{Alpha Tyler}

It's been a couple of days since Mary shifted into her wolf form and it turns out that she's terrified of doing it again. But she did shift again and she wasn't too happy about it. Once again I found myself reassuring her that everything was okay.

This sucks! Mary thought through the mindlink.

I looked at her and questioned, Why? Your wolf is beautiful! Honestly, I think you need to learn how to shift into your wolf worm at will. Just like how you're working on your hand to hand combat skills. At least you figured out how to keep your powers to lock those doors whenever they pop up.

Yeah that key Justin gave me for that seems to be a real lifesaver. Mary thought. Of course I don't like it when Danger's in the driver's seat when I shift into my wolf form. Like she is now. She just insists on going for a swim.

I heard that! Danger thought in a sing-song tone of voice.

I think being a wolf is awesome! I mean look at me, I thought. I sat on my haunches and puffed my chest out proudly. I have fur which means I don't really need to wear clothes. But once you shift back into your human form you'll probably want a change of clothing.

I spun around and then proudly displayed my tail. I have paws so I can run on all fours without any issues. I have a tail that I use as a deadly weapon, kind of like a whip!

I shook my butt and moved my tail as if it were a whip. Mary laughed, Gee, narcissist much?

Maybe, but what mate doesn't want to show off for their mate? I'm an Alpha so I'm more prone to flexing than other werewolves. I responded.

At least you have an excuse for it. A lot of other people don't. Mary thought.

I was getting ready to think something else when Theo came running up to me in his wolf form. Um Tyler, we have a bit of a situation in the training area. It involves Sasha and another woman that she hooked up with in the past.

Who is it? I asked.

It's Ava although I don't blame her because she rejected her mate just to be with Sasha and then Sasha rejected her! And Sasha wonders why she has the reputation of a home wrecker around the pack. Not to mention Sasha's done that shit with humans and their mates too! Theo thought.

I groaned, That crazy woman! Alright I'm coming! Wait, is Sasha in her wolf form or human form?"

She's in her human form. Theo replied.

I nodded and once I informed Mary of what was going on I headed over to the training area after I grabbed a clean change of clothing.

When I got to the training area I tried not to be amused by what I saw. Sasha and her ex-girlfriend Ava were at each other's throats in the fighting ring and they were arguing very loud.

"I left my mate to be with you!" Ava roared. "I trusted you but the no the moment we slept together you rejected me!"

"I don't appreciate you airing out my dirty laundry you dumb bitch!" Sasha shouted. She grabbed Ava's hair and pushed her into the right side of the fighting ring. Ava landed against the ropes with a small thud. When she got back up and readied her fighting stance again that's when I decided to end the fight.

"That's enough you two!" I shouted. I climbed into the ring and blocked Ava from lunging at Sasha. Theo got into the ring and grabbed Sasha as she was getting ready to lounge at Ava.

"Let me go Theo!" Sasha growled, "I'm not done with that bitch yet!"

"Well you're not killing someone that you did wrong to," said Theo. "The least you can do is apologize and take her back. She left her mate to be with you! And as soon as she trusted you, you took her to your bed and kicked her to the curb. Too bad that's not a punishable offense but assaulting someone is!"

"But she attacked me first!" Sasha said.

"Not from what I saw!" Theo said, "Okay she aired out your dirty laundry when she defended herself but that's no reason to try to kill her! If you asked me, you had it coming to yeah!"

I wanted to laugh at Theo scolding but I knew that wasn't going to work so I turned my attention to Ava. My heart broke for her when I saw her sitting on the ground sobbing uncontrollably. I held out my hand to help Ava to get her feet.

"I don't get it," She sniffed. "Why is an evil woman like Sasha still allowed to be in the pack?"

I shook my head and sighed, "She hasn't done anything that I can banish her from the pack for but I would really love to do that. Not to mention she's trying to steal my mate from me now. Mary has told her that she doesn't like her but Sasha doesn't know when to quit while she's ahead."

Ava's eyes went wide and she gasped, "What? You meant to tell me that Sasha's trying to take my Luna away?"

I nodded. "Yup, but I can't punish her unless she does something. And knowing Sasha even though she knows Mary isn't gay, she'll probably do something against Mary's will. So I just have to watch Sasha like a hawk for now. I'm just crossing my fingers hoping that nothing happens."

Ava nodded. "Alright, if you want I can help with watching Sasha like a hawk when you're not around? I think the more eyes we have on Sasha the more protected my Luna is from her."

"That's only if you want to," I said. "But if I were you I'd stay out of sight when you're stalking her. Sasha's instinct on sensing when someone is following her is something else."

Ava sighed, "Okay then, I guess I'll just go grab something to eat. Wanting to knock some sense into Sasha by fighting her has really made me hungry!"

I snorted. "Alrighty then, I'll go let Sasha's mate Max know what she's been up to again."

I parted ways with Ava and everyone else went back to what they were doing before the fight as if nothing had happened.

As I sat down by the edge of the river looking at the reflection of a wolf because I was in my wolf form, I started thinking about what Tyler said. I wondered if other shapeshifters have this problem where the form they've shifted into has a voice and can take control of their bodies?

You are really insufferable, you know that? Danger thought, Just let Tyler bang you and get that chastity belt off already!

Yeah, yeah I get it, I thought.

I turned around when I heard Tyler clear his throat, "Well it's a good I brought a change of clothing for you with me! I figured you wouldn't want to walk around pack grounds naked."

