The knight is Lv59... I am Lv5... 54 levels difference means 1080% exp bonus... I wonder how I could deal 1 damage to him with my tiny Atk.
The knight doesn't see what coming or understands what happens but still try to retaliate with a punch. In my maw. My HP appears in my vision, [HP 25/72].
My jaws are forcibly opened. My head swings in an arc from the floor to the roof and my horns hit the metallic roof but could't put a dent on it. The shock scrapes a little more of my health... [HP 19/72].
Last but not least dangerous...
[You are now Bleeding]
The most annoying Status effect for a tanker, Bleeding strips a small percents of Max HP at a fixed interval and dramatically lowers healing effect.
"Ah?" The knight turns back to see what he has done.
"What happened?" Some knights run toward the cage after they hear my "scream". However my voice doesn't have screaming mode so it was a roar. At least it wasn't a girly and embarrassing scream.
I close my jaws. It hurts! I scream in my mind as I hold my muzzle shut with my cuffed hands. [HP 16/72] Drops of blood start dripping from my closed maw, staining my hands red and dropping onto the cage floor.
"He.. he tried to eat me..." The rock-headed knight frustratingly explains.
He got it wrong though. I was planning to take some exp from him to "comfort" him, but my hands were cuffed so I decided to Chomp him. His level is high so I doubt it could make a scratch on him. By my calculation, he took 1 damage from my Chomp. At least my teeth didn't break... I don't want to leave another Artifact this way. A toothy Artifact, heh.
"And you hurt him?" A knight asks.
All of the knights under the tree come to check on the situation. The high priest rushes to the front, climbs into the cage then looks back and forth between me and the knight. "What are you looking at?" is what I want to yell at them but my jaws hurt so much and opening it would hurt more. Did that punch dislodge my jaws? I wonder if I can ever chew again. Wait, have I ever used this jaws to chew anything? [HP 13/72]
"Y..yes..." The culprit admits his crime. The high priest gives a hand signal, two knights immediately understands and climb onto the cage, walking toward the rock-headed knight and push down on his shoulder to force him to kneel. He doesn't resist though, just stares absentmindedly at the "pool" of blood in front of him. I'm amazed at how much blood I just lost compared to a human. It was a few drops for me, just 3 HP, but to a human, they could soak themselves in it.
"Twice in less than a day..." The high priest says as he shakes his head. He doesn't seem to care about me at all! [HP 10/72]
"Heal! Heal!" I frantically tries to talk but with my hands still hold my mouth shut, I can only make some Uuuu, Uuuu sounds. He is a "Priest" right? He must have known some healing spell. I'm dying here!
"Yes, I have healing spell. I can also see your HP. However, you should learn to ask nicely." The high priest gently says as he stares up at me who is bending my body to lower my head a little, trying to get his attention. As he answers, I remember that he could read my mind.
Even though his voice isn't bossy or demanding, I still don't feel like asking a mere human politely. Interacting with too many fanatic humans who try to become my exp has given me a bad view on this world's human in general. [HP 7/72]
I can barely sit now. It's so tiring. My head is spinning. I'm feeling dizzy. My eyes feels heavy. My sight darkens. One moment feels like eternity. I have died many times in many different worlds due to blood loss, and I can say it's one of the most comfortable way to die because it feels like falling asleep but never wake up. To me, it's like falling asleep and waking up in another world with another body.
The high priest doesn't do a thing at the sight of more blood coming out from my maw. The knights start to make a commotion. I can't understand what they say. So noisy! Let me sleep! [HP 4/72]

Huh, what just appeared in my vision? Oh right this world has a RPG system... Ah right, this "world"... Luckily I won't have to be imprisoned in a Temple for the rest of my life... I've only stayed in this world for.. 3 days? Well, good bye cruel world...
"... Holy... Mend Wound..." I hear some voice echoing in my ears. For some reason the voice only stresses on those three words so I couldn't hear the rest. I feel too dizzy to understand what happened.
[You are no longer Bleeding]
Whose voice is that? Someone in my head? My head? It hurts. It feels like something is pressing on it.. from the inside. I need to check it so I try to move my hands. However they doesn't budge. My arms are numb. Something is pressing on them. I feel something is trying to wriggle under my chest. Under? So I'm laying on the floor. Why am I laying on the floor? I open my eyes although I don't remember closing them...
A huge chunk of black blocking half of my view... Oh right, it's my snout. A white hooded tiny man whose only head can be seen is staring at me. What is he doing in front of my snout? As he notices me staring at him, he turns to walk away, steps off the cage's floor and disappears from my view.
Memory floods back to me... I almost died... I almost escaped this world... But that darn "high priest" kept me alive. Even worse, he waited until I almost lost consciousness before healing me. "Heal" would be exaggerating, he merely mended my Bleeding status and my HP is still in the "red" area...
I try to lift my head to look at the surrounding. I'm still in the cage, laying on my belly. My hands are still cuffed and now my arms are forced to stay under my belly. It's so uncomfortable.
With some effort, I manage to lift my over-sized torso up; then with a little more effort, I manage to slide my hands to under my head. From there, I use them as support to sit up.
"S..sorry..." Some whispering voice which can barely be heard.
I look at the floor to my left where the voice come from. The rock-headed knight, now stripped off the shining armor, sitting with his back against one of the cage's bars.
"Why do they still let you stay with me?" I voice my complain.
"They give me one last chance to have a honorable death..."
"Huh? They don't executed you right away after that?"
He raises his right arm at my question. His sleeve is painted red and dripping.. blood. Now that I notice it, he is sitting in a "tiny" drop of blood... His blood. Thinking of blood, I look around to find my blood on the floor.. but it's nowhere to be seen.
"I only have a few HP left..." The dying man mutters. I notice that he is trying to raise his voice so his whispering words can be heard by a huge dragon like me...
"Why do you tell me that?" I stare at him and ask. Even though I know the answer, I still ask. I don't want to have mistake even though the chance for that is nearly non-existent.
"Without.. m.. my.. armor.. it only t.. takes you.. one.. two hits... to..." The last part he speaks without a sounds. I can't read his tiny lips. He tries to repeat over and over under his breath. Even though he is in pain, he still tries to smile...
"Granted." I say. It's short. I will say more while mourning him later...
... I do "it" without a thought but still try to keep him in one piece.
"Not too bad..." I mumbles after the man 'disappears', leaving a patch of red on the floor...

... and some exp. What I did, I immediately try to forget it. I hope I won't regret this action...
[You are now Lv6] The knight's sacrifice was able to level me up.
"I only get one level from a Lv59 knight? That's about 6 HP left! Those people should have let me grind him from full HP!" Instead of mourning, I voice my complain.
Suddenly I feel something burning in my chest...
