more in case I ran out. I then put them all into her storage for my edibles.

Really I should peel a leaf off of this blue pine leaf should be analyzed for information if it’s lethal or not. I’m sure the girl Krow doesn’t know either. The way she carries herself tells us she’s either a noble or royal. Not a commoner at all.

“Seems I need to head back now.” (Haru)

But I stopped myself when I heard meowing of kittens. Or newly born tigers might be more likely answer. I walked towards the sound and found 3 small black tigers with small horns on their forehead. Something tells me this nest hidden by the trees around is the tigers we’d killed before. Meaning like 4 hours after they died these things probably got hungry which is pitiful. I know it’s survival will likely be low since they’re kittens without parents now. Now I feel guilty but if we didn’t Krow would’ve died instead. Guess I’ll bring this back to the cave, well this isn’t far from where we buried the girl’s guards and family members. Hm, I can also eat souls since my race is also abyssal. I’ll test that later, better hurry back with these kittens.

“What took you so long.” (Nina)

“Master are those tiger cubs.” (Ai)

“Yea I kinda stumbled on their nest when I went out.” (Haru)

“Care to explain in full detail.” (Ava)

Hey don’t give me that menacing look like we can barely feed ourselves why bring back more baggage.

“We did kinda off their parents so I felt we were also responsible if they starved to death. Look at them, they’re nothing but kittens fending for their lives out here in the forest.”

“So you’re saying we should’ve been guilty to the crime of massacring ferocious beasts.” (Ava)

“But they’re so cute.” (Nina)

She’s playing with the two that ran out of my hand while eyeing Ava. Who then sighed as if saying she can’t argue with an airhead and her old friend. Please take out the word old out of that sentence. That’s also be admitting she herself is old.

“That look of yours I don’t like, you probably thought something stupid with that smirk of yours.” (Ava)

“If I’m old then what does that make you.” (Haru)

“Since everyone is here safe and sound I’ll begin lessons again.” (Krow)

Instead Chi picked up the tiger kitten from my arms. Ava stretched her out her arms as if she was bored since I took too long.

“As I was saying aura has always been there in our surroundings. I want you to close your eyes and try to feel that pull around you as if it’s a part of your body. An extension that’s always been there but long forgotten.”

I did as I was told and tried to sense around me but got nothing so far so I sat to listen to the rest of what she had to say.

“Aura is one with nature itself. It coexists with it because it’s born with it. The air itself can’t be without it. Living with us as if it is the air itself, rather it’s another force that helps nature. Being one with it is like returning what use to belong to you. Imagine yourself floating on the water ocean. Feel the ripples in the water reacting to you as you yourself are the ripple at the center. If you can feel this it means you at least can feel aura.” (Krow)

I froze when I felt some sort of tug I heard Nina get up in excitement at this little achievement. Which I saw the moment I opened my eyes. I saw Ava smirking meaning she too felt the same as both of us. Her head turned to me in mocking grin as if to say I was first. It made me laugh, I nearly forgot that she was competitive in the most weirdest ways sometimes. I’ve gotten over it over the years I’ve been with her. Chi and Ai are taking care of the tiger kittens.