Damn it! I was enjoying myself! Oh well, I'll give up control so you can shift back to being a human. Danger thought.

When I looked down I saw that my paws had started turning into hands and felt my rear paws being turned into feet. After I changed into a human I grabbed the change of clothing Tyler had with him and changed.

"Tyler?" I said.

"What?" Tyler said.

"Come here," I said. I pulled him into my arms and kissed him and when I kissed him I felt the sparks that I had felt all the other times I kissed him. I wanted to go further with him but I kept getting shocked by my stupid chastity belt. I hung onto my dirty thoughts as much as possible hoping that Tyler would pick up on what I wanted him to do before the magic from my chastity belt erased those feelings.

Tyler tossed the belt off to the side and when the belt landed on the ground it lit up in a small bonfire and disappeared. My smile turned into a grin because this was the happiest I've ever felt in a long time.

"I would say let's head over to your place and have some fun but there's a chance Justin and Sasha might be there," Tyler said. "So I say we head over to my place and have fun there."

I nodded. "Works for me!"

As soon as Mary and I got to my place I took her upstairs to my bedroom and as I did it I removed her clothes in just about every room we had to go through to get to my room. By the time we got to my room Mary and I were completely naked. When we got to my room I made sure to close the door at least and put Mary down on the bed.

"Please," Mary said.

I shook my head. "Not yet, we'll get there but not yet."

I went over to a nearby mirror and looked at my forehead to see the image of a Pentagram burned onto my forehead as if I had been branded. Mary came over and looked into the mirror and I was surprised to see that she had the same mark on her forehead.

"I have no idea what this means, but I'm going to say that since Justin was sent from Grandma Sorceress we should probably ask him about this," Mary said.

"Alright then," I said.

Tyler and I got dressed and headed back over to the guest and sure enough, Justin was sitting at the kitchen table eating lunch with Sasha. Sasha looked up at us and growled while giving us a look of disgust.

Tyler narrowed his eyes. "Sasha, I need to speak to you in private."

Sasha rolled her eyes and mumbled, "Fine."

Okay, I have no idea what that's about and I don't want to know. I thought.

I don't know, maybe she's jealous that you mated with Tyler finally? Danger thought.

I shook my head and turned my attention to Justin. He smiled and said, "Well it's about time you two did the deed! I'm going to assume since you came to me right after doing it you're going to ask about the Pentagram mark on your forehead right?"

My jaw dropped. "How did you know?"

"I've seen it happen one too many times to count," Justin replied. "It even happened with my mate when she was still alive."

"Oh," I looked away, "I'm sorry to hear that about your mate…"

"It's okay," said Justin, "So you wanna know about that mark huh? It happens when you've completed the mating process with the soul bond for a witch. So congratulations, you've completed half of the process of making your mate yours."

I tilted my head. "Half of the process?"

"Well duh! Because first of all, your mate is a werewolf and even if you weren't a hybrid Alpha Tyler would still have to mark you," Justin explained. "And second, since your mate is an Alpha he has to mark you before he can do the Luna ceremony."

"What's the Luna ceremony?" I asked.

"It's the ceremony that happens when the whole entire pack recognizes you as Alpha Tyler's mate," Justin said. "Just because you soul bonded with Alpha Tyler doesn't mean the whole entire pack knows that you're his mate."

"Oh," I said. "Makes sense."

"Oh and don't worry that mark will disappear tomorrow and your forehead will look like normal," Justin said. "But when Alpha Tyler marks you that mark won't disappear. It's a sign that you are Alpha Tyler's mate and everyone will have to respect that."

I nodded. As I was waiting for Tyler to get done talking to Sasha I grabbed a bite to eat.

When I pulled Sasha off to the side she didn't look happy.

"You mated with her didn't you?" Sasha growled.

I smirked. "Yeah I did. Your point?"

"You… You…" Sasha snarled. I laughed because she looked like she was at a loss for words. She had a scolding look on her face as if to tell me that I had done something that I had no right to do to my mate when I had every right to do it.

"Me, what?" I said while grinning. I pointed at my forehead. "You see this mark on my forehead? Mary is my mate not yours or anyone else's and I had every right to take her virginity. You on the other hand have no rights to Mary whatsoever and she's made it clear that she doesn't like you."

"What if I get her to change her mind?" Sasha said, "I have my ways in persuading people to sleep with me."

I snorted. "Yeah, like that would happen. I'm going to suggest that you stop being possessive of someone who isn't yours! If she doesn't like you, leave it at that and drop it already!"

Sasha shook her head and snarled, "Nope, that's not happening and don't worry when I have her I'm never letting her go!"

"Why? Why do you even want her to begin with? It's not like being with her will give you any position of authority in the pack. So why?" I said.

"Have you not listened to anything I've said to you about that? Apparently not so let me spell it out for you again," Sasha said. "Mary is the definition of the word 'beautiful.' I mean seriously just about every unmated male in this pack was drooling over her! Well they're probably not going to be drooling over her now that you've taken her virginity and claimed her as yours! But I'm still drooling over her regardless if she's your mate or not. And you mating with her isn't going to stop me. I'm not a man, the mating rule doesn't apply to me."

"Actually it does, Mary's mine and nothing is going to change that," I growled. I decided to end the conversation with the words, "We're done here." Then I walked away.
