{Alpha Tyler}
I couldn’t stop myself from following Mary to the bathroom. But I did wait a minute or two before I followed her. I paused when I rounded the corner to the bathroom and I saw a flash of light.
“You can’t just help yourself can you?” I heard Sharry say.
“Huh?” I said.
“When it comes down to Mary you just can’t stop stalking her can you? I mean you followed her to the bathroom, for crying out loud!” Sharry said, “Who does that? Although judging by that flash of light she’s probably gone. She must’ve been spooked by something to make her do that. I wonder what it was?”
I thought about it and I remembered hearing a voice inside Mary’s head that said that I was her mate and an Alpha. I decided not to say anything about it so I shrugged. “I don’t know. Your guess is as good as mine!”
Sharry sighed, “Don’t worry I’ll talk some sense into her and I will figure out a way to get you two together.”
“Question,” I said.
Sharry looked at me. “What?”
“Why are you so determined to help out a werewolf? Witches hate werewolves. So why?” I asked.
“Well because she’s the daughter of the high priestess there’s a possibility that she’s in danger and I mean BIG DANGER! And not the type of danger that she could claw her way out of on her own if you know what I mean,” Sharry said. “And I know she’s a hybrid being half werewolf. This could be her chance of escaping the coven.”
“Okay, what type of danger are we talking about?” I said.
She shifted her gaze a bit and gulped. “Listen, I can't tell you exactly what it is. But let’s just say that it involves No Name, the god that the coven serves. That’s all I can say, anything else…” She paused. “Wait a minute! I have an idea!”
I raised an eyebrow. “Okay I’m listening.”
“Okay No Name has eyes and ears everywhere except when it comes down to territories like lands where werewolf packs live,” Sharry said.
I caught on to what she was trying to say. “So you’re saying she’ll be safer with my pack?”
She smiled and nodded. “Uh-huh that’s the perfect idea. However, there’s two problems with this plan. The first problem would be that I don’t know anyone in your pack besides you. You know it’s because of being a witch and all. The second problem would be convincing her to leave her house for longer than a couple of days. You know how much of a workaholic she is.”
“Well I could ask my friend Lauren to come up with a story for me. She’d be more than happy to help!” I said, “And I could send Lauren to the house to pick her up and bring her to my house. She’ll be perfectly safe when she’s on my land where No Name can’t get to her.”
"Honestly, it's the perfect plan but easier said than done. Although Mary is an editor for different works of literature. Mostly novels though so people can get their books published. I must say, she's really good at what she does! I even submitted a novel myself and once Mary edited it I forwarded it to a publishing company and it's published!
"It sounds like I'm bragging about her but yes, give credit where credit is due." Sharry said with a smile.
I chuckled then Sharry's statement gave me a better idea. "I have an idea but I'm not sure if it's going to work."
"Uh, okay so what's the idea?" Sharry asked.
"We could have Lauren write a short story and give it to Mary for her to edit," I said. "Then we could ask that she edit the story at our house. We could also tell her that it's going to take a long time to finish editing it so she'll be there for a while. Trust me, that's actually not going to be a hard story to pull off though."
"What do you mean?" Sharry said, raising an eyebrow.
"Well…" I tried my best to keep a straight face at what I was getting ready to say because it was the absolute truth of the matter. "Lauren's writing sucks and Mary might have to go over some developmental editing before she can do enough editing to publish the story to a publishing company."
Sharry snorted. "That bad huh? Wow."
I couldn't contain my laughter at that point. When I finally composed myself I looked at my watch and sighed.
"What is it?" Sharry asked.
"It's time for me to go. I've stayed here long enough," I said. "Besides, the mission for tonight was to at least say hi to Mary and mission accomplished! So I shall take my leave and thanks for helping me!"
"Sure no problem!" Sharry said.
I gave her a hug and headed to my car. I smiled on the drive home and I was hopeful that this plan of ours would work to keep Mary safe and convince her to become the next Luna for my pack.

{Alice}
I was in bed and woken up from a deep sleep when I felt a surge of power that could mean only one thing… A teleportation spell had been casted. Judging by the frantic emotion behind the spell it was casted by my bastard child Mary. I know just about every witch in my coven hates the way I refer to Mary but she is my child and I'm the High Priestess of this coven and I will address my daughter however I please.
But before I could go deal with Mary because I knew she would be throwing a temper tantrum like she always does after she casts that spell my cell phone rang.
I scrambled to pick it up because it was my assistant who works at the temple where the coven holds its ceremonies and stuff like that. "Yes? What is it?"
My assistant let out a frustrated sigh before she said, "High Priestess Alice you're being summoned by No Name again."
