Thanks to the cultivation pill she received after the completion of the secret realm, she was now finally, in the 3rd realm! Toh Gen, Xinling and Yuanfang were all on the 2nd stage of the 3rd realm. At least she didn't lag that far behind!

"Before that." Qian Ziyi, ignored the question. "Can we have a duel? I just want to know how far am I."

Huang Lu looked at Qian Ziyi, and she looked determined. Like she really, really wanted this duel. He nodded. "Very well."

They both stood there, in the open plains, and faced each other. The three spectators went to the side, and watched. Qian Ziyi didn't use any swords, instead, she equipped something than resembled metal claws, on both her arms. She gathered her Qi, and then, her Qi shaped itself into a white wolf. Then she moved, her speed was explosive. Huang Lu blocked it easily. At the 2nd step of the 5th realm, he was essentially playing with her.

He parried blow for blow, her Qi-cuts didn't leave a single scratch of his dark-golden skin. He blocked, and blocked, and blocked repeatedly, and Qian Ziyi huffed, and puffed. But Huang Lu's defenses were like the bricks of a stone house, and no wolf was gonna blow it down.

She tried again, repeatedly, and she grew tired. Frustrated.

"Huang Lu's defenses are incredible." The peanut gallery started to praise the MC.

Toh Gen nodded. "I think it'd be hard for all of us to pierce it, even if we work together."

Qian Ziyi's two palms glowed, the Qi shaped into two large paws of a wolf. She tried again, and he blocked it easily. He looked at her, and then, she felt her heart skip a beat. The aura of someone at the 5th realm was comparable to her own Sect Master! No, it was even stronger, and she felt her legs lose strength. "Ugh. No. I'm not done yet!"

Huang Lu stood forward, and looked at Qian Ziyi, who was still defiant. Huang Lu nodded at her. "Very well, I shall answer your defiance with strength." He took off his robe, and revealed his gorgeous topless body once more. The girls swooned. He lathered oil on his body, and they swooned some more. His strength swelled, and he glared at Qian Ziyi.

He focused his energy into his fists, and he stepped in. Qian Ziyi didn't even see him get close, and the punch didn't connect to her body. It merely grazed her robe. It was enough, as a strong gust of wind exploded out from those fists, and her robe instantly disintegrated for bearing the brunt of his punch. Still, rather than cover herself up, all she felt was overwhelming power, and even though that power just merely grazed through and around her, she was still too stunned to react to it. It was as if she stared at death, and survived. She just stared in the distance, dazed. Her heart beat quickly, and then she looked at Huang Lu.

Reality had begun to return.

Their eyes met, and she smiled weakly. "I concede."

Then she fainted. Huang Lu caught her, and he carried her in his arms back to his Palace Realm. The girls ran to help, and had to get her dressed. Conveniently, Qian Ziyi could wear their clothes.

Toh Gen tapped Huang Lu on the shoulder. "You're really good at getting their clothes off, eh?"

"That wasn't intentional."

"Don't worry, I didn't see a thing. I was too far away."

"Tell that to her." Huang Lu looked annoyed.

"Eh, I don't think I need to say anything. In fact, I think she won't pay attention to me at all after this. If I guess correctly, she's gonna try to catch you in bed after this."

"What? Why?" Huang Lu looked bewildered at how it went to that again.

"She's from the Wild Blood Sect. She may deny it, but their nature is into strong alphas and all that." Toh Gen laughed. "When one practises cultivation methods derived from spiritual beasts, they tend to capture some of the spiritual beasts' habits."

"That's fucking ridiculous." Huang Lu said. "That doesn't explain why Xue Xinling or Zhan Yuanfang is into me."

"Oh they are just drawn to your magnetic muscles."

"You're just making it up at this point."

"I totally am." Toh Gen laughed.
