Luna POV:
WHAT THE HELL!!! Why is Tifa joining us!?
With a joyous spirit, I led the horses towards Evan, my mind already envisioning the blissful getaway that awaited us, filled with romance and uninterrupted quality time. The children, of course, were present, but their presence didn't bother me. However, my contentment was abruptly shattered when Tifa approached me and casually mentioned her intention to join our vacation. Instantly, a surge of anger consumed me, and I stormed in front of Evan, demanding an immediate explanation.
“Why is She coming with us?” I said, staring daggers into his eyes.
Evan was a bit perplexed by my sudden mood change but he answered regardless, “She, umm… Cause she’s a friend?”
I call bullshit on that! She wants to take away Evan doesn't she!? First this fake nympho hero and now her too!? I won’t let it go her way, not a chance!
As my thoughts swirled in a chaotic whirlwind, Tifa approached us and initiated a conversation. "I hope you understand my decision to join you," she began, her words penetrating through my inner turmoil. "Evan is someone I genuinely consider a close friend, and spending time with him is always enjoyable. I didn't want to miss out on this opportunity."
“Yes! Papa is Amazing” Said Faith as she was caressing one of the horse’s legs from the front.
I looked towards Evan and he was scratching his head with embarrassment before he started talking, “Okay Let's stop giving me complement, I’m not good with them.” He paused to look at horses for a moment before he continued, “Let's think about the seating arrangements first. I forgot that I don't know how to ride a horse, so I'm gonna be a passenger.”
“I kn-” Tifa was going for the first strike but I cutted her off, “ I know how to ride a Horse!” I basically screamed to get Evan’s attention.
Hehehe, you think I'll let you Win? I'm not going to let you ride with him! I won't allow you to do anything WHILE I'M AROUND! NOTHING!!!
Evan POV:
Why is Luna looking at me like she wants to kill me?
I thought while riding the horse behind Tifa’s back. I made it so that Luna would be riding with Hope and Faith while I rode with Tifa, I peeked over to Luna’s side and Faith was in front of her while Hope was sitting behind her.
I couldn’t peek for long because she was staring daggers onto me, Is this happening because I placed both Faith and Hope with her? But she was the one who wanted to act like a mother! WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!!!
Anyway, the journey was mostly uneventful, I made small talks with Tifa while Luna was staring into me like a hawk, the children, however, were untouched by her tension, their gleeful shouts and laughter piercing through the stillness of the forest. this continued on for a couple of hours until the landscape transformed when we emerged from the dense woods, revealing a vast clearing adorned with vibrant grass. We found saw cobblestone road stretching ahead and decided to follow it, leading us to the grand kingdom that stood majestically in the distance. We could see the grandeur of the kingdom. Towering walls, constructed with sturdy stone, encircled the entire perimeter, standing as a formidable barrier against any threats that dared approach.
Holy shit, this kindom is huge!
Unlike Balathien, where one could run from one edge to the other in about 30 minutes (provided there’s no buildings or obstructions), this place is astonishingly vast. The walls that encircled Balathien pale in comparison, these walls stretching an impressive 40 meters in length—equivalent to the height of two typical houses stacked atop one another. From where we were, these walls seem to stretch on endlessly, spanning a distance of about 8 to 10 kilometres. Before turning away.
Moreover, there’s a colossal castle at the center of this kingdom which could be seen from this far away. Unlike Balathien's modest medieval fortress, this castle resembles something out of a grand fairytale—similar to the iconic Disney castle, but on an exponentially grander scale.
The entrance to the Kingdom is also quite impressive, featuring a massive U-shaped wooden door that stands before anyone seeking entry. There’s also a sizable trench that runs in parallel to the wall, extending beneath it. This trench is completely filled with water, adding an additional layer of protection. To access the entrance, one must cross a sturdy wooden bridge that spans the width of the trench.
Oh, I can see Aisha's name Tag, which is telling me that she's right at the entrance.
It was then that I was quickly reminded of a small detail that I forgot to tell Aisha. Shit! I forgot to tell Aisha about the special situation I’m in, best tell her now that my friends here think that I have Amnesia.
I quickly opened the chat box and messaged her,
Evan: Yo Aisha! I wanted to tell you real quick, im coming with my friends and they think that I have Amnesia, so play along.
Aisha: Gotcha!
Walter: Yo guys, Im almost there too.
Evan: Nice.
The horses trotted on for a couple minutes until I finally saw Aisha, waiting there by the gate while we were almost there too.
She's looking the same as always, no wait. She has seriously lost some weight. Her once chubby figure had transformed, and she now possessed the grace and elegance of a model. Her brown hair, flowing like silk, cascaded down to her waist just like how I remember her. She was clad in black attire with subtle yellow accents, she exuded a newfound aura of confidence. Though her height remained average and a bit smaller than me, her face still retained a slight plumpness, adding a touch of charm to her overall beauty.
… Woah, Woah, Woah! Hold on a flippen Minute! Why in the hell does she look the same as before back in my world while I look like a custom character made by a weeb!?
… I guess the Silver-lining is that I can go Super Saiyan due to my Silver daemon race while she can’t.