I blinked and honestly, I hated when No Name summoned me. That's because my body has to die temporarily in order for me to enter into his realm. "Did he say what it was about?"
"No he didn't," said my assistant. "But he did say that it was urgent so as soon as you get dressed I would suggest using a teleportation spell to get here."
I sighed, "Fine I'm coming."
With that I hung up the phone and got ready and teleported over to the temple to see what No Name wanted from me.

When I stepped through the portal to the afterlife I was greeted by a tall man with blonde hair and green eyes. He was wearing a white shirt with brown pants and sandals on his feet. This person was the god that the IronClad Coven served. From what I know of, No Name's real name has been archived and once someone's name gets archived you have to refer to them as that name.
I bowed to him after I took my shoes off. "My Lord, what did you call me for?"
"Ah, yes please sit down at my table," No Name said. He led me over to a round coffee table that had two chairs sitting across from one another at it. He sat at one of the chairs and I sat at the other. "We have very important matters to discuss and it involves my future bride."

I choked on those words because I had no idea that gods would choose to get married. I mean why would they? They're immortal for crying out loud!
I composed myself. "Well uh congrats! Do you need my help planning the wedding? Is that why you summoned me?"
"That's part of it but the most important part is I want your help because my future bride is a witch of your coven and she's one of your children, you know the unmarried and still a virgin one," No Name answered.
I knew who he was talking about. I have two children, my oldest child being a hybrid because of being half werewolf and half witch Mary isn't married and she has yet to to get rid of her chastity belt refusing to get a boyfriend at all costs for whatever the reason. My youngest child Ariel was a full blooded witch and is already married with three beautiful children.
I snarled, "Exactly why do you want my bastard child Mary? There are other-"
"SILENCE!" No Name roared. "Don't ever say anything like that about her ever again!"
"But-" I started.
"I'm warning you, woman! One more insult and you'll be demoted from High Priestess!" No Name sneered. Then he smiled, and I must say if he wasn't a god I would have no problem gawking at him for his beautiful smile. But since he's a god he's something to be feared and not gawked at. "You know what's funny about women like you? You are a woman scorned and it's because Mary's father ran off with his tail in between his legs the moment he realized what Mary was. Just admit it you're jealous of her beauty and her power. That is why I want her to be my wife. Not to mention she has more power than any of the witches in your coven combined."
"But she has a-" I said.
No Name rolled his eyes. "Yeah I know she has a mate. That stupid Moon Goddess is always interfering with my plans and it started happening the moment your daughter did her first shift into her werewolf form when she became of age. So far to my knowledge the spells you weaved into her chastity belt have kept her from shifting ever since then. However, her wolf refuses to leave her side at all costs.
"And there's another thing you should know about your child, oh jealous one."
"What?" I asked.
"You know that tattoo on her back that shows two swords that cross over each other in the form of an X?" No Name said.
I nodded. "Yes."
"That's not a tattoo, those swords are real, that's just how Knighted Wolves carry their swords, how convenient," No Name said.
I gasped because I knew about Knighted Wolves and they're very rare. Usually they're hybrids and very powerful creatures of the supernatural world. Not to mention they usually only carry one sword not two. The fact that Mary is a Doubled Knighted Wolf meant she was a lot more powerful than I thought.
"Mhm," said No Name, "that is another reason I want her as my wife. Because not only is she a Doubled Knighted Wolf, she's also a Gate Wielder!"
I felt like the wind was being knocked out of me. Had I known how powerful she was I would've tried other methods to keep her powers in check. Mary has a tendency to go off the deep end and pretty fast when she's angry. Honestly, I'm afraid of her when she gets angry sometimes.
It was as if No Name could read my mind. "Yeah, I doubt you would've tried another method to control Mary's powers." He frowned and then sighed, "I can sense my future bride is upset about something so you might want to send for her best friend Sharry to calm her down. I have no idea what she's upset about. I wish I could console her but her seeing my presence at this time would only make things worse. And I highly doubt she wants to see your face at the moment, especially after what you did to her last year. Now I have a few more things I have to tell you before you go."
"Yes?" I said.
"First of all," said No Name, while narrowing his eyes, "Don't you ever speak ill of her ever again! And don't even think about trying to get rid of her or harm her, if you do anything like that I will kill where you stand regardless if you're in my realm or not. Also, I don't want my future bride to be a virgin when I marry her."
"Okay, why?" I asked.
"Because I want her to have experience and her chastity belt off," said No Name. "I'm going to let Alpha Tyler be the one to take it as he is her mate and all. Not to mention I'm going to use him as my trump card."
"Uh, trump card?" I repeated.
