{Alpha Tyler}

After hearing one of Trinity's backstories, I decided to share a couple of backstories of my own. Trinity scooted over the bed's headboard and got comfortable as she listened to my story…

ELEVEN YEARS AGO…

{Third person POV}

Tyler didn't get much of a chance to follow Trinity around because his Alpha Ceremony was coming up soon. However after Trinity ran away from home and she was brought back a few weeks later and she didn't look so good. Tyler and the other future Alpha's weren't too happy about that. So they decided to hold a meeting in the boys locker room to discuss what might've happened to Trinity.

"So what do you guys think might've happened to her?" Mark asked.

Tyler shook his head. "I have no idea but I did overhear Mary and her friend talking about Mary running away from home. And I did follow her a couple of times after she ran but then I had to return home. From what I saw nothing happened to her but when I saw that news report on Mother's Day I couldn't help but think that Mary might've been responsible for killing those people?"

"That's plausible but if that's the case I doubt those people she killed were innocent," Harry said. "If it was Mary who killed them then it's possible that those people might've been hunters."

"Actually it's not plausible, it's correct!" Luke said.

Everyone in the room gasped, "What!"

"I was able to get the wanted poster," Luke explained. "It seems that somebody put a hit out on Mary's life so if anything she did it in self defense!"

He pulled out the wanted poster with Trinity's picture on it. As soon as Tyler saw the wanted poster Jacob, Tyler's wolf stirred inside of him.

Someone put a hit out on our mates life! I swear once I get my paws on them they're dead! Jacob declared.

Yeah that's not going to happen. Tyler thought.

Why?

Because I have a feeling the person who put a hit out on her life would be her mother!

Wow, then her mother's a total bitch! Jacob thought. After that he went quiet.

"What is it?" Luke asked.

"Since there's a wanted poster out for Mary then you're right, it's the hunter's," Tyler said.

"So the question is, are the hunter's still after her now that she's back home?" Luke said.

"If the hunters are still after her what are we going to do to protect her?" Harry asked.

Tyler raised an eyebrow. "We? What do you mean by we? Mary's my mate, so keep your hands off her!"

Harry scoffed, "She might be your mate but has she accepted you yet?"

"No, but that's because I don't think she knows I'm her mate yet. I have no idea how a witch finds their mate," Tyler thought back to that day when he saw Trinity's wolf. He could sense she had mixed emotions about it and the emotion that was very strong was fear. He smirked because he had a feeling that he was the only one who had seen Trinity's wolf.

"Okay I have a proposal for you then Tyler," Luke said. "If me or Harry can get Mary as our mate then you have to reject her!"

"And if you can't?" Tyler asked.

"You can have your mate, just get her to accept you. You can do it by force if you want?" Luke said. He gave Tyler an evil smirk.

Tyler growled, "No way am I going to force my mate to accept me! I've heard of other Alpha's doing that but I'm that kind of guy!"

Luke rolled his eyes. "Yeah, yeah whatever! However I bet you anything if push comes to shove you just might have to force her to accept you! I mean didn't you just break up with your girlfriend for her? From what I know she's been very adamant about not getting a boyfriend. So I'm up for the challenge. What about you?"

Tyler smirked because he knew that one day he would get Trinity to accept him as her mate; he just didn't know how long he would have to wait. "Okay then, you're on!"

After Tyler did his Alpha Ceremony he was introduced as the new Alpha of the Steel Armor pack. Right after the ceremony he was alerted that Trinity ran away from home again. He was headed out to follow her again and when he got to neutral territory he stopped short when he overheard Alpha Luke talking to a group of people.

"Okay I want you guys to go after this person!" Alpha Luke said. Tyler covered his mouth so he wouldn't gasp when he saw Alpha Luke pull out a wanted poster for Trinity.

"That's how much you're offering us? Five hundred thousand dollars?" One of the people Alpha Luke was talking to said.

"Yup! And if you prove yourselves useful when tracking down my future Luna then you'll get a promotion within the pack," Alpha Luke said. He looked at the person who just spoke and said, "Isn't that what you've been wanting Terrance? To move up the ranks within the pack? You know I've been looking for a new Head Warrior. If you succeed in catching Mary then you have the job."

"What about us?" Another person in the group said.

Alpha Luke looked at that person. "Well tell me if you guys want something other than money as long as it's within my power to grant it to you, you can have it."

The same person spoke, "Alright then, but how are we going to find her?"

Alpha Luke gave him an evil smile. He took out what looked like a purple crystal pendant. "We'll take this to the place where Mary's magic signature was last found and use this to follow the trail. Once you find her, bring her to me. Got it?"

Everyone nodded and Alpha Luke seemed rather satisfied with what he ordered. Once Tyler heard that conversation he knew he had to act fast. Thankfully, since Tyler was Trinity's mate he could use her scent to follow her.

We have to stop Alpha Luke from harming our mate! Jacob panicked.

Tyler shook his head. Yeah I know we should take some sort of action. The question is what type of action? He hasn't done anything to her yet. If I have to, I will take care of Alpha Luke personally.

Now that I think about it, Mary had no trouble killing the hunter's who were after her last time, maybe she won't have a problem killing a couple of werewolves in self defense? Jacob thought.

Maybe? To be honest I'd rather be safe than sorry. Tyler thought.

Jacob agreed with Tyler and the next day they set out to follow Trinity.

When Tyler found Trinity he saw her living in a homeless community and she had been using her magic to help feed the community and take care of herself. However, she could only stay there for a few weeks when she got word that hunter's were after her.

Tyler followed her to the homeless community but made sure that the homeless community was safe after she left. Once he made sure everyone was safe, he set off to follow her again.

