69. The Sixty Nine Dragons

Huang Lu found his temporary pants quite comfortable, the tailor made as many pants as he could in that single production process.

Yet, at that very moment, he felt himself step into a different chapter, and found his dragon stood erect. His pants stretched to the very brim, and tried its best to contain the black muscled dragon of Huang Lu's lower body.

The skies above them swirled, and everyone looked up.

"What's happening?! What divine calamity is coming to the Godspear city?" A loud boom shook the city, and Huang Lu saw a cultivation formation activate. A dome of Qi protected the main body of the city.

The clouds swirled and turned, and transformed into two long, skinny dragons, one white with black dots and one black with white streaks. They flew high up in the sky and danced. Each of their attacks sent a strong surge of power that rattled the cultivation formation.

"What calamity did you invite to my city, old man?!" Huang Lu heard a woman's roar, as two figures flew up high in the sky, and landed.

"It has nothing to do with me, you old hag!" Uncle Gui landed cleanly next to Huang Lu. He was briefly surprised that Uncle Gui could sense where he was so easily, but then again, at the 7th realm, this was not entirely unexpected. Those at that power level could sense really far, just like how Huang Lu's senses, if he tried, could cover the entire city.

"And who is this?" The lady looked like a mature woman, with slightly whitened hair. Yet her skin and features were flawless, as if she never aged a day beyond twenty-five years. She looked at Huang Lu strangely, and seemed to struggle to look at him. "Ugh, where are my glasses."

Uncle Gui's arms reached and picked it out of her neck. "It's on your neck, you forgetful old woman."

"Ah. Yes. We need to protect the city from the rage of the dragons. Which dragon did you piss off, old man?"

"None. I can say that with utmost certainty."

"Then why are there two divine dragons above my city?"

The two dragons chased each other in the sky, and Huang Lu noticed they almost seemed to resemble an ancient ying-yang symbol. "Beats me."

The dragons battled and danced, and the protective barrier rattled. "Well, if you're not the cause, at least be a good guest and help me support the formation."

Uncle Gui shrugged. "Only for you, old hag. I'll do it only for you. Come along, Little Lu."

Huang Lu didn't know when did Uncle Gui called him Little Lu, but he wasn't going to argue. Not with the honestly beautiful sight of the two dragons above them. He wondered briefly whether this had to do with the dragon essence he got from the Marsh dragon. They made their way to the tallest pagoda in the Godspear city, and within it, was a large golden bell. It was cracked.

"Oh dear." The lady said, which Huang Lu now presumed to be Lady Sha Feng. She touched it, and Huang Lu felt power of someone at the same level as Uncle Gui. This was another of those hidden masters. The golden bell's cracks started to heal, but then, when the dragons' roared, more cracks appeared. "Well, old man, what are you doing?"

"I'm admiring a master at work." Uncle Gui laughed before a red slipper flew his way. He ducked it deftly, but the slipper still made a hole in the wall of the pagoda. "Alright, alright!"

The Qi of the two masters reinforced the bell, and the barrier over the city.

Huang Lu then looked out and wondered, well, could they just move somewhere else? He leapt out, and just shouted as loud as he could.

"Hey dragons! Not sure if you can hear me, but you guys are fighting above a city. Can you fight somewhere else?"

The two dragons spun, and then, just as suddenly, both stopped simultaneous, and turned to face Huang Lu.

"OH! THIS ONE SMELLS LIKE ONE OF THOSE MARSH DWELLERS-KINS." The white dragon hovered high up in the sky, just beyond the barrier of the city.

The black one did the same. "AND HE DARES TO TELL US TO FIGHT ELSEWHERE."

Huang Lu, with experience from the Marsh Dragon statue, nodded. "Yes. Oh great dragons, there's a city, do you mind moving elsewhere?"

The white dragon nodded. "THAT IS ACCEPTABLE. OUR BATTLE NEED NOT BE HERE."

The black dragon looked at the city, and then back at Huang Lu. He sniffed the air white his black whiskers. "YOU SMELL LIKE MARSH PISS."

Huang Lu sighed, now certain that the marsh dragon must have fed him the piss of the Marsh Dragons. "I met one. It offered me Marsh Dragon's Essence."

The black dragon and the white dragon both paused, and then both laughed. Their laughter shook the air far louder and stronger than any attack before this. "OH LOOK AT THIS FOOLISH MAN BELIEVING THE SHIT THE MARSH SNAKES SAY. YOU HAVE EYES AND YOU CANNOT SEE THE PISS OF THE DRAGON?! AND YOU NOW SAY YOU DRANK IT?"

"Yes. Yes I have."

"POOR, POOR BOY." The black dragon wiped a tear of laughter off its eye with his claws, and then, he offered the Tear to Huang Lu. "HERE. HAVE MY ESSENCE. IT SHOULD COMPENSATE FOR MY FOUL KIN'S PRANKS."

The barrier didn't even stand a chance, and the claw reached Huang Lu's face. Huang Lu nodded, and sucked the giant teardrop from the black dragon's claws. "Thank you."

The white dragon also laughed, and instead, it spat out a little white gem the size of a sweet. "EAT THIS, YOUNG ONE. IT SHOULD OFFER YOU VIRILITY UNMATCHED."

Huang Lu sighed, and then pointed to his own erect black dragon that refused to go down. "I am unfortunately already having trouble with my virility."

The white gem went back into the dragon's throat, and then the white dragon gargled. Then, from the throat, came a small gourd like item. "THEN I OFFER YOU THIS. THIS IS A GOURD OF THE LIQUID OF SOFTENED EEL."

The gourd landed right on Huang Lu's palm.

[A Gourd of the Softened Eel's Liquid. Used to calm raging boners. Mix with saliva to use.]

"Thank you. This would be useful. I have been busting through too many pants."

The two dragons laughed. "A COMMON PROBLEM OF THOSE WHO PRACTICE THE ART OF THE ROYAL ROAD."

"Thank you, wise dragons. Once again, would you mind shifting the battle elsewhere?" Huang Lu guided the conversation back to the issue at hand

They nodded, the two dragons zoomed up into the sky, and vanished without a trace.