"Oh yeah, once Mary falls for him and I know that's going to take some time," said No Name, "I'll use him because by the time she's fallen for the guy I'm pretty sure she won't see any harm come to him and she'll marry me just to keep her mate alive." He sighed and frowned again, "Yeah you should get going and summon Sharry to calm Mary down. If you don't, I'm pretty sure her whole house will go up in flames soon. You're dismissed!"
I bowed and said, "Yes my Lord."
With that I got up from my seat, gave him a bow and went back to the temple to send Sharry to calm Mary down.

{Mary}
I had no idea why the fact that I met my mate who just so happens to be an Alpha werewolf named Alpha Tyler pissed me off so much, but it did. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that I didn't want to be leader of anything, whether it be the next High Priestess or being a Luna of a werewolf pack? That's one of the reasons why I quit being a cop. Even though I was good at my job, I turned down multiple job promotions because I didn't want to be a leader. All I wanted was to live a simple quiet life but now I realize that wasn't possible because of my mom being a High Priestess of the coven.
"FUUUCK!" I shouted as loud as I could. I picked up a chair from the living room and threw at the patio doors with so much force that it shattered the glass doors.
Chill out Mary! Calm down, take a couple of deep breaths! Danger thought.
I didn't respond to her. I opened up the broken glass doors to the patio, picked up the same chair I just tossed out and ripped it apart piece by piece. I thought about going back inside to grab another piece of furniture but I decided against it. I went back inside and sat down on the couch in the living room still steaming in my anger.
"I can see you've decided to redecorate your house again," I heard Sharry say.
When I saw her I rolled my eyes. "Ha, ha very funny! Actually I take that back, very not funny!"
"Okay it looks you need to calm down before you can at least listen to reason, so thankfully I brought my spell book and a Ouija board with me," Sharry said.
As soon as I heard that I ran towards the door to my bedroom as fast as I could. But I wasn't quick enough for Sharry's magic. I was stopped in my tracks when I heard her shout, "FREEZE!"
I knew exactly what spell she was getting to use on me and that put me on edge even more.
Well if you would calm down and listen to reason like an adult then she wouldn't have to do something like this now would she? Danger scolded.
Fuck off! I thought.
Yeah, no not happening! Danger thought.
I felt a slight pressure in my chest and a moment or two later the feeling went away and strangely enough, I felt calmer.
"Dark souls from the underworld help me cast this spell and rebuild!" Sharry shouted.
I felt a slight breeze surround me and if I didn't know Sharry was casting a spell I would've thought the breeze was coming from the patio because of the broken glass doors. I turned around to see the patio doors fixed and the chair I threw outside back to where it had been before.
Sharry put her spell book and Ouija Board away and sat down on the couch. "Now that you're calm, come on, sit here and tell me what's bothering you."
I sat down on the couch next to her and took a deep breath and let it out, "You know how I don't want a boyfriend and stuff like that?"
She snickered. "Yeah it's more like you don't want a love life to be more correct."
I rolled my eyes and continued. "Remember that voice that I told you about that's still in my head?"
She nodded. "Yes, the one that calls herself Danger? A rather interesting name for a wolf you know because she claims to be a wolf and all. So what's the problem?"
I took another deep breath and let it out, "Lately Danger's been talking about nonsense like finding my mate and blah, blah, blah, well the guy you wanted me to meet Tyler… And this is gonna sound crazy but… Danger said that Tyler is my mate and she also said something about Tyler being some sort of Alpha of the pack. That's what spooked me.
"I know a little about how werewolves run their packs. There's no way I'm going to marry a leader because that means I'll have to be a leader too! I mean how can I when I'm freaking full blooded witch. And not to mention I just met the guy. Who knows if he likes me to begin with?"
I must've been sounding like a madwoman because Sharry put a hand over my mouth and said, "Deep slow breaths Mary, calm down. And as far as the guy liking you goes, I'm pretty sure he likes you."
After she removed her hand from my mouth and my jaw dropped. Honestly at this point I've had enough shocks for one day so I didn't want to find the answer to my next question. Nope, I didn't want to know how she knew this information. But I want to confirm something and I was afraid to do it but I think it's at least time to face one of my fears.
I don't know why I was afraid of the possibility that Danger might actually be real. "Um, Sharry, could you confirm something for me?"
"Sure, what is it?" Sharry said.
I went over to a nearby mirror hanging up the hallway and made sure to turn all the lights on and stepped in front of the mirror. The reflection on the mirror didn't show my reflection, it showed the reflection of a wolf. The wolf that will not take a hint and take a hike because it's her duty to stay with me for whatever the reason.
I pointed to the mirror and asked, "Sharry, can you tell what type of reflection is the mirror giving you?"
Sharry stared at the mirror and looked back at me. "Well, I see the reflection of a wolf…"