When he found her again she was doing something strange and probably more dangerous than the hunters chasing after her. She was walking alongside a bridge but not walking the way most normal people would.

She was standing on the right ledge of the bridge and she jumped on top of the railing and started walking like she was balancing on a tightrope.

Tyler looked up at her with his eyes wide as saucers. What the hell is she doing? Is she nuts?

Yeah I think she is a little nutty. Jacob thought. Maybe we shouldn't have to worry about protecting her from the hunter's so much? We probably worry about protecting her from herself instead?

Tyler agreed with Jacob but before he could do anything three arrows went flying towards Trinity.

Whoosh!

Tyler looked up and blinked when he saw that Trinity had all three arrows in her hand and she had snapped them in half! Tyler didn't do anything but stay out of Trinity's sight as much as possible while watching her deal with the hunter's.

"Alright you guys, you can come out of the shadows now! Or are you just going to keep hiding like cowards?" Trinity taunted.

Nobody stepped out of the shadows that was when Tyler got an idea. He decided to track down the hunters from their hiding spots and lower them into Trinity's line of fire. The plan worked perfectly! But before he could lead the rest of Alpha Luke's warriors into Trinity's line of fire he heard several gunshots. He panicked when he thought Trinity had been shot but when he ran over to where Trinity was he was surprised to see fifteen dead bodies surrounding Trinity and she standing there smiling like a psycho.

She fired another bullet in the opposite direction of Tyler. "Here hunter, hunter, hunter! I bet you're hiding in the shadows pissing yourself because your friends are dead! Hmm, I wonder how much did my mother tell you that my life was worth this time?"

A young woman stepped out of the shadows. Tyler was kind of surprised that Alpha Luke would send a woman out to try and capture Trinity. From the way Alpha Luke acts all the time he seemed rather sexist towards women.

The woman who stepped out of the shadows looked terrified. Trinity gave the woman a sinister smile. "Tell mother dearest that I don't go back to the coven on her terms, I go back to the coven on my terms! Got it?"

"Um…" The woman stammered. "A-actually it wasn't your mother who sent us. It was Alpha Luke that sent us!"

Trinity's eyes narrowed. "Say what now?"

The woman nodded. "Yeah Alpha Luke wants you to be his Luna! And trust me he's not the only Alpha who wants you to be their Luna! You're a perfect candidate to be one for sure!"

"Well tell Alpha Luke to go fuck himself! And the next time he sends people after me, I'm killing every. Single. ONE OF THEM! Got it?" Trinity snarled. She shot another bullet and it landed mere inches away from the woman. The poor woman nearly pissed her pants out of fright.

"I don't go anywhere on anyone else's terms," Trinity said. "I go places because I want to go there, do we have an understanding?"

The woman nodded her head rapidly. "Yes."

Trinity gave her a sinister smile again. "Good now if I were you and if you value your life I'd get going before I change my mind!"

With that, the woman scurried away. Trinity couldn't help but laugh at that reaction. After she had a good laugh she went back to walking on the bridge. But this time she was walking on the railing of the bridge as if nothing happened.

As Trinity walked off Tyler saw a pure white wolf off the distance and the wolf seemed to be watching Trinity with extreme interest. Tyler's eyes went wide when he saw that. Okay I'm going to look for that white wolf! If he's another Alpha going after my mate there's no way I'm going to ignore that!

That makes two of us! Jacob thought.

Tyler followed Trinity but at the same time he was following her he was looking for the white wolf. But he never found the wolf and he wasn't able to follow Trinity around as much because he had to go home because High School graduation was coming up soon.

SIX MONTHS LATER FROM THE SAME FLASHBACK…

Trinity had come back to school and did all of the necessary things she needed to do in order to graduate. Everyone was pleasantly surprised that Trinity was able to graduate considering she had been running away from home a lot. However, she wasn't allowed to graduate from boot camp yet because of her absence.

Since Trinity came back to school she yet again had bumps, bruises and this time gunshot wounds on her arms but she didn't give a damn. She didn't bother to hide her wounds with make up like most people would, she wore them with dignity and unknown to her that made every Alpha in the school and that includes her mate want her even more.

So every Alpha in the school held another meeting in the boys locker room.

"I heard a certain Alpha failed to get Mary as his mate!" Alpha Mark teased.

"Yeah, yeah whatever," Alpha Luke scoffed. "I still can't believe she killed all of my warriors except the messenger of course."

"That just goes to show she would make a great Luna!" Alpha Harry said, "It's my turn next!"

Tyler rolled his eyes. Little did he know that a decade later he would have his mate by his side.

PRESENT DAY…

{Alpha Tyler}

"So you guys actually had competition to see who would get me as a mate?" Trinity said. Her jaw dropped after hearing my story.

I smiled and nodded. "Yup!"

"Well I'm glad they failed and I finally accepted you as my mate," Trinity said. She paused and then smiled. "They're kicking again."

"Huh?" I said. She grabbed my hand and placed it on her belly. I felt a few kicks and I couldn't stop smiling about it. "I have an idea as to why the other Alpha's failed to get you as their mate."

She tilted her head. "Why?"

"I think it's because you were a little bit psycho and had no problem killing people who were after you," I said.

She chuckled, "A little bit psycho? I think I was the definition of the word psycho! You can thank mommy dearest for that one!"

I grinned. "Either way, you're mine now and I'm not letting you go!"

She gave me a flirting smile. I raised an eyebrow. "What?"

"You know it's been a while since we had sex," Trinity said.

"Alright, let me close the door at least," I said. I got up and closed the door and sat back down on the bed. When I climbed on top of her I took her clothes off and she took off mine. Even though I hadn't had sex with my mate in a while because of all of the madness that's been going on, it felt just as good as I remembered it.