{Author Note: He's talking about his Berserk Race-Skill, which increases all his stats by Half and also upgrades all his skills when he goes critical health (less than 20 hit points).}
Evan: Hey Aisha! I’m that Anime character coming towards you on a horse.
I started waving my hand just in case.
Aisha: No Flippen Way!
Walter: Wait, What's Happening?
Aisha: Evan looks like an Anime Character with white hair.
Walter: Soooo, A Weeaboo?
Evan: You and I both like animes, but not to the level of being called a ‘Weeaboo’ Alright?
The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.
Walter: True.
Evan: Alright Aisha, act natural like we're meeting for the first time. And remember not to mention anything about heroes.
Aisha: Nahhh, I'm gonna jump straight at you.
Evan: That's called a Sexual Assault and please don't. I have friends with me.
Aisha: YOU CANT TELL ME WHAT TO DO!
Evan: Come on! Work with me! You love D&D right? Start roleplaying like we’re meeting for the first time, Roll for initiative!
Aisha: Nat 1.
Evan: Don’t you dare!
Aisha: >:D
Evan: AISHA!!!
Aisha: Okay Fine! I won’t do it. :c
Walter: You guys can’t believe how much I’m rushing to get there and see what’s happening.
After I desperately pleaded Aisha not to commit a sexual assault, I signaled Tifa to stop near her since I came to meet her. Tifa stopped and I dismounted, Luna followed suit. The next thing I saw was Aisha bolting towards me as her smooth long brown hair flowed back. The horse came to a gentle halt, its muscles twitching beneath its sleek chestnut coat. With a mix of anticipation and apprehension, I dismounted, my boots landing firmly on the ground. Luna, ever watchful, followed suit, and then the kids. I looked ahead and saw Aisha broke into a sprint, her flowing brown locks cascading behind her as she raced towards us.
My eyes widened in disbelief, and I instinctively began shaking my head with fervour, as if trying to physically ward her off from doing what I thought she was about to do. However, I quickly realized that I needed to maintain composure, unless I wanted my friends to suspect me. With great effort, I suppressed any visible signs of panic, careful not to arouse suspicion regarding the true nature of my relationship with Aisha.
Despite my frantic signals, Aisha stubbornly continued her approach until she finally came to a halt in front of me, gasping for breath. Despite her evident fatigue, her face lit up with a mischievous grin that added a touch of playfulness to her otherwise beautiful and model like demeanor. "Evan! It’s so good to finally meet you!" she exclaimed joyfully, extending her hand in a gesture of greeting. Unable to resist her genuine enthusiasm, I reciprocated with a smile and clasped her hand in mine. "The pleasure is all mine, Aisha," I replied warmly, acknowledging the mutual anticipation that had led us to this moment.
I finally realized that my “friends” were staring at me in disbelief, I was in disbelief too, the chubby Aisha was now thin and beautiful, but it seems like they were in disbelief for a different reason.
I cleared my throat to get everyone’s attention, “Everyone, meet Aisha, she’s uhh, she’s a good magician and I’ve been meaning to meet her.” I said whatever that came into my mind, but Hope and Faith stepped forward with their hands stretched out, mimicking me.
"Hello!" exclaimed the black-haired twin, her voice filled with youthful exuberance. "I'm Faith!" Her golden-haired counterpart chimed in, her tone equally bright and cheerful. As if mirroring their excitement, their fox ears twitched atop their heads, attuned to every sound around them. The double fluff tails attached to their backs swayed gracefully in the gentle breeze, a mesmerizing sight that added an air of enchantment to their presence.
Aisha stepped back in a huge Shock. “This level of cuteness shouldn't be possible! Where did you two and Evan meet?” She then hasped and pointed at me as if she knew exactly what happened. “You stole them!”
“I didn’t steal them.” I defended myself uninterestedly because I knew Aisha was joking.
"Papa didn't steal us," Hope interjected, her voice filled with earnestness and a touch of protectiveness. She rushed to clarify the situation.
"Papa is Papa!" Faith chimed in, her tone having a mixture of innocence and determination.
Aisha's jaw dropped and her eyes widened as she stared at me in disbelief. "Impossible," she muttered, her voice barely above a whisper. "You...you're not a virgin?" Her tone was accusatory, as if I had somehow deceived her but I knew she was acting, the thought of roleplaying must’ve gone to her head and now she can’t stop.
Without missing a beat, I swiftly responded, “Single and Virgin.” I then thought of notifying her with the chatbox.
Evan: I’m gonna tell you right now that they're adopted. And PLEASE don't talk about what I had been doing, just stay away from any questions that lead to my past here. PLEASE!
Walter: What? What's going on over there?
Aisha: Ohhhhh Walter, You’re missing a whole Fricken gold mine here.
Walter: Omg I’m almost there, just wait for me.
Aisha: Nah.
Evan: Nah.
Walter: You guys are jerks! T-T
Aisha's nodded and her mischievous mood was palpable as she turned her gaze towards Tifa and Luna. The corner of her mouth lifted into a devilish grin as she said, "Hmm," to herself, I knew she was considering something that made me uneasy. I know that when Aisha was in this mood, anything could happen.
