{Trinity}
In the following days there weren't any big incidents regarding my powers acting up but I was getting worried because the Black Lotto Ceremony was coming up soon. I had yet to go into the coven and disband it by killing my mother, and destroying the temple where the coven worships their god named No Name. I find that to be a really strange name for a god. From what I heard I was given the okay to kill the god named No Name which was fine by me because I feel that I'm more than ready to get revenge on what he did to me. Sending people to attack me and for what? That's what I'm still confused about. What the hell does a god want with me?
I was lost in my thoughts when someone tapped me on my shoulder. I looked over and saw it was Brandy sitting there staring at me. "What?"
"Um, your Dad's asking for you," Brandy said.
"Alright," I got up from the bed and went over to the door. "Hi Dad, what's up?"
"I need you to come to the waterfall with me so we can continue working on getting rid of those spirits inside of you." Dad said.
I nodded. "Okay, Brandy I'm going with Dad somewhere you're free to do what you want to now."
"Yes, your highness!" Brandy said.
I followed Dad down the hallway and stairway and outside to the waterfall and into the cave behind it. Since I'm pregnant, Danger refuses to let me shift into her; she says that it might harm the babies if I shift so I'm walking in my human form. Once we got to the cave Dad had me sit down on one of the logs there and he sat down on one of the logs facing me.
"So how have you been feeling lately?" Dad asked.
"I've been feeling fine. Why?" I said.
"Because we need to continue to get those spirits out of you. This is the next step for it, you'll have to unlock the prison that you have those seventy-one spirits in. But not all at once, just a little bit at a time," Dad replied.
I paused. "Okay."
Dad sighed, "I know that skeptical look when I see it and I completely understand. But you have the tools to help you out. Whether or not you use them is up to you. One of those tools is working with your Gate Wielder Being to open the gate of that prison just enough to get one of those spirits out and we'll go from there. If anything happens we'll stop training, got it?"
I nodded. You ready to do this Chad?
Yup! I'm more than ready to do this! Chad thought.
I smiled. "It looks like Chad is as eager as I am to get rid of these spirits inside of me."
Dad smiled. "Alright then, let's do this. Think of the weakest spirit that you have in that prison and try to draw them out first. Do you know which spirit that is?"
My smile turned into a grin and I chuckled, "Oh I know which one's the weakest alright!"
He tilted his head. "Who?"
"His name is Soonzer," I responded.
He paused. "Soonzer?"
I nodded. "Yup, Soonzer. I named him that because when he first popped up, he was always sleeping! I don't know if he's like that now but I'm pretty sure I can fish him out."
Dad shrugged. "Alright then."
I closed my eyes and connected my magic with Chad's. We found the gate within my mind's subconsciousness where the prison I had set up was. Before I knocked on the door I paused.
Chad tilted his head and looked at me. "What's wrong?"
"I'm not sure if I can do this," I said. I gave him a sad look. "Can I do this? What if something goes wrong? What if-"
"No," Chad said.
I blinked. "No, what?"
"Don't think like that. Do you think you would've gotten this far if you kept thinking about the what if's all the time?" Chad reasoned.
I was skeptical and I don't why because normally I don't feel this way about things.
Chad rolled his eyes. "Seriously? You can kill your enemies without hesitation but you're afraid of this? These seventy-one spirits inside of you are your enemies! You have to get rid of them or they will try to take over your body. And if that happens there's nothing me, Charlotte and Danger can do anything about it!"
Before Chad could continue his little pep talk I heard someone laughing a sinister laugh. "Aww that's a nice speech and all but you've come here just in time to give me my freedom finally! And on my Death Day too!"
I turned around and narrowed my eyes when I saw her. Charlie was standing there in all her glory sneering at me.
"Death Day?" Chad repeated.
Charlie nodded. "It's the day I died. Just like you celebrate the day you were born you celebrate that. So I think celebrating the day you die is the same thing."
Chad shook his head in dismay. "Yeah no. You're crazy, woman!"
She gave him a wicked smile. "I'm crazy? All I want right is my freedom! It's crazy to wish to be free from this hell hole!"
"CHARLIE WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?" I heard another familiar voice roar. I turned around and smiled when I saw him. His name is Zach and last time I saw him he was pretty young or at least he looked young. But now he looks like an old man! He stood there staring at me dressed in white robes with a brown sash tied around his waist. He wore no shoes on his feet but he had a long gray beard and long gray hair to match. His bright blue eyes held a murderous glare zeroed in on Charlie.