She suddenly pointed at Tifa and Luna and declared, "That means you two must be his harem members!"
My heart dropped at her words. From all the things she could’ve said, why this!?
"H-Harem!?" Tifa and Luna exclaimed in unison, their voices a mix of surprise, confusion, while their face blushed up from what I’m assuming is embarrassment.
“Wrong again.” I said as I quickly dispersed the situation, “One’s my step-sister, while the other one rejected me before I even proposed. I’ll leave you guessing which one’s which.”
Tifa suddenly started mumbling something that I could barely hear, “I never rejected-” Whatever it was that she was saying, Luna had quickly interrupted her.
“Wait hold on! When did you almost propose to Tifa?” She said as if she couldn’t believe it.
“No, I didn’t. Sarah did it for me. But I was rejected without a moment of hesitation. So, we're just friends” I basically told everyone.
Things were quiet for a moment and I was considering telling Aisha to lead us inside but I suddenly felt something touch my leg protected by silver armor, I looked down and saw Hope staring at me. “Papa, What's a proposal?”
Uhh…
“A proposal is… Uhh…” I started racking my brain for a simple answer that would satisfy the kids. “Oh yea. A proposal is when Papa asks someone to be the mama.”
I though that Hope and Faith would be happy with my explanation but my heart sank as I watched the immediate change in Hope and Faith's expressions. Their once bright and cheerful faces now clouded with disappointment, their fox ears drooping down in sadness. Their eyes cast downward, their tails following suit as they drooped low. "So, no one will become our mama?" Hope's voice quivered with a mix of longing and sadness.
DAMN IT! I FEEL BOTH OFFENDED AND GUILTY BY HER STATEMENT!?
I scrambled to think of what to say to life their spirits until a mischievous idea came into my mind. Aisha had been trying to terrorize the friendship between me and my friend so now it’s my turn to terrorize her!
“Aisha!” I called her out, “Do you want to be the mama of my kids!?”
“H-HUH!?” Luna and Tifa both exclaimed before Luna started talking to me, “Now, wait just a minute Evan! You can’t just say something like that-” Luna started her lecture but Aisha immediately cut her off.
“Weird proposal but okay. I’ll be Hope and Faith’s mama.”
Faith and Hope's reactions were a study in contrasts. Faith's eyes widened with excitement, a contagious smile spreading across her face. Her energy seemed boundless as she bounced on her feet before hugging Aisha’s leg, unable to contain her delight. On the other hand, Hope's joy radiated from within, her golden curls bouncing as she hugged Aisha’s other leg. “Mama!” They both exclaimed happily.
While all that happened, Luna stood frozen, her shock palpable, her mouth agape in disbelief. And Tifa, caught in the whirlwind of emotions, wore a frozen smile, unsure of how to process the sudden shift in the atmosphere as she stood there petrified like a statue.
“NOW HOLD ON A MINUTE!” Luna shouted as she took everyone’s attention. She was mad, “Evan be more responsible than this! We don't even know her so why would you make her your Wife!”
“Woah now.” Said Aisha as her legs kept getting hugged by the kids. “Let me make this clear, I'm only accepted being a Mama. Not a Wife.”
“My Statement Stands!”
A mischievous smile grew on Aisha’s face, “Lookie here, someone's Jealous, are you a bro-con?”
“IM NOT JEALOUS! AND WHAT THE HELL IS A BRO-CON!?”
I clapped my hands once to get the attention of everyone, “Guys! Wait no, I mean Girls! How about we go inside and talk there? Aisha, Lead the way.”
“Gotcha. I have so many things to tell and show you. So we’re gonna be here for a while.” Aisha's eyes gleamed with anticipation as she clasped Faith's hand, leading the way with an air of authority. Her infectious enthusiasm set the pace, fuelling the excitement in me as I tightened my grip on Hope's hand, feeling a sense of comfort and warmth in our connection. With each step, the children's eyes widened, taking in the sights and sounds of the bustling Kingdom, their curiosity piqued by the wonders that lay ahead. Together, we ventured deeper into the heart of the Kingdom.
Luna POV:
As we trailed behind Aisha and Evan, I couldn't shake off the feeling that there was more to their relationship than just friendship. Tifa, who was walking beside me, seemed to sense it too, I started sharing my observation with her, "There's definitely something going on between them," I voiced my thoughts.
Tifa nodded in agreement, remarking, "It's as if they're the best of friends." She was right, it’s like they’re both two sides of the same coin which made me even more upset with the introduction of another rival who already took the lead.
Regardless, In desperate times, we must resort to desperate measures. "Let's work together to uncover the extent of their bond," I suggested, extending my hand towards Tifa. She hesitated briefly, until she looked into my eyes and understood my intention.
She firmly shook my hand, sealing our agreement. “I-I’m only doing this to make sure that Evan and his kids will be fine with her and no other r-reason at all!”
I nodded as well. “The feeling’s mutual.”
Hehehehe Aisha won't know what hit her.