"What does it look like I'm doing?" Charlie snapped. "I'm going to gain my freedom no matter what today and there's nothing you can do to stop me!"
Zach sighed, "Oh my goodness child. You want freedom but as I told you, the moment you are -ahem- 'free' is the moment you get either sent to the After Realm or you die right on the spot!"
Charlie snorted. "Do you really think I'm going to die again? I'm already dead, you old fart!"
Zach didn't say anything, he stood there and looked at her with an indifferent look and shrugged. I guess he knew at this point there was no reasoning with her.
I looked at Chad and he seemed to know that we were going to have to fight her first. We readied our fighting stances.
Charlie smirked. "Oh well, looks like I'm going to have to fight my way out! That's okay because that's exactly what I want to do!"
She cracked her knuckles while Chad and I waited for her to make her first move. When she charged at us a flash of light happened and I looked forward to see a door floating in front of Chad and I. The door started spinning around towards the left of us and turned into a shield.
The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.
I blinked. "What the hell?"
Chad smirked. "Your gates don't have to only be used for transportation, they can also be used for defense attacks!"
"Nice," I said.
Charlie kept charging at us and throwing one attack after another. A couple of her attacks hit the mark and because Chad and I weren't quick enough to put our defenses up. Even with the two of us fighting Charlie it seemed Charlie was the stronger one.
I paused trying to catch my breath and Charlie took the opportunity to attack Chad landing a kick to the stomach. There's no way in hell that I'm letting Charlie get free before I send her to the After Realm for punishment! That's not happening!
I caught my breath and jumped back into the fight by throwing a punch that connected to Charlie's jaw. Before she hit the ground I landed another hard punch to her stomach. Even though I started running out of breath again before Charlie could regain her strength to fight, I kept kicking her and punching her over and over again.
Chad jumped back into the fight and there was another flash of light and this time a door appeared but it stayed in the shape of a door.
"Back up Trinity!" Chad said.
I paused and did what Chad told me to. The door opened and Charlie screamed as she was sucked into it. Once the door closed I looked at Chad. "Where did she go?"
He smirked. "Where do you think she went?"
I nodded. "Okay then. Looks like we beat the hardest level before we beat the easiest!"
Chad chuckled, "No kidding!"
I sat down when I started to feel a little bit dizzy.
"I think we should probably head back," Chad said. "You're Dad's probably worried about us."
I got up and Chad summoned another door. Once it was open we walked through it and everything went dark.

I couldn't help but be a little bit creeped out when I heard a couple of different voices coming from Trinity after she closed her eyes and followed my instructions on how to start drawing out the spirits inside of her.
I started to get worried because she had been in a vegetative state of mind for over a half an hour and I had no idea how to help her out of it. All I could do was sit back and wait and I hate waiting especially if it's waiting for news on something important.
Trinity working on getting rid of these spirits is totally the most important thing to focus on right now. That's because if she doesn't get rid of those spirit's there's a chance that they could try and take over her body and that wouldn't be good.
As time seemed to slow down I couldn't stop worrying. I was starting to think this was going to be a long night when Trinity finally opened her eyes. She looked around and I breathed a sigh of relief.
She groaned, "So much for beating the weakest leak first!"
I tilted my head. "Huh? What do you mean?"
"Charlie came out to play first!" Trinity explained, "I was going to locate Soonzer but Charlie met us at the gate first. She was so freaking eager to gain her freedom that she was willing to fight us for it. I had no idea that my gates could not only be used for transportation but also for defense attacks."
"Seriously?" I said.
She nodded. "Yup! I didn't realize it until Chad used it when we were fighting Charlie."
"Interesting," I said. "Well that's one spirit down and seventy more spirits left to go!"
She chuckled, "You can say that again!"
"So do you feel okay enough to try and locate Soonzer?" I asked.
She took a deep breath and let it out and I had a feeling about what she was going to say. "No, beating Charlie was hard. So can we go back at it when I have the energy to again?"
"Sure, that's fine you are pregnant so you need to have as much energy as you can to deal with this or anything else for that matter," I responded.
"Alright can we head back now that we're done for the day?" Trinity asked.
I nodded. "Yes, let's go."
When we got back to the castle I helped Trinity get to her room. After I saw Trinity fall asleep, I left her room and made sure a Guard was stationed outside the door.

The next day, I decided it was time for me to start spending some quality bonding time with Trinity's husband Tyler. I had been focusing on Trinity so much that I hadn't really time to focus on anything else.
"You know you don't have to train me, right?" Tyler said.
"Yeah I know, but I want to," I said. "I've been busy worrying about Trinity lately. It's nice to have a change of pace at the moment."
He shrugged. "Alright then."
"Now I know you've been training with my Dad recently so I want to see how much he's taught you," I said. "And I do believe the three rules of combat always apply in any fight. It doesn't matter who's fighting who. If someone's trained in combat they'll know the rules of course. So, I know this is annoying to ask but what are the three rules of combat?"
Tyler smirked. "The first rule is stay grounded because your body is your weapon. The second rule is to never give your enemy an opening and the third rule is keep fighting until your enemy disabled or until you're disabled."
"Exactly!" I said, "So show me your fighting stance and we'll do an evaluation fight."
When he readied his fighting stance I smiled because my Dad taught him well. He stood with his left leg bent over to the side of him and the right leg straight out and he leaned backwards on his left leg. His left arm was positioned by his waist and his right arm was out in front of him holding his hand up as if he was directing traffic telling people to stop at a stop sign.
That was the same basic fighting stance that my Dad taught me when he first started teaching me how to fight. Usually after a while of people learning how to fight students create their own fighting stances unique to them.
"Alright then good it seems Dad has been teaching you well as far as the fighting stance goes," I said. "Next we'll do some actual fighting."
I readied my fighting stance by putting my dominant foot behind my non-dominant foot and my non-dominant hand and my dominant hand in front of me as if they were a shield for my chest. "Let's begin!"
Most of the time I wait for the enemy to make a move first before I attack in order to size them up. Tyler threw a couple of punches that I barely managed to dodge. I made sure to throw out my attacks as fast as I could when I was training with Trinity and Tyler barely managed to dodge them. As the fight dragged on it seemed like we were evenly matched.
I made the winning move by landing a kick to the stomach knocking the wind out of Tyler. Once the fight ended I helped him get to his feet and he dusted himself off.
I smiled. "Wanna go again?"
We did a couple more fights and one of them Tyler won and the other one it was a tie. After a while of sparring with Tyler I decided to call it a day. At first when we started fighting I could see that Tyler was worried about something and trying to hide it by showing his inference to fighting. But after we spared a bit, he seemed more relaxed.
I sighed when I saw that. "You're worried about her aren't you?"
"Mhm, she is my wife so how could I not worry about her?" Tyler said.
"I understand, hopefully once everything is said and done things will get better and we won't have to be so on edge anymore," I said. "We should probably head back. I bet Brandy and Prince Eric probably have their hands full."
"Yup, I bet they do," Tyler chuckled.
We left the training area and headed back to Tyler and Trinity's room. Once we got close to the room we heard Trinity scream, "Get the hell away from me!"
Tyler groaned, "Here we go again!"
I laughed, "At least you can use your Alpha command to calm her down!"
He gave me a sideways look.
I smirked. "What?"
"That joke isn't funny anymore," Tyler snapped. "That's just about as bad as Jacob teasing about using the word stomach ulcers to hide Trinity's pregnancy from her!"
I tried not to laugh at that statement but I couldn't help it.
"Again," Tyler growled. "That's not funny!"
"Get away from me!" We heard Trinity scream again.
"Yeah we'd better go in there and save the poor soul whose fallen victim Trinity's mood swings," I said.
As soon as we got into the room, Trinity was standing on the bed shouting at Brandy and Prince Eric.
Tyler looked at them. "Okay what's going on?"
"I have no idea, but I didn't do anything!" Prince Eric exclaimed.
"I didn't do anything either!" Brandy said.
"I know that!" Trinity snapped. Without warning, she jumped off the bed and ran into the bathroom and threw up in the toilet. She groaned, "I am so done with this pregnancy!"
"That makes two of us," Tyler said under his breath.
"Excuse me?" Trinity said.
"Nothing! I was kidding, that's all," Tyler promptly replied.
Prince Eric, Brandy and I burst out into a fit of laughter. Tyler turned around glared daggers at us. "Not funny!"
I looked over at a nearby clock. "Wow, look at the time! I just realized that I had something to do and Prince Eric and Brandy need to go as well!"
Prince Eric and Brandy paused and said, "Huh?"
I cleared my throat, "Yes, we have something important to do."
I gave them a look as if to tell them to follow me and they picked up on it.
"Oh yeah, that's right," Prince Eric said. "Uh, Prince Andrew wanted us to do something for him. See you later!"
Prince Eric and Brandy bolted out of the room so fast as if the room was on fire. I laughed, "Well I'll see you guys later, bye!"
I followed suit, leaving the room as fast as I could.
